Grande maisonnette sur les niveaux de sol et de jardin d'un bâtiment historique dans une rue piétonne calme dans le centre de la vieille ville.
Chambre double principale avec sa nouvelle salle de bains et les portes de la terrasse avec chaises et table basse donnant sur le jardin.
Deux chambres doubles au rez-de-jardin - une avec un lit simple supplémentaire.
Grande salle de douche.
Spacieuse cuisine bien équipée avec bar pour le petit-déjeuner, le séparant du salon / salle à manger décloisonné avec coin repas et canapés et fauteuils en cuir confortables. Poutre apparente.
Toutes les chambres ont des portes-fenêtres donnant sur le jardin privé ou le balcon-terrasse.

Brilliant location!

This apartment is great for exploring Antibes. One of the best boulangerie's is a few doors away, plus the market and great restaurants are a stones throw away.

A spacious and well equipped garden flat in a great location.

This is our second time staying in the apartment. We stayed here with our son, his wife and their three children aged 7,5 and 3 (just). The layout of the apartment with the separate bedroom and ensuite upstairs was excellent. The outside space makes such a difference and definitely enhanced our stay. The location is perfect for beaches, shops and restaurants while at the same time being quiet and peaceful. We would look to stay here again.

Beautiful Old Antibes

We’ve stayed in this apartment before and couldn’t wait to return. Everything was just as good the second time around! We still intend to return at a different time of year to experience r the accommodation and town in a cooler climate, although the air con made it comfortable even in mid summer.

Ideal

My family and I loved this stay. Valerie was most helpful and her many suggestions truly helped make our stay more enjoyable. The apartment was perfect for the 5 of us and it was clean and bright and the private terrace was a great place to hang out and relax. The neighborhood was close to all the shops and restaurants but still quiet. I would stay here again and I would also recommend this apartment to anyone I know visiting Antibes

Quiet oasis in a perfect location

The apartment is in a central location, but on a very quiet street. You’re close to lots of bars and restaurants, but can have peace and quiet too. It has plenty of room, a big garden and balcony too, and is so clean with a modern kitchen too. Rare to find a place with a garden in Antibes. Special mention goes to Valerie, who is always on hand to answer any questions and offer helpful suggestions on what to do in Antibes, and is super friendly. We hope to stay there again, because we enjoyed it so much.

Our February in Antibes

This apartment was the perfect location for our month on the Cote d'Azur. We loved the split plan for when guests joined us. Our morning routine included picking fresh Mandarin oranges from the tree in our private garden. This apartment was just the perfect home base for day trips along the coast and into Provence. For evenings in, the well equipped kitchen was a pleasure to cook in with all the conveniences of home. We will be back next year ~ already booked!! Perfect location and Beautiful Home

We loved our stay at this home in Antibes. It is in the perfect location (address: 19 Rue Guillaumont). You walk out the door and you’re transported to this very different world that is alive and buzzing with people and shops everywhere. The food and dining scene were amazing. There is a wonderful open market just around the corner that opens daily at 8:00 am. The beach is a 10 minute walk. The home is equipped with everything you need. For beach gear, open the closet on the 2nd floor balcony and you will find everything you need. We loved Valerie and her fun loving charm. We highly recommend this home.

Great place and great location

Firstly, vrbo’s messaging service wasn’t working over several days. I still don’t know if it is fixed. This isn’t good enough Vrbo for owners or holiday makers. Happily Valerie, the key lady, was quick to answer my text and ensured check in went smoothly. She also gave us lots of useful information and offered transport to the airport for a good price. The place itself is excellent. We were grandparents along with mum, dad, two young boys and a toddler and the arrangement of an en-suite double room on a separate floor worked really well. Everything has been thought of here to ensure a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again if it was available.

The Best!!!!!!

My family of grandparents, children and grandchildren stayed here over our one month stay in Antibes. It was perfect for all of us. The location couldn't be any better and we were able to totally take advantage of the area without a car. Kids loved the beaches and adults loved the hiking and living like the locals. We took the train to Cannes, Nice, Menton and Monaco..... and the Petite trains for tours in each location. Valerie, the key lady, was so helpful in arranging taxi pick ups for all of us. The house itself has everything that you would need.... plenty of linens, dishes and beach towels. The upgraded appliances could be bit challenging to operate, but we eventually conquered them all. All in all it was GREAT.

Wonderful place

This is a wonderful spot in 'vieil Antibes'. Close to everything and high quality details. The place was a perfect surrounding for our three generations family vacation. It's an investment and we got what we paid for.

Beautiful rare find in Old Antibes

We've been to Antibes twice before but never stayed somewhere so perfect. The combination of an ideally located property, which is beautifully furnished and well-equipped with a secluded private garden, made all the difference to a family holiday of teens and adults. In easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, the market and the beaches, as well as the provision of a very welcoming and helpful Keylady (Valerie), I hope we will return! We were there during the UK heatwave and benefited from air conditioning and being near the sea. I'd also be interested in returning in other seasons and exploring the surrounding area more widely. Thank you Valerie and property owners for providing a wonderful holiday in beautiful France after 2 years of pandemic!

Beautiful house in beautiful location

The house and location are just perfect, with a beautiful garden and a very well equipped kitchen. A few minutes walk from the beach, and literally a minute from the market and square. It’s our second time visiting Antibes and it definitely won’t be our last. The key lady Valerie was lovely as always!

Beautiful garden apartment in Antibes

My family found this beautifully maintained apartment perfect for our needs. We spent evenings relaxing in the garden which was private and a haven from the bustle of the streets of the old town. It was close to everything we enjoy - browsing the many shops, market, restaurants and a great coffee shop on the corner of the street. The beach was. Easy walking distance. The key lady Valerie was welcoming and responsive to our needs including an early check in. The apartment is beautifully furnished and catered - including a great supply of beach towels. We were sad to leave and would love to return.

Ett fantastiskt boende!

Sängar, kök, uteplats - underbart Sista dagen få var det 30 grader och vi fick sitta inomhus för det var lite för varmt att sitta därute, det var nog det enda vi kan ”klaga” på. Vår key-lady, Valerie var jättetrevlig och allt med in och utcheckning funkade smidigt. Vi blev ombokade flera gånger pga storm i Tyskland så vi kom ner 00:30 , ca 10 timmar för sent men - det fixade Valerie och hennes chaufför Christelle 🥳🇫🇷

Amazing property in the heart of old Antibes!

A perfect stay in this lovely apartment! The Keylady was wonderful, very helpful and incredibly responsive when we had any questions. Location couldnt have been better with the farmers market and many restaurants just steps away! We stayed 10 days and were sorry to leave. The apartment was charming with its lovely patio and it was spotless!

Just like home

This lovely home is absolutely the best spot to be in Antibes. Spacious and clean throughout, with two perfectly renovated bathrooms, comfortable beds and a garden to die for. The Marché is a block away, the beach an easy stroll, and everything else in this idyllic town within easy walking distance. I hope to return one day!

Great central position. Garden perfect for our toddler! Quiet yet walking to all amenities! The big wheel in port area was great! Parked at Q park no issues. Comfy beds great Air Con . Overall a fabulous stay !

BON SÉJOUR MALGRÉ L’ACCUEIL

L’appartement ētait très bien. Bonne situation et très bien équipé. Toutefois, il est à noté que la télévision est uniquement en anglais (ainsi que tous les livres). Nous avions avec nous une personne âgée qui n’envisageait pas de passer une semaine sans TV. L’annonce ne précisait pas que la TV était en anglais. La « keys Ladie » nous a très mal reçu surtout lorsque nous lui avons fait part de notre mécontentement. Selon ses propos « elle Comprend maintenant pourquoi elle n’aime pas louer aux français » ??? Donc, la location très bien mais les français ne sont pas les bienvenus (ce qui est un comble en France).

Séjour formidable

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment formidable à Antibes et en particulier dans cette très jolie maison, très fonctionnelle et dans laquelle nous nous sommes de suite sentis très bien et comme chez nous. Très bien située dans la vieille ville et en même temps dans une ruelle calme, c'est vraiment très appréciable. Un très grand merci également à Valérie pour son accueil chaleureux et toujours à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !!

We stayed here for a few days while we were having work done on our boat in Port Vauban . We are used to being close to the shops, bars and restaurants , so the location of this apartment was excellent for us, with the added bonus of a private garden

Wunderbare und gemütliche Wohnung in der Altstadt von Antibes

Das schöne Apartment in der Altstadt befindet sich im Souterrain eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit Zugang zu einem schönen grossen Garten. Ein Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, das über eine Treppe und Balkon verfügt, mit der man in den Garten gelangt. Die Bäder sind alle top modern und schön. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und auch im Winter wurden die Heizungen alle schnell warm. Die Kommunikation mit Valerie war einfach und leicht. Valerie ist die gute Seele des Hauses und überaus charmant. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Bäckerei um die Ecke sehr empfehlen. Wir sind sehr dankbar für dieses schöne Erlebnis.
