Venez visiter ce condo de plage en bord de mer sur le sable avec un grand patio et une terrasse donnant sur l'océan Pacifique dans la magnifique South Mission Beach, San Diego. Notre propriété est entièrement meublée et offre une vue illimitée sur l'océan depuis le patio en bord de mer et la terrasse à l'étage. C'est l'une des meilleures plages de sable au monde avec baignade et surf à quelques pas du condo. Ce condo de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain et 2 étages est situé SUR LE SABLE / Boardwalk. Vous pouvez facilement regarder vos enfants jouer dans le sable tout en vous relaxant sur la terrasse. Il y a aussi une tour de sauveteur directement en face près de l'eau pour la baignade en toute sécurité et les activités nautiques. Cette propriété est un duplex côte à côte, miroir, totalisant 6 chambres à coucher six bains si les deux unités sont louées. Chaque unité a un numéro d'inscription VRBO distinct. Le 2735 Oceanfront Walk est inscrit # 11622 et le 2737 Oceanfront Walk est inscrit # 1071584. Si vos dates demandées ne sont pas disponibles, veuillez vérifier l'autre liste. Chaque unité possède toutes ses propres commodités telles que barbecue à gaz, terrasse, buanderie, tuyau, douche extérieure, parking, etc., donc rien n'est partagé entre les unités. Chaque unité est livrée avec 2 places de parking carport (4 places au total si les deux unités sont louées). Nous louons à la semaine pendant les mois d'été du samedi au samedi. De nombreux magasins, marchés, bars et restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Le parc Belmont, de renommée mondiale, se trouve juste sur la promenade au nord. Profitez d'une promenade matinale sur la plage ou la promenade avant de vous installer pour votre journée de plaisir au soleil. Nos unités sont entièrement équipées avec wifi et télévision par câble. Great Location

My buddies and I enjoyed our stay at the Mission Beach property. We were in town for a relaxing weekend plus took in a Padres game. The rental worked out great. We spent most of the time on the patio catching up and enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach - literally two steps away. Thanks, Fergus

Great location on the beach in San Diego!

Loved this property and the location of it on Mission Beach! We had a riot being on the sand, spending time in the surf, and visiting nearby attractions.

Mission Beach vacation

This property is ideally located for a quiet vacation away from the busiest section of Mission Beach with direct access (right out the door) to the beach. When I informed the property manager that we lost hot water one morning, he dispatched a service technician who replaced the hot water heater by the end of the day.

Birthday Celebration

We stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration. The location is fantastic and the place is clean and well maintained. The patio is a great hangout spot, but I was worried we were bothering our neighbors who did not hang out on the patio much….overall, I it was a great place and I plan to come back.

Beautiful Spot

We are a group of educators from Tucson and came out to Mission Beach to escape the heat. We had a amazing time with great friends and family. The beach house was perfect and a great way to unwind and enjoy the ocean views. We will be staying here again.

Perfect little beach house

Great little beach house for our long weekend. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated, beds are comfy. On the beach it’s perfect. Kitchen had enough supplies for us to make dinner a couple nights. Gas grill was great. There were some sand toys on the porch in the deck box and boogie boards in the laundry closet. If you have littles, bring something to block the stairs and close up the cabinets, and watch out for the step down to the living room. Our 1.5 year old did fine. We would return in the future! Thanks!

Great place on the beach

The location and view was great. We celebrated a birthday and it worked perfectly. Two parking spaces as well as a large parking lot a short walk away. Everyone enjoyed gathering around the gas fire pit table outside. I would recommend and would book again.

Annual Beach Week

We have been staying at South Mission as a family for 30 years. We used the connected units with the the common patio working nicely for our group. The proximity to both the ocean and bay is good for all our age groups. Enjoyed the water, biking, jogging, walking, hoops on the sand, scooters and the Plunge for the little guys, big family meals. Can't wait for next year.

Comfortable beach house with a view

Clean and comfortable stay for our family of 4, including kids aged 2 and 5. Being right on the beach is key when toting kids, chairs and toys, and you can just step out on the ocean front walk for a morning jog. The sunsets are fantastic on clear days. The location is very walkable to Belmont Park, a corner grocery store for basics, and is a short drive to several museums, the Zoo, Balboa Park, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation here.

Family Beach Time

The rental was just as described. We entered and it was clean and ready right on time. Check in was seamless and our host was very responsive. We had a "tiny" problem that he addressed immediately and resolved early the next morning. It is in a perfect part of Mission Beach and we would not hesitate to stay again!

Poor communication and zero basic supplies

We stayed 3 days and 4 nights. The property supplied us with no basic supplies for our 3 day stay. The toilet papers were already running out. We had 3 baths with only 1 piece of dove soap. NO trash bag, NO shampoo or conditioner. NO dishwasher detergent. NO HAIRDRYER. Barely 5 ml cooking oil. NO cooking spray, no red peppers or any other spice. Worst part was that the the property manger didn't care to reply or apologize and sent things on the evening if our 2nd day of stay saying that his vrbo app crashed. FYI you also get an email when someone send message on vrbo app. We already shopped for everything by then. It was a big inconvenience for a short stay and having 3 people in 3 showers only to find out that there was no soap or shampoo was crazy and then having no hairdryer for you to get ready for dinner out!!

They need more essentials

First off the location on the beach is excellent. But you know this when you book it and you’re paying for it. The home is under supplied. It’s 3 bedrooms but there were only five forks in the whole unit. It only had five towels we could find. There was no paper towel, toilet paper or aluminum foil. We have to buy disposable cutlery and all these other items. I texted the owner but never received a response. Also there is not 2 functioning parking stalls. Our second stall was filled with garbage and recycling containers. The stall we did have was an extremely tight if you have an SUV. For multiple nights the other side of the duplex was rented. They had at least nine people staying there and were quite loud till 1 am. It wasn’t bad inside the building but be aware the outside space is all shared The check out also wasn’t great. Our check out was 11 am but the cleaner showed up at 9:30. They started off with the other unit which was vacant but it was intruding when they were cleaning the outside space before our checkout time. We couldn’t enjoy the outdoor space because of this on our last morning.

Disappointment at Mission Beach

When we arrived we were shocked that there was no front door — just a dingy door that opened into a back bathroom (that was outdated and dirty). When we went into living room, discovered that the floors were very dirty — I swept up a pile of it. Window treatment pulls/wands were broken on 2-3 windows. There was a missing cabinet pull in the kitchen. The master bed headboard banged into the wall when you got in bed. Nasty, rusted floor a/c vent in master. In the other 2 bedrooms, there was no place to put luggage, resulting in a mess of clothes, etc., all over the place. The kitchen drawers were in terrible disarray, with inadequate silverware. There were no kitchen scissors or chip clips. Things were just thrown into drawers and cabinets, with no apparent organization. Fireplace vents were very rusty. The coffee table in the living room had chunks of wood missing and other extensive damage. The pictures online did NOT represent this place! Do NOT stay here!!!!!!

Great Stay but needs some updating

We stayed 9/27/21 to 10/4/21. There are 2 sides to this unit. We rented 1 side and our daughters in-laws rented the other side. Once you open your back condo slider (big long slider) the beach is right across the walkway. We LOVED the location as it’s Mission Beach and a short walk to the restaurants/bar. Its towards the end of Mission Beach. Still close to everything but not in the middle of all the foot traffic. Loved the condo w/big beautiful sliding doors that open facing the patio and view of beach. Full refrigerator, blender, microwave and regular coffee pot (not pods). Plenty of dishes, pots & pans, mixing bowls, drinking cups, coffee mugs etc. Only complaint is the mattresses in the 2 guest rooms; bdr 1 - had a full bed and bdr 2 - had 2 twin beds, they were old and horrible! The bed in the master room was better. The bedding/pillows in ALL the rooms are VERY OLD/ OUTDATED. The pillows were like flat boards, we went out and bought all new pillows as we were going to be there for a week. The Laundry room is outside in the carport area which is fine and there was laundry soap and other stuff (beach chairs) that people had left just as we did. You enter the condo through the carport area, through a small gate that leads to the downstairs bathroom and that’s how you enter condo (weird) but it’s fine. Our daughters in-laws next door had termites upstairs in their bedroom and bathroom. They reached out to Zac and he was great and responded immediately. All he could do was offer spray until our departure. He stated they come out during that time of year and being that the condo is so close to the water. 🤷🏻‍♀️ They were upset about it but just dealt with it. We paid 5,500 for the week and although the kitchen is updated, the bedrooms, bedding etc are very outdated. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The master has a balcony and a view of the patio below and of course the ocean. This Condo is perfect if families want to stay on the beach in two separate units but still want to be together. When walking out each patio slider, you are sharing the same patio space with your neighbor. Each has their own section of table w/6 chairs and a propane fire pit w/2 chairs. For me i’d only stay there again if my family rented the other side. Reality is, you’ll never know who your neighbors are until you get there.
