The house is on the second floor and can be reached by stairs.
The interior of Casa Elen consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with single beds, a kitchen with mini electric cooker, a bathroom with a bathtub.
A service bathroom with washing machine and pilozza leads to the stairs to the panoramic terrace. Here you can dine al fresco, with breathtaking views of Ostuni`s white rooftops and the Adriatic Sea on the horizon.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
