The Space:
Bristol Property offers a spacious and modern living experience with bright, airy rooms throughout. On the ground floor you will find a layout that includes a well-appointed kitchen, a practical utility room, a generous dining room with a comfortable living space sharing the space. Each room features contemporary finishes and an abundance of natural light.

The first of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and features a king-size bed. Head to the first floor and you'll find a further three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are twin rooms and the last bedroom is another king. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, featuring large, upholstered fabric headboards that add a touch of elegance and warmth to the spaces.

The bathroom is located on the first floor and includes a walk in shower and a wash basin, with a toilet located in a separate room.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Bishopston area of Bristol, Bristol Property sits amongst a residential and vibrant part of the city. There are a range of local shops and amenities along with green spaces and readily available access to nearby attractions.

Local shops and amenities include places such as Grahams Books and The Bristol Cheese Shop. For coffee you can head to The Bristolian Café or if you fancy a pint head to The Kings Arms or The Alexandra. If you fancy a change of scenery, head close by to Gloucester Road where its known for the eclectic mix of independent shops, cafes and pubs.

Just a short walk from Gainsborough Square, St. Andrews Park is a great place for a stroll or a picnic. It has a lovely lake, playgrounds, and plenty of green space for relaxing or exercising.

A short bus or bike ride away, The Cube is a small, independent cinema known for screening a wide variety of films, from independent movies to cult classics and live events.

Getting Around:
The local area to the property is very well connected by public transport, including local buses and trains.

Gainsborough Square is conveniently located for the majority of the buses that pass through the city. The closest bus stop to the property is located on Gloucester Road, providing bus routes direct into the city centre as well as places like Clifton and Harbourside.

There are two options for train stations in close proximity to the holiday let, the first being Bristol Temple Meads. This is the main train station in the city, about a 15-20 minute bus ride or 10-minute cycle from Gainsborough Square. It connects to other cities in the UK, including London, Bath, Cardiff, and Exeter. From the bus stops on Gloucester Road, you can easily catch buses to the train station.

The second is the Redland Railway Station, a small station which is located about a 10-minute walk from Gainsborough Square and is served by local trains to and from Bristol Temple Meads and Severn Beach. While not as frequent as Temple Meads, it's a good option for shorter journeys.
