Ce magnifique condo de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bains est entièrement meublé. Il est situé à seulement une télécabine privée de la base de Steamboat. Le plan d'étage ouvert rend ce condo se sentir spacieux, mais confortable. Tous situés sur un seul niveau. La chambre principale a un lit King et une télévision à écran plat avec sa salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre aura un ensemble de lits jumeaux sur c'est l'endroit idéal pour les enfants pour se détendre.

Il y a une cuisine bien équipée pour préparer quelques repas et le stockage. Parfait pour une famille, cette unité a tout le confort de la maison. grande télévision à écran plat et vue magnifique sur la ville.

L'unité est fantastique, mais les commodités ici brillent vraiment. Il y a un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, une salle de jeux et une superbe piscine saline, une zone de cuisson communautaire avec 2 grands barbecues à gaz et un foyer. En outre, il y a la grotte à l'extérieur, avec 3 bains à remous et une piscine extérieure saline chauffée, avec de nombreux sièges et de belles vues sur la montagne.

Convenient location

Spacious condo and close walk to private gondola. Short walk to heated pool and hot tubs with lockers and towels available. Only downside was the dishwasher was broken and lights in kitchen could have been brighter. However we really enjoyed our stay!

It was a fantastic location, close to dining, activities and the pool at the neighboring property included with our rental was lovely. The unit itself was accommodating and the beds were comfortable.

Great stay

We really enjoyed the property. It was very clean when we arrived and it suited our family Of 5 very well. It was centrally located to lots of things. We loved the gondola and hot tub/pool access. We hope to come back!

Great location for an active weekend!

We brought our bikes and cowboy hats! While we stayed a couple of miles from downtown, we were an Uber or bike ride away! The unit was perfect as a weekend hideaway!

We actually stayed at another property

We were notified the day of check-in that the property we have booked would not be available due to maintenance issues and we switched to a different property. I am thankful that happened before we arrived. We had no problems in the unit where we actually stayed.

Great stay at Steamboat

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very spacious and in excellent condition. My only negative comment is one that I leave at most units: lighting is too dim for comfortable reading. Please consider brighter reading lamps in bedrooms and living room. Thank you

Well appointed and conveniently located

Simple check-in with keyless access to a very nice property in a convenient location. Pros: Right at the base of Steamboat mountain and less than a mile from the gondola to the top. Hot air balloons floating by the balcony. Nice pool and 3 hot tubs within 2 blocks of the unit. Brick pizza 3 blocks away with great food. Only a few miles to downtown shops and access to outfitters for tubing or fishing on the beautiful Yampa River. Cons: Construction every day but Sunday that starts at 7:30am and goes all day. Projects on both sides of the unit made it feel like we were on the construction site. Open windows kept the unit cool, but didn’t block out the noise of the neighbors, dogs and endless soccer or rugby matches at the field 100 yards away. Overall… it was a positive experience and post-2022, the construction should wrap up in the closest projects that looked mostly complete.

Family ski trip

The condo is in a great location, near Trailhead Lodge and the Wilderness Meadows gondola. Very convenient access to the Trailhead fitness center and hot tubs too. The condo is listed as sleeping 6, but it is not really equipped for six adults. There is only seating for four at the kitchen counter and four in the living room. We were five adults so we made it work. Would be difficult with six adults. The decor is very typical of mountain condos. The living room couch converts to a sleeper sofa, but the mattress is worn and not very comfortable. Other bedrooms are roomy and kitchen is fully equipped. Just enough towels and linens for six occupants, although they are showing their age. The humidifier was missing a piece but we got it working well enough. There isn’t any external ski/boot storage, but there was a great spot right inside the condo to hang coats and store helmets, mittens, boots, etc. All-in-all, it was a great spot for us and we were very comfortable. Price was very reasonable for what we received.

The condo was a great size, very clean, and we loved the pool! The neighbors are great. The only negative is without A/C or window fans it was hot during the day and hard to block out the outside noise: lots of construction all around the complex, dogs barking in other condos, late night conversations on other people’s decks.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This is exactly as described and was perfect for our family of 4. The kiddos were in one bedroom, living room and kitchen in the middle and my husband and I were on the other end. Great location! Highly recommend!

Great location!

Walking distance to gondola square and easy access to get to downtown. Very clean and check-in staff was friendly. No A/C unit and was hot in the late afternoons when we returned from our adventures. Opening the windows and keeping them open through the night helped a ton.

Lovely condo in steamboat

Property was roomy and clean. Secure building. The amenities were really really nice, We used the pool a couple times, It's very large and heated. Need to look on the bulletin board to see what spot you park at. Steamboat can be quite hot in the summer, bring your own fan. There's an electric grill on the patio that worked better than we expected. It's a nice place!

Nice spot for a weekend getaway

Great experience. Nice, clean space and pretty close to all the happenings in steamboat. Quick walk to the free bus stop and easy access to the ski area.
