The small cottage apartment has an additional small kitchen and bathroom as well as a pull-out sofa bed in the small living area, perfect for couples or small families who want a little extra space and independence.

The design of the four bedrooms flows with the style of the other areas of the home. They sleep as many as 8 people in comfort. Aquamarine accents the neutral hues of white and off-whites creating a fresh beach style.

Three bedrooms are located together on the first floor of the main villa where one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is in an independent guest apartment on the ground level, accessed through a garden path. The apartment has a lovely master bedroom, ideal for couples or small families with children who need a pull-out sofa bed for sleeping.
