In the same room there is a living room with a sofa, a fireplace and a TV.
Casa Sole Istria has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each room has a double bed and one of them has an extra bed. The bathrooms are equipped with showers, toiletries and a hairdryer. A washing machine is also available in the villa.
The courtyard of the villa covers an area of 1,300 m² and is full of greenery. Start your day with a cup of coffee or tea on the covered patio, then take a refreshing dip in the heated pool. Afterwards, relax on the sun loungers by the pool or combine swimming in the pool with an indoor infrared sauna for a true wellness experience. When it's time to eat, light a fire and prepare a meal on the grill. And if you want to get active, the villa offers bicycles, volleyball, five-a-side soccer and tennis courts, as well as a children's playground. All these facilities are shared with the neighboring villa.
The location of the villa is ideal if you want to spend an active vacation in nature, but also if you want to visit some Istrian towns and enjoy the beach, whichever suits you better. Near the villa are the towns of Labin and Rabac, an area known for its numerous hiking trails, which vary in length and difficulty, so choose the one that suits you best. If you prefer to just lie on the beach, visit the beaches in Rabac and other smaller towns on the eastern coast of Istria.
