This charming 56m² apartment, nestled on the 1st floor (accessible by stairs), has been thoughtfully renovated, blending original 1940s design with contemporary touches. Carefully curated, the space boasts a selection of design-led furniture, vibrant photography books, and unique objects, creating an artful, relaxed atmosphere that is both inviting and inspiring.
The living room is bright and welcoming, with natural light enhancing its calm, cozy vibe. A smart TV is available for streaming your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and all the cookware you need to prepare meals with ease. Or, if you'd prefer, simply brew a cup of tea from the selection provided and relax on the couch after a day of exploring East London.
The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the second features a futon sofa bed that doubles as another relaxing seating area. Both rooms are designed with comfort in mind, featuring hotel-quality linens and pillows.
The bathroom, with its classic bathtub and sink, is complemented by a separate toilet room. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests can enjoy a scenic walk along the canal to Victoria Park, adding a peaceful escape to your stay. The area also boasts a dynamic cultural scene with art galleries, music venues, and a strong sense of community, making it a vibrant and inviting place to call home.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Cambridge Heath, is just an 11-minute walk.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
