Beautiful bungalow in Adeje, with two pleasant terraces where you can relax outdoors and a communal swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Located in a quiet residential complex, just 7 minutes drive from the beaches of Fañabé and 11 minutes from El Duque, where you can enjoy a summer atmosphere all year round. With an exquisite decoration and capacity for 4 people, it is ideal for groups and families. It is perfect for a unique experience.
This beautifully renovated and modern bungalow sleeps up to 4 people and has two bedrooms, both with ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and access to a small terrace with side sea and mountain views. The second bedroom also has a double bed. In addition, the cosy living-dining room has a sofa bed and Smart TV. From this room you can access the second terrace of the flat, where you can enjoy sea views and spectacular sunsets, while relaxing in the chill-out area with sun loungers, the perfect place to sunbathe and unwind.
The apartment also offers wifi internet and a third room with a desk, designed for teleworking. It has a full bathroom with shower and an open plan kitchen equipped with everything you need.
The quiet residential complex in which it is located has a communal swimming pool for your comfort and offers you the opportunity to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings, while the best spots in the south of the island, such as the beaches, restaurants and main attractions of Costa Adeje and Las Americas, are just a few minutes' drive away. In addition, there is public parking nearby for added convenience.
