Welcome to our completely newly built vacation home, where luxury and comfort are at the forefront. This house is ideal for a relaxing stay and can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults and 2 children). Pets are not allowed, ensuring an allergen-free environment for all guests.

Living Room and Open Kitchen
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious living room with a modern open kitchen. The living room features a comfortable lounge sofa, a TV with an extensive KPN channel package, and air conditioning for your comfort. The round dining table provides ample space for cozy meals with the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all necessary appliances and cooking utensils you could wish for. There is a separate freezer and an extra refrigerator in the storage room.

Bedrooms
The house has three tastefully decorated bedrooms:

Two bedrooms each with a double bed (Auping 4 x 90 x 200).

One bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or additional guests (2 x 90 x 200).

Bathroom
The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, where you can relax after a day full of activities.

Covered Veranda
The house features a beautiful covered veranda, equipped with a dining table and a lounge set. This is the perfect place to enjoy your meals outdoors or to relax with a good book.

Heat Pump
The house is equipped with an energy-efficient heat pump, ensuring a comfortable temperature at all times, regardless of the season.

Parking
For your convenience, there is a private parking space directly at the house, and a charging station with a 7-meter cable, Type 2.

The vacation home is fully furnished and equipped, with a complete inventory that has been carefully assembled to meet all your needs.

The house is situated in a quiet location in the small Alexanderpark, ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle. Despite the quiet location, you are still close to all necessary amenities and recreational opportunities.
