The space
We’re thrilled to welcome you to our charming 1 bedroom apartment in Ramsgate, located on the seafront just moments from all that the town has to offer.
Nestled on the picturesque West Cliff, our charming apartment boasts an ideal location, offering a serene retreat for those eager to embrace coastal living while discovering the treasures of East Kent. Just a leisurely stroll along the seafront will take you to the enchanting Ramsgate Harbour, lined with historic architecture and lush foliage, and the vibrant town centre, where an array of restaurants, shops, and attractions await your exploration
The property contains a total of 1 bedroom, a living room with a dining area, kitchen and a modern bathroom.
Apartment Layout:
The apartment is located on the ground floor.
Through the front door you will enter the hallway, leading on to the lounge, where you can find a large comfy sofa, and a smart TV stocked with freeview and apps like Netflix to browse at your leisure. There is also a dining table and chairs for you to enjoy meals and reflect on your day’s adventures.
Adjoined to the living room is the kitchen, equipped with the essentials you need for home cooking, such as a fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, toaster and kettle.
Next to the living room, you'll find the master bedroom. Complete with a comfy double bed, bedside tables with drawers, lamps, and wardrobe, it offers a cosy retreat to keep your belongings organised and ensure a restful night's sleep.
Back through the hallway, enter the modern bathroom, containing a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and mirror.
We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and essential toiletries for the initial days of your stay. Should you require more, it is just a 3 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.
The property does not provide allocated parking spaces, however free local parking is usually easy to find on nearby streets within a few minutes walk to the apartment. Tariff parking is available outside the property and is free in the evenings and Sundays.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property.
Other things to note
There is no direct sea view from inside the apartment
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £65 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Parties and smoking will not be tolerated- an extra fee of £250 will apply should any house rules be broken.
Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
