Villa Il Casale is located in the homonymous village in the province of Pistoia, Tuscany. In complete seclusion, surrounded by olive groves and the magical greenery of one of the most beautiful regions of Italy, this villa with swimming pool will give you the relaxing holiday you've been dreaming of. A holiday with friends or family? Or a holiday with your pet? It can be both. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The villa covers an area of 150 m² and is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a modern and stylish living room with a sofa, TV and dining table. A staircase leads to the next floor where there is another living room with a sofa bed, TV and a fireplace. In the same room there is another dining table and in the extension there is a fully equipped kitchen where preparing meals will be a real pleasure. There is an oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave and a large fridge. The kitchen has access to the terrace with an outdoor barbecue area, while both living rooms have access to separate terraces overlooking the olive grove.

On the 1st floor of the villa you will find 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms are modern and airy. They have double beds and large wardrobes with plenty of storage space for clothes and personal items. One bedroom has access to a balcony. The bathrooms have shower cabins.

The villa is situated on a 3000m² property with many olive trees. The large lawn is ideal for children to play in, but also for easy morning or evening walks. Have we mentioned the 72 m² swimming pool? With a diving board? Yes, yes, we know we've intrigued you now. The surface area of the pool is more than sufficient for recreational swimming, and the deck chairs are ideal for soaking up the warm rays of the Tuscan sun.
