Ce premier appartement élégant et contemporain plancher pour deux à quatre personnes est situé dans un environnement sécurisé, calme, vieille de 200 ans sur Fermer dans la Grassmarket historique et animée, et se trouve à quelques pas de toutes les principales attractions d'Édimbourg et des transports. Le Royal Mile et du château d'Édimbourg sont environ 2 minutes à pied de l'appartement et de Princes Street et la gare de Waverley sont à seulement 10 minutes à pied. Ce est fondamentalement l'emplacement idéal pour partir à sortir, l'expérience de tous les sites et de découvrir votre propre Édimbourg!
Un beau et spacieux appartement dormir deux invités dans la chambre à coucher dans un lit King Size luxe ainsi que deux autres clients sur un canapé-lit dans le salon. Idéal pour les couples ou les familles avec enfants. L'appartement est disposé sur le plan ouvert de sorte se il vous plaît noter que la chambre à coucher est ouverte sur le salon / salle à manger, séparés par la garde-robe.
Le ouverte / salle à manger et cuisine lumineuse plan de vie donnent sur la cour privée de la fermer. Cuisine entièrement équipée a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris un lave-vaisselle et laveuse / sécheuse. Grande salle de bain avec baignoire et douche dans la baignoire. Lovely stay!

Fiona's flat was the perfect location for us to explore Edinburgh during our time there. It's literally directly off the Grassmarket at the foot of Victoria Street - plenty of shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to popular locations in Old and New Town. The flat was just as described and had all the amenities you'd need. While we didn't make use of the kitchen for cooking, having the kettle and french press available for coffee and tea was perfect. (Fiona, thank you for having tea bags, coffee and milk available for us, and for the delicious tea cakes as a treat!) If we are ever back in the area, we would rebook this flat with Fiona in a heartbeat.

What a fantastic stay!

Personally we felt like the property was even more roomy than the pictures showed (often the reverse can be true). Everything was very clean and full of amenities. You walk right out onto the Grassmarket area and the start of Bow/Victoria St, so just a great location to explore. Tons of shops, restaurants, pubs right there, and good groceries are very close by as well. The host (Fiona) was very helpful and responsive. We'd highly recommend staying here! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Edinburgh Gem in Grass Market

Could not ask for a better location in all of Edinburgh as Grass Market is where you want to be. The Apartment itself as well as communication is as good as it gets, and we've rented several throughout Europe over the years. If you are looking for a full-size Apartment equipped with everything you need, look no further than less beautiful Apartment. We would rent it again in a heartbeat. We were there for 6 days and had a great time in this wonderful city. Thanks Fiona for all your help.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay in Edinburgh. Fiona was great with communication prior to our arrival. I was a little confused as how to get into the flat, but I was able to call and she helped me get in with no problems. I would recommend this flat to any person or couple looking to stay in the heart of Edinburgh.

My husband and I had a great time. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. The manager gave clear explicit directions for everything you may need-including emergency dentist and doctor. We were so pleased!

Quiet, Safe, Cozy, perfect location and wonderful welcome

After a crazy couple of flights to get to Edinburgh, Fiona's flat was such a welcome. We were wet and tired but upon entering, it was so clean, quiet, and warm. The card and treats that she left on the table were touching. The flat has everything you would need to cook a nice meal if you wanted to stay in. We cooked at least one meal a day. She had staples such as olive oil, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. The grocery store was only a 7 min walk from the flat. Fiona always responded so quickly whenever we had questions leading up to our stay and during our stay. Despite it being a few steps away from the busy Grassmarket, where the flat is situated guarantees privacy and tranquility both in the day and nighttime. We highly recommend Fiona's place and hope to return in the future. Thank you Fiona!

A jewel in the heart of historic Edinburgh

The apartment is super cozy in an excellent location to let yourself immerse in Old Town Edinburgh. The kitchen is well equipped allowing cooking as it was your home away from home. My husband and I have stayed in this apartment three times already. Since we found it, we never searched for another place to stay in Edinburgh. Fiona, the owner, is always caring for her guests. This can be seen and felt in each detail in the apartment. Thank you so much, Fiona, for sharing your place with us once more.

Lovely little apartment

Great little apartment - spotlessly clean and has all you’d need for a city break. We stayed for three nights during the festival. The extractor fan from the restaurant next door was a little noisy when trying to get my daughter to bed but it was switched off soon after 10 so not a problem. Fiona was great and really communicative

Amazing place to stay!

We absolutely loved this apartment! The location cannot be beat - you walk out the courtyard and you're in West Bow/Victoria Street! There are many, many restaurants within walking distance, not to mention the castle and the Royal Mile. We walked everywhere. Inside, it was very clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for how close it is to the tourist center. Fiona left some goodies for us in the kitchen and that was a lovely touch. The bed was comfy and the bathroom spacious. I would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Edinburgh. It was absolutely wonderful.

Home away from home!

Fiona’s property in Grassmarket was our third stop on our two week journey in the UK. The flat is situated right off of Grassmarket, which is a famous square in Scotlands Capital. The location is prime… it’s close to everything in Old Town and also in a secured and safe location. Once we checked in and made our way into the flat, we were amazed with the quality and caring touches Fiona made. It looks better and is far more up to date than current pictures show. The kitchen has any and all amenities needed to cook, do laundry, or make a cuppa tea. On arrival, we were welcomed with juice, milk, tea, sugar, and famous Scottish Tablets (thank you!). Small and caring touches like this really made it a home away from home. The flat itself is pretty large compared to our other stays in the UK. We had access to TV, travel booklets and maps, in addition to a great welcome folder with any and all local information we might need on our stay. We hope to come back to Scotland again soon and hopefully get the opportunity to stay at another of Fiona’s properties. If you stay here, take the time to read though some of the many stories in her guest book, you’ll find something new and awesome to supplement your holiday. Thank you again Fiona!

Awesome property.

It was the perfect rental for us, right in the downtown area (Grassmarket), minutes from the Edinburgh castle, minutes from the Royal mile, minutes from awesome restaurants. The property was pristine, the bed was comfortable, a nicely equipped kitchen, and for two of us, plenty of space. Fiona is a great communicator providing clear and precise instructions in a timely manner. We inquired about an early check in and late checkout and she graciously accommodated our needs. We highly recommend this property in the heart of the most awesome city.
