Cozy apartment with terrace and seaview at Addaura, a few minutes from Mondello.
The apartment, on the mezzanine floor of a small villa, boasts furnished outdoor spaces, one accessible from the kitchen with a dining area, and one accessible from the living room and bedroom complete with a sitting area. The entrance opens onto the living area, consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with a French bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Guests will benefit from amenities such as wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating with heat pump, washing machine and iron.
