Stay at The Studio at Apedroc Stud, which breeds racehorses, for a perfect blend of countryside tranquility, charming accommodation, and easy access to rich history, natural beauty, and adventures of Hartfield and its surrounding areas.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: Galleried, Kingsize (5ft) Bed. Hot and cold air conditioning, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Back garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children under 11. . Nestled in the rolling countryside of East Sussex in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Apedroc Stud Farm offers a secluded two-bedroom holiday let designed to provide a perfect escape. The Studio is set in the magnificent grounds of Apedroc, who’s first recorded owner was Queen Edith (wife of King Edward the Confessor and sister to King Harold). Much later it was owned by Sir Michael Balcon, who founded Ealing Film Studios, and gave Alfred Hitchcock his first job. His grandson, Daniel Day-Lewis, spent much of his childhood here. The Studio itself was created by renowned musician and sound manager, Alan Parsons and legend has it that parts of Pink Floyd’s iconic album, ’Dark Side of the Moon’, were recorded here. The Studio has been updated by the current owners, who breed racehorses here on 110 acres of breathtaking farmland and ancient woodland.
