Private and Secluded Casa Estrella with Private Pool 4 Bedrooms near Sayalonga
Beautiful 4 bedroom villa in the heart of Andalucia near Sayalonga, with a private pool. New to the rental market 2024. Very secluded, spacious and relaxing in its own private mature gardens.
Large outside area with multiple tables/chairs/sunbeds and lounging areas. Stunning views of the mountains, surrounded by forestry, farmland and gardens. With a sea view from the roof terrace.
A gorgeous rural location just 2km from the beautiful Sayalonga Pueblo. Only 20 minutes drive to the nearest beach at Algarrobo Costa. 30 Minutes to the popular resort of Nerja and 50 minutes from Malaga Airport.
This spendid 4 bedroomed villa has been recently refurbished to high modern standards.
The villa has a fully fitted American style kitchen complete with a large fridge freezer, electric fan oven, induction hob, extractor and a fitted dish washer. There is also a toaster, microwave and filter coffee machine provided. The cupboards have all the essential cooking utensils, crockery and plates.
From the kitchen you walk into the bright and airy open plan lounge and dining area. This is favourably temperature controlled with air conditioning.
There is a modern wooden dining table for those rare times when you wish to dine indoors.
The lounge area is very tastefully arranged and furnished. Free WIFI is provided. This is a large light room with several large patio doors leading to the pool and outside terraces.
The Master bedroom has stunning views over the countryside, mountains. There is a comfortable king size bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
The main shower room is modern and stylish, recently refurbished to a high standard.
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan.
A second shower/bathroom again is modern and stylish, recently refurbished.
There is an additional lounge room to the rear of the house which leads to a 'hidden' courtyard. This is furnished with further seating for separate relaxation. You can also play table tennis in this courtyard.
From this courtyard you will find the annexe which houses two further bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space to escape for peace and quiet and also to extend your vacation to your family and friends!
Bedroom 3 located in the annexe is complete with a king size bed, en-suite shower room and air-conditioning and plenty of hanging space for your clothes.
Leading from this room is the 4th Bedroom, which is a large spacious room, again with its own en-suite shower room, hanging space, air-conditioning and the added bonus of patio doors, giving plenty of light and separate access to the front of the accommodation and gardens.
We also provide a laundry room with washing machine for your use, ironing board and iron.
The pool terrace includes an outside kitchen area with gas BBQ and shaded dining area. Once you've seen it you will not want to leave! Your private pool is maintained regularly, so you will find little reason to leave the poolside. Enjoy many hours swimming and cooling in the blue waters.
This is a private and secluded area and not shared or overlooked, perfect for sunbathing and spending time with your loved ones.
There is also an outside shower for you to cool down and remove the oils and lotions prior to entering the swimming pool.
The villa is located approximately 2km in the campo (countryside) outside Sayalonga pueblo in the Almajara Mountain range. The access road to the villa is mainly concreted and well maintained and easily navigated.
The garden and pool terraces are fully fenced.
The surrounding villages offer many bars, restaurants to dine, so can easily eat out every day and sample the local cuisine at an affordable price.
This area is renowned for its speciality Cómpeta Wine and festival dishes of Migas, Paella and the sharing of the grapes.
Within the villages of Sayalonga and the larger sister village of Cómpeta it is possible to organise tours to vineyards, walking tours, boat trips, hire of cycles, jeeps, kayaks and many many more activities. We recommend that you pay a visit to the tourist offices in the villages, they have a wealth of knowledge and speak many languages.
Sayalonga is situated just 9 km up the hill from Algarrobo Costa, 41 km east of Málaga, it is on the Axarquía route of Sun and Wine. A good day to visit if you like the sweet and sour Nispero (the paradise fruit of the Axarquía) is the first Sunday of May when the fruit is harvested and a good time is had by all. During the summer months they have several ferias and fiestas to enjoy the local traditions and fayre. Another festival is on 7th of October when the Patron Saint of Sayalonga, La Señora del Rosario, is given thanks for the year's harvest. Whenever you visit the village you will be given a warm welcome by the locals and there are plenty of bars and restaurants where you enjoy the village atmosphere. There are several small supermarkets and panaderias (bread shop) & a pescaderia (Fish shop) generally open from 9am-8pm daily (with a siesta between 2pm and 4pm). Sundays and Festival days some maybe be closed, so best to shop the day before!
The vibrant pueblo of Cómpeta also has several supermarkets , panaderias (bread shop) & pescaderias (fish shops) generally open from 9am-8pm daily, except Sundays and Festival days, so worth checking in advance. The local Dia is open all day with no lunchtime close and also the gasoline station located between Sayalonga and Competa has extended hours and lots of fresh produce and essentials!
You will also find hairdressers, beauty salons, clothing stores, farmacias, doctors and dentists within both villages.
We are approximately 9 km from the nearest beach, which is pleasantly clean and well maintained with many bars and chirringuitos for your fish tastes.
The journey from Malaga takes around 50 minutes by car.
