Hop Farm est une charmante ferme avec toutes les commodités modernes, en date du 1715 avec l'utilisation d'une pleine grandeur piscine intérieure chauffée, 6 chambres, quatre salles de bains et un parking pour 10 voitures.

Hop Farm offre un hébergement pour 12 personnes normalement. Les personnes supplémentaires jusqu'à un maximum de 16 ans sont facturés à un taux nominal de 40 £ par personne et par nuit, pour lesquels ils sont fournis avec des lits de soirée pyjama. Les bébés dans les bras sont libres bien sûr.

Hop Farm est brillamment situé dans le pays de l'Est Kent réel agricole back-of-delà, mais il est moins de 2 heures de Londres en voiture, à 1 heure en train de salut-vitesse, dans les 30 minutes des ports Tunnel sous la Manche et Ferry, et 45 minutes de Ashford pour Eurostar (Paris ou Bruxelles 2 heures).

Hop Farm dispose d'une belle piscine chauffée par tous temps pour votre usage exclusif, Wi-Fi, barbecue, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 16 ans, et deux tables de ping-pong.

Il y a aussi un terrain de football à 5 ​​et jusqu'à 6 vieux vélos sur demande (y compris un vélo fait pour deux!). S'il vous plaît apporter vos propres casques de vélo.

À côté de Hop Farm se trouve notre beau court de tennis privé en herbe que nous pouvons partager avec vous.(Voir la courte vidéo!) Il suffit de demander lors de la réservation si vous souhaitez l'utiliser. Vous aurez besoin d'apporter votre propre raquettes, balles de tennis et des chaussures de tennis. Être herbe, la cour est fermée Octobre à mai.

Hop Farm est entourée de champs et de jolis vergers du Kent, propices aux promenades dans la campagne, dont une demi-heure à travers de jolis vergers et champs jusqu'à notre pub local, The Checker Inn ou The Rising Sun.

endroits intéressants à visiter à proximité comprennent Sandwich historique (avec plusieurs terrains de golf, y compris le Club de golf de Royal St George de renommée mondiale) et Canterbury avec sa cathédrale de renommée mondiale, les murs de la ville et des boutiques de créateurs et les vignobles voisins pour le vin Kent.

Nous avons passé 4 belles journées dans le Kent. La maison était très agréable, confortable et parfaite pour nous accueillir tous (8 adultes et 4 enfants). L'accueil était également très bon.

Had an amazing weekend ! Very well equipped !!! More than I’ve had anywhere . Jenny ( host ) is great , very welcoming , it’s very Comfortable , beautiful historic building , so spacious , thinking it would be cramped with 12 of us , but on the contrary we lost each other ! And you could have a couple more as well if you wanted too !. The children ( actually adults more ! ) loved that the pool Is heated too ! The grounds are so tranquil , no light pollution , Listening to the birds rather than the traffic and general day to day hustle and bustle WHAT A GEM WE FOUND !!!! And absolutley pleased we did , just what we needed !!! Thanks Jenny polly and Vaughan we feel privileged !!! Kim

This was the 2nd time we stayed at Hop Farm.It’s the perfect location, just close enough for a the local attractions, but nice and peaceful.The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool was a bonus and the kids loved itWe will be back next year

New Year Mini Break
Great property for our purposes in most ways - lots of space, comfortable but not too precious - so we could relax with 5 grandchildren 2 dogs. Housekeeper Jenny was so welcoming and couldn't have done more to help and make our stay a happy one. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything needed. No problems with the electricity cutting out as warned in the notes if too many appliances are on.Wood burning stove and everything needed to light it easily.Beautiful, lit Christmas tree (we arrived on the 29th Dec).Enclosed area to let dogs out into and grounds to walk in supervised. Lots of walks from the house. The swimming pool proved most popular - so wonderful to be able to access it from the house. The water was warm and the children stayed in for ages without getting cold. The house is spread out and a floor plan would be useful to determine where everyone will sleep - parents wanted to be near their offspring which was tricky. Also as mentioned in previous reviews there are a lot of steps into rooms and between them, we wished we had taken an extra stairgate as the open plan nature of the living room, kitchen and dining area made it impossible to contain an active toddler who was not great with steps. There is one stairgate in place which was really helpful and another moveable one, but we couldn't make that work. For older children it would be no problem at all. Overall we had a fabulous, relaxed stay and made many happy memories. Thank you.

Celebrated my 50th with friends and the property was perfect for the occasion. The pool was great and the house had everything we needed. We loved the cosy wood burner and fab new kitchen. We enjoyed a walk in the nearby countryside and had a great lunch at The Duke William a short drive away. The host was helpful with communication prior to our stay and the housekeeper was as welcoming, cheerful and Friendly.

Lovely, slightly quirky property - ideal for our group of seniors though an extra bathroom would have been even better. Keysafe would be a useful addition to allow easier access for groups. Loved the pool especially as weather wasn't perfect for our stay. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Weekend
We had a really lovely weekend staying in Vaughan’s house. It was clean, spacious, warm and comfortable with lots of extras. Lovely heated pool, gardens to play and tennis court in the Summer. We had an excellent Sunday roast in the nearby Duke William. Vaughan is so helpful, prompt to reply to any questions and Jenny made us feel welcome on arrival. Would love to go back in the Summer.

4 days in August 2024
The property is very impressive , easily designed to support our family of 10 adults and two children and a dog. The large bedrooms and modern bathrooms were very suitable. The reception areas were comfortable and well appointed. The well appointed kitchen allowed meal prep. Overall the property could be described as period and charming. The high success was the in-door pool which the family thoroughly enjoyed. The terrace welcomed bbqs and family gatherings in the sun with ample seating and umbrellas. More entertaining was the tennis court, play area and sheep tended in the nearby field. The location is wonderful in the garden of Kent with apple orchards and sunflower fields in the vacinity. This was an excellent family holiday location.

Great place for a family break.
9 of us ages ranging between 12 and 76 plus dog had a great weekend. Lovely house in rural, peaceful location. Very well equipped, plenty of room inside and out and fantastic facilities. Lovely warm welcome from Jenny the friendly housekeeper. Everyone loved the amazing pool, some played tennis (badly) courtesy of the owners private court, some played boule and others relaxed. EV charging on site was a bonus. We visited Canterbury en route to Hop Farm and Sandwich (can recommend the Crispin Inn for lunch) and were sorry to leave.

Amazing house, great hosts
The property is big, clean and really well equipped. The pool and tennis court were perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 children as we all enjoyed using them. The rural location is perfect for a secluded getaway but still with some great places to visit nearby. The hosts were excellent and very accommodating.

Great place for a family get together!
The family,3 generations, was celebrating a 70th birthday. Perfect place for this! The house is very comfortable and easily accommodated us all. We had a private chef come and cook on the Saturday evening which worked well. BBQ on the Sunday. Kitchen and BBQ both well equipped.The swimming pool was a big hit with the children and therefore the adults! Jenny was very helpful. The surrounding area is lovely.

Amazing family break
There was 14 of us & 2 dogs staying to celebrate a 60th birthday. All of us had an amazing time. Children & adults were in the pool all day , playing football , ping pong etc. beautiful location so peaceful. Thank you Jenny for the gorgeous honey .

One of best weekends of my life
Thr house is very spacious and lively , bit of the way out and hard to get a taxi , but you have everything you need there , all cooking equipment , games , Bbq , swimming pool , we had a brilliant weekend not laughed as much for a long while just what i needed thank you , Hosts really helpful as well .

I’ve stayed here at least 6 times, both with family and groups of friends, love it. Great location, excellent facilities, plenty of bathrooms, fantastic pool with table tennis, very well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

A Memorable Stay
We went to Hop Farm for a long weekend to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary. There were 8 of us, 6 adults and two children. The lounge and dining room are spacious and very comfortable for family times all together. The grounds are lovely, lots of space for the children to run round and play football. The swimming pool was wonderful and a great hit with all. It is well situated and we were able to visit Broadstairs, Deal and Sandwich - all of which are well worth a visit. There are also lots of farm shops for fresh food nearby. Communication with Vaughn and Jenny was excellent. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our celebration.

Family Break
Our second time visiting was just as great as the first - the perfect setting for a family get together! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and the living areas were all spacious with plenty of seating. The pool was the highlight again but the character of the property and surroundings really make the stay memorable.
