My recently renovated apartment has a living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, a large bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a perfect small office with an electric standing desk. Outside, there is a private terraced garden with a heated weather-proof gazebo for outdoor gatherings. One small to medium sized dog is allowed.
The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard, with brand new furniture, fixtures and fittings. Fresh white has been used to decorate throughout, with accents of colour in each room, giving a clean contemporary feel. For those who enjoy tech, there are lots of special features.
You enter the apartment through the garden gate, down a flight of stairs, across the patio area and in through the french doors to the bright and spacious living room, a quiet space with a large comfy sofa, a double sofa bed, a ROKU Smart TV and and an electric feature fireplace.
The kitchen is separate and accessed off the living room. Here you will have use of a fridge freezer, washer dryer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. There's a nice addition of a breakfast table and two chairs where you can have a relaxed breakfast, whilst you plan your day ahead. There will be some complimentary tea/coffee in my apartment (sorry, no coffee machine). I hope this will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! If you wish to purchase more supplies for your stay, there is a Co-op Supermarket and some great delis and bakeries close to hand, just 5 minutes walk away in Kemptown Village.
The hallway leads to a newly fitted shower room, which has a generously sized double shower with rainfall shower head, sink vanity unit and toilet.
Continuing down the hallway, there’s a large double bedroom with two built-in wardrobes, drawers, bedside tables and lamps and a wall mounted ROKU smart TV, making it the ideal place to relax and chill. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (hand towel and bath towel per person) as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.
French doors lead from the living room to a beautifully paved patio area, perfect for outdoor dining on warm evenings and sunbathing. The private terraced garden has a large heated weather-proof gazebo with sofas for relaxing.
We offer remote access with easy self check-in and 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
TV Instructions:
ROKU Smart TVs in living room and in bedroom.
Living room TV: Make sure the Amplifier is powered on. Use the Yamaha Amplifier remote INPUT button to select HDMI1. Turn on the TV (Use the Source button to select HDMI1 if necessary), and use the Roku remote.
Bedroom Roku: turn on tv and use the Roku remote.
Living room music: Make sure the Amplifier is powered on. Use the Yamaha Amplifier remote INPUT button to select Bluetooth to connect your device to Lounge Bluetooth, or select AV2 to use the Alexa device. With Alexa you can say " Alexa, tell me the weather in Brighton today" or "Alexa, play Abba" and more.

EARLY CHECK- IN/ LATE CHECK- OUT
- We can arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, this would cost £40 these will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, please inquire. Also, if guests check themselves in early or check out late then there is a charge of £50 for this.
TRAVEL COT
- We can provide a travel cot if needed, we do not provide the mattress just the travel cot itself. Also, please note that these are first come, first serve, and may not be available, there is a £30 charge for this. Our apologies but we do not provide high chairs.
PETS
- Please inquire with us as we may be able to accommodate your pet. However, please note, an extra pet cleaning fee of £30 is charged and also guests who leave dog mess will be charged £50. Any damages caused by your pet we will charge you for.
PARKING- Parking permit Zone H
- Guests can use permit holders spaces at night from 8pm-9am then guests can use; pay and display on street parking nearby or NCP car parks around Brighton and Hove. Best to check Parkopedia or the Brighton council parking web pages. Guests may also want to book a private car parking space for themselves instead. Lastly, some roads are permit holder only from 10:00am-11:00am and then again from 7pm-8pm. Please check road signs for confirmation of chargeable hours.
GUESTS LEFT ITEM BEHIND
- There is a charge of £30 (plus postage and packaging) for any item left behind by the guest that they want posting or dropping off to them, or if they want to come back and collect.
Anything else please just inquire and we will try and be as accommodating as possible!
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
