Payment policy
An establishment’s credit card charge authorization or wire bank transfer of 30% is required in order to confirm a reservation and is not refundable.
Final payment shall be settled 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.

Kindly note that the 30% deposit is non refundable.

In case of cancellation within 21 days 100% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fee.
In case of non-show or departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 100% of the remaining stay.
