À propos de cet hébergement
Cozy apt with Lycabettus View!
Summary:
This quaint, light-filled apartment for four guests sits in the heart of ancient Athens in the lovely quarters of Neapoli. The private balcony affords you city views of Lycabettus Hill and a nice place to enjoy meals or sip an aperitif for heading out for a nice Greek dinner. Beautifully styled and decorated, this cozy apartment is well-appointed with nice features, offering guests far more than a standard hotel room.
When you're ready to explore, all you need do is step outside to find yourself surrounded by the ancient world's many remaining cultural sites! You can use a map or - more enjoyably - become a curious explorer rambling around in the surrounding neighborhoods. There is something of interest everywhere you look!
The space:
The abundance of natural light in this is adorable apartment adds to its beautifully styled interiors. The result is a cottage-style aesthetic that is both pleasing and comfortable. The functional open floorplan incorporates the modern kitchen, dining table, and living/sitting area, creating a comfortable accommodation. Guests can relax and enjoy each other's company.
Sleeping: There are two options for sleeping arrangements. The bedroom contains a double/queen bed where you can enjoy a comfortable night's sleep. An armoire offers plenty of storage space, and double-patio doors provide balcony access. Additional amenities include a clothes washer, towels for each guest, bed linens for all sleeping accommodations, soap, hangers, toilet paper, hangers, and an iron.
The living room sofa offers sitting by day and a bed by night. It easily converts into a sofa bed to accommodate two sleepers! The sleeping arrangements allow for flexibility, ideal for a small family of two adults and one or two children; one or two couples; or four friends sharing beds.
Living: The heart of the apartment is the combined living, dining, and kitchen. The modern sofa (sofa bed) in the living is ideally located for relaxing or watching the large, flatscreen television. If you want to check your emails, you can use the WiFi connection throughout the apartment.
Eating: The modern dining table and kitchen are immediately adjacent. While not large, you'll find that the kitchen is spacious enough for easy cooking and food preparation and is well-stocked. There are a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and basics such as dishes, pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, and cutlery.
Bath: The spotless bathroom continues the same modern style as the rest of the apartment. There is a walk-in, glass-enclosed shower, sink, wall-mounted towel warmer, and toilet.
Balcony: Unlike most hotels rooms, you'll be able to step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the nearby city views and Lycabettus Hill to your left. Guests can relax here and dine outside, enjoying the true Athenian lifestyle!
