The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, microwave, and more. You'll find complete sets of dishes, cutlery, and cookware. A clothes washer and drying rack are provided, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.
Both bedrooms face the street. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed with a premium mattress, while the second has a double bed. Professionally laundered linens, comforters, pillows, and towels are provided for all guests. The apartment has two bathrooms: an en-suite to the first bedroom and another accessible via the hallway. Each bathroom includes a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries (toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap).
The flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival for your safety. The apartment is heated during winter, and portable fans are available (no air conditioning).

*Management may occasionally need access to the property for maintenance, inspections, or viewings. This will always be arranged with prior notice between 8:00 and 19:00, except in the rare case of an emergency requiring immediate attention.

Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior. Any harassment or verbal abuse directed toward our staff will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to £800.
Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.
Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.
Cleaning and Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to £800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out Times:
Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
Late Check-In: £50 fee between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM; £90 after 10:00 PM. After 1:00 AM: £120.
Late Check-Out: Must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at the full nightly rate.
Keys: Lost or damaged keys/key fobs will incur a fee of £200 for keys and £300 for key fobs. Please follow the check-out process carefully to ensure keys are returned as directed.
