Welcome to my home! I’m so excited to open up my property to fellow Airbnb travellers. My beautiful 3 bedroom apartment, in the neighborhood of Esplugues, is a brand new stylish and comfortable place to stay and has great transport links to Barcelona center, Camp Nou and La Fira. You’re just a 7-minute walk away from the nearest tube and 4 minutes from the tramway. The city center is approximately 25–30 minutes away by public transport.
If I am not around to check you in, then my friends of Guestfy will take care, they belong to one of the bests Airbnb management service teams in Barcelona who are Airbnb hosts themselves. The flat is located in the city of Esplugues de Llobregat, located on the outskirts of Barcelona, in the Baix Llobregat region. It is a quiet and pleasant residential area, ideal for those looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close to the main tourist attractions.
The history of Esplugues de Llobregat dates back to the 6th century, when it was founded by the Romans. During the Middle Ages, the town was controlled by the church and several churches and monasteries were built in the area. In the 19th century, Esplugues de Llobregat experienced great growth thanks to the textile industry, which attracted many immigrants and turned the town into an important industrial centre.
Although there are no major tourist attractions in the area, it is within easy driving distance of Barcelona's landmarks such as Camp Nou, the FC Barcelona stadium, Montjuïc Park and the Fira Barcelona, one of Europe's most important trade fair centres.
If you want to enjoy a good lunch or dinner, we recommend some typical bars and restaurants in the area such as Restaurante Marisqueria La Gloria, specialising in fresh seafood and paella; Restaurante La Bodega, offering Mediterranean and Catalan cuisine; or Bar Restaurante el Celler de Can Feliu, with an extensive menu of tapas and wines.
In terms of transport, it is close to several bus stops that connect with Barcelona and other nearby towns. Furthermore, the Can Vidalet metro station is a 10-minute walk from the flat, allowing easy access to the city centre and other tourist areas.

My place is a completely refurbished apartment with high quality furnishing details. The design has been conceived to be practical and cozy. It has 3 bedrooms, each one with its own personality, 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom with 2 single beds. All together can host up to 6 people. The apartment has all essentials to make you feel at home during your stay in Barcelona. All bedrooms have plenty of natural light.
The modern open plan kitchen is totally stocked up with everything you will need for your full-on cooking sessions! The bathroom is the smallest part of the apartment, it has a modern stand-up shower – without doubt this will be your relaxing spot after a busy day in the city.
----- SPECIAL HYGIENIC PROTOCOL-----
Cleaning the apartment has always been one of my biggest concerns when I receive new guests, however, given the current COVID-19 pandemic, I have considered that the cleaning process needs to be modified and the flat must not just be cleaned, but also disinfected as much as possible.
For this, after each reservation the apartment is cleaned and disinfected by professional staff, following the cleaning recommendations of the government and international institutions, like the World Health Organization.
All the maneuvers are carried out with disposable masks and gloves, while the apartment is in constant ventilation. In addition, we are using special cleaning and disinfection products following the UNE-EN 1447 standard, both on surfaces (doorknobs, switches, tables, among others) as well as textiles (cushions, curtains and carpets, for example) and using them according to their instructions, taking the time that is required for each one for an optimal result. Sheets and towels are washed and disinfected in a professional laundry service, where they are exposed to high temperatures, eliminating any possibility of viruses.
Beside this new cleaning and disinfection protocol, we are leaving at the apartment special disinfection products for you, in the case you want to re-make the process once you arrive. Along with this, you will have hydroalcoholic hands gel at your disposal.
Consequently, we have also adapted our check-in protocol. A friend will welcome you at the entrance of the building, he will wear a mask and keep the security distance (1.5 m) throughout the process. We guarantee that it will be fast and contactless. Please remember that the use of masks will be mandatory.
I hope this new cleaning and disinfection protocol will help you feel safe and comfortable at my apartment. We're doing our best to make it as enjoyable as possible for you!

From the airport to the apartment
To get to the apartment from the airport, simply take the metro line L9 from the airport to the Collblanc stop. Then, just change to line L5 to the Can Vidalet stop. Then, walk a few minutes to the apartment.
From the apartment to Plaça Catalunya
To get to Plaça Catalunya from the apartment, just take metro line L5 to the Plaça de Sants stop. Then, you will have to change to line L1 to the Plaça Catalunya stop and you will be in the center of the city!
From the apartment to Sagrada Familia
To get to the Sagrada Familia from the apartment, just take metro line L5 to the Sagrada Familia stop. When you get out of the metro station, you will be in front of our beautiful church.
From the apartment to Park Güell
To get to Park Güell, just take metro line L5 to the Diagonal stop. Then transfer to line L3 to the Lesseps stop and walk a few minutes to the entrance of the park.
From the apartment to Barceloneta beach
To go to Barceloneta beach, all you have to do is take metro line L5 to the Verdaguer stop. Then transfer to line L4 to the Barceloneta stop and walk to the beach.
From the apartment to the Gothic Quarter
To go to the Gothic Quarter, just take metro line L5 to the Diagonal stop. Then, simply transfer to line L3 to the Liceu stop. When you get out of the metro, you will be 2 minutes away from the Gothic Quarter.
All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.
-The flat is located on the second floor with lift.
- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
-Starting in May 1st, a tourist tax of 2.20€ per person per night will be charged for a maximum of 7 nights. This tax must be paid separately at check-in in cash. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flat´s capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- For bookings from 28 days or more there is an extra cost for supplies (not included in the price) of 100€, to be paid at check in.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.

From the airport to the apartment
