Our beautiful maisonette is located in Newton Mearns just off M77, J4 only 9 miles from Glasgow City Centre.
The property has allocated parking, is extremely well connected, with the benefit of easy access to motorway links to reach the City and surrounding areas in only a few minutes. A short 30 min journey to both Glasgow and Prestwick airports.
Access is lower level from the Ground level street.
