Welcome to Avalon, charming 3-bedroom home in the heart of Lake District National Park, Ambleside. Formerly a bed and breakfast, this beautifully renovated property seamlessly blends historic charm with modern luxury. With views of Ambleside village and close proximity to local amenities, it's perfect for a boutique retreat.
Avalon features a generous sitting room, with a multi-fuel stove, dining room and a fully-equipped breakfast kitchen. The accommodation is spread over five floors, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Property Layout:
Ground Floor:
•Enter through a generously large hallway.
•Dining room: Overlooking the main road and park, perfect for meals together and cocktails.
•Living room: Large L-shaped sofa, smart TV, and log burner for cosy evenings.
•Kitchen: All fully stocked. Ideal for cooking together or hiring a private chef.
•Utility room: Stores large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, and ironing board. Includes a shower and WC for cleaning up after outdoor adventures.
•First Floor: (Currently locked for owner's storage).
Second Floor:
•Two beautifully appointed king-size bedrooms. Each bedroom equipped with its own smart TV and bathroom: One bathroom with a shower and freestanding bath. The other with a double sink and shower.
Top Floor:
•King-size bedroom with smart TV, lovely views, and en suite bathroom with a shower.
All bedrooms have plenty of storage space.
Additional Features:
•Two parking spaces at the back of the property.
•Great views and central location.
•Modern design with stylish furnishings.
•Linens, towels, and toiletries provided, including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel from a local brand called Pure Lakes.
This layout offers plenty of space and comfort for guests to enjoy their stay in the heart of Ambleside.
Guests will have access to the ground floor, second floor and the third floor. Three bedrooms, four bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and a utility room. The first floor and certain rooms are currently inaccessible as they are used for owner storage.
While our friendly team at Laik won't be present physically for your check-in, we operate a seamless self check-in process to give you privacy and convenience.
Despite not being on site, we are easily reachable via phone or messages. Whether you have a query or need assistance, we're here to ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable.

•Kindly note that certain rooms and the entire first floor are presently reserved for owner's storage.
•Private parking is provided for two vehicles. Additional parking is available across the road at the end of Knott Street.
