Notre maison est votre maison. Ce 2bdrm / 2 récemment rénové. Condo de 5 salles de bain est magnifique, incroyablement confortable avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle et une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Entièrement meublé avec cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger, télévision par câble et Wifi gratuit.

Venez vous détendre et profiter de la vue. Le condo a un grand balcon privé avec des chaises berçantes donnant sur l'océan et la plage. La propriété possède également son propre patio privé avec une porte privée sur la plage, une douche extérieure et une terrasse avec un hamac ombragé à quelques pas des plages de sable.

Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre et vous détendre est ici dans ce paradis en bord de mer. Marchez juste devant le condo et nagez dans la grande piscine. Ou promenez-vous le long de la plage vers les eaux claires de Playa Mar Chiquita où vous pourrez faire de la plongée, manger de la nourriture portoricaine fraîchement préparée ou déguster une boisson tropicale.

Le plaisir vous attend, que vous soyez en famille ou en famille. Équitation sur la plage. Randonnées pédestres et pistes cyclables à quelques minutes. Pêche, plongée en apnée et planche à voile. Boutiques premium, la plus longue tyrolienne du monde, Old San Juan, tous à une courte distance en voiture. Profitez des jeux de casino à proximité. Perfect getaway

The pics looked just as it does in person. The smell of fabuloso was welcomed as you come in. The property was safe and secure. The location had everything you needed during your stay. The view was breathtaking!

Relaxing Seaside Stay!

An excellent vacation getaway! Property is literally across from the beach with beautiful views of the coast, in a quiet area, and well furnished. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room with comfortable beds. Owners had beach chairs and some other beach accessories for use. There is a cool ground floor patio area where you could relax in the shade with a grill, sink, and shower to wash off from the beach.

Great location for our needs. Quiet and very secure. Allowed us to explore the island and have a relaxing time. Pictures are really what you are getting! Amazing views and super cute decor and very clean!! Not a single complaint!! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Very nice condo, has everything you will need. Beautiful ocean views but the beach is very rocky in front of the condo, a little more swimming friendly beach is a short walk away. Also, be aware the owner does not allow you to flush toilet paper in the toilets, which is very strange to me.

Great, clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay. As advertised and it seems to be the best choice in the complex. Valerie was amazing and helped us get settled even though we got in around 2am. Short walk West to Mar Chaquita and empty beaches to the East. Would stay here again if in the area. Thanks to all!!!!

Peaceful vacation

This was a wonderful stay. The view is beautiful and the unit is super clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. In the garage there are items you need at the beach like chairs, tubes and water toys for little ones if needed. Owner is available whenever you have questions or need anything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

What a Gem!

This property was wonderful. My family and I loved the location and its proximity to Mar Chiquita Beach-walking distance. The garden was perfect and the beach was beautiful. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4 and very comfortable. It was so clean and well taken care of. Any questions we had or issues (there was only one), were answered and handled immediately. Everything about our stay here was effortless and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Near Manati, this is a nice group of condos in a gated area right on the beach. While the beach directly on the property is too rocky for swimming, the Mar Chiquita beach is a short walk. Loads of tide pools with a variety of mollusks, hermit crabs and other critters to see. The property is well appointed and maintained. Valarie was great to work and super helpful. We would definitely return.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was really nice and comfortable and was just as it seemed in the pictures. Really quiet area with very few others around. The beach and the beach access were exceptional. A short walk to the beach, which had plenty of natural shade and there was always a breeze blowing which made it really pleasant to stay out there. The garage had a small refrigerator and half bath which was really convenient while out on the beach. The patio area was also really nice. The limestone shoreline made for beautiful scenery, but didn't look like it would be good to get into the ocean. But there is a public beach within walking distance that would have been fine to get into the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again! The hostess, Valerie was exceptional and very helpful. The owners were also accessible and easy to work with.

Great place to stay

We loved the place, it’s location right on the ocean and the amenities it had to offer. The beach we used the most for swimming is a 30 second drive down the road and the water is great for families with little kids. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit rough but the people we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. This place is perfect for families who want water activities during the day and to relax on the balcony at night listening to the waves and enjoying a cigar and/or glass of wine while the kids sleep. The owner and manager are very friendly and extremely helpful and attentive. They even went out of their way and bought a pack n play when I asked if they had a crib available! They gave good recommendations for activities/other beaches and are very knowledgeable about the whole island. The beach that the condo is on is clean and great for beach activities and sunbathing (which doesn’t happen much with little ones).

So wonderful!

This property was perfect for our family of 4. This condo is exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked, including salt, sugar and some spices. The view, just lovely. The outdoor patio and deck space next to the beach was amazing. The beach in front of the condo is not swimmable, but about100 yards away is a swimming beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. My only complaint is that the listing pictures several foldable beach chairs, however there were only 3 of the plastic Adirondack chairs and one beach chair (I'm sure over time things break and such but it would've been nice to have these options for sitting on the beach). Valerie, who was our local contact, was amazing! Very quick to respond to any questions. We had 2 small issues that arouse and she was very quick to respond and come with a fix. Thank you Valerie! And thank you for the beverage treat on arrival. I would recommend this condo and hope to book it again when we return to Puerto Rico. There are not many reviews for this property on this site however on another popular vacation rental site you will find the property with hundreds of positive reviews.

Excellent relaxing vacation

We could not have had a better experience! The weather was beautiful and the condo was exactly as pictured. Nancy & Felix obviously take very good care of their apartment. It was clean and beautifully decorated. They have lots of extras available for the beach including beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling, and more. There were even a couple of cervesas in the fridge waiting for us to get our vacation started. The house manager Lily was very accommodating and lovely. We felt very safe and secure the whole time. We would love to return someday. Thank you Nancy and Felix for a truly relaxing and worry free vacation!!

This place is so relaxing and laid back, I only wish we could spend more time there.
