Belle maison de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain moderne dans la vieille ville de Scottsdale. Cette maison a été entièrement rénovée en 2017 avec seulement les meilleures finitions. Il y a deux chambres à coucher king, une avec une salle de bains jointe. Deux chambres spacieuses supplémentaires peuvent accueillir 4 personnes confortablement. Il y a une grande salle de la cuisine avec un 65 "SmartTV et un canapé-lit. La salle à manger dispose d'une belle cheminée en pierre et est meublée avec une table surdimensionnée qui offre des sièges pour 10-12! La cuisine est tout droit sorti d'un magazine et est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer les repas. L'arrière-cour est immense et dispose d'une télévision extérieure, un patio de taille généreuse avec pavés de pierre calcaire, une extension de patio w / plusieurs chaises, foyer, barbecue à gaz, table et chaises en plein air, gazon artificiel et chaises longues! La nouvelle piscine a une belle caractéristique de l'eau et une étagère Baja pour jouer ou prendre le soleil. La maison dispose également de WiFi, câble, smartTV dans les deux chambres King Netflix / Hulu, 1 pack-n-play et plus encore. Situé dans une zone privilégiée de Scottsdale à proximité de l'autoroute 101, Talking Stick Resort / Casino, et le centre de la vieille ville de Scottsdale. Il y a des tonnes de bons restaurants, bars, randonnée, shopping et golf. Cet endroit a tout!

Wonderful!

My team and I stayed for four days while we were receiving training for work. The house was clean, comfortable, and easy to access. We really enjoyed our stay. The ONLY reason I did not give 5 stars was because our showers were frequently cold. Minor problem for a wonderful house. Thank you!

Home away from home

Other than it being warmer inside the house during the day than we would have liked it was a great place to stay and I’d definitely stay there with my family again. Great location and neighborhood,

Convenient location and had everything we needed

Convenient for hiking, eatery or entertainment. It is in the Waymo district. (Which was pretty cool). The pool was nice and refreshing and the house was clean.

Lot's of sleep space, missing some things

This property worked for our family and it was nice that there are 4 bedrooms so everyone got their own room. Things are a little rundown at this property and missing some basic necessities. We have a two year old and like to make breakfast when at vacation rentals which we stay at quite often. We couldn't find dish towels, dish soap, extra trash bags, one of the bathrooms was missing hand soap, and the keurig was broken and leaked everywhere when we tried to use it. None of these things ruin a trip for us, but the property felt a little "tired" overall. Great location and easy to hit Old Town Scottsdale and hop on the freeway to get to other parts of town. I would recommend adding some of the touches that make it feel more like home away from home and doing some paint touch ups and sink fixes. I'm not one to leave a bad review just because, but these are just things that would make the stay more enjoyable.

Perfect!

I came to scottsdale for my 21st birthday with a few friends and this house was perfect. It was like 6-7 minutes away from all the restaurants we went to and we would go on walks every morning around the neighborhood. It was stunning, clean, and the perfect place. I recommend this property!!

There were several issues with the house that made our stay less than expected and a bit frustrating. Lack of hot water. Most of us, including me, were forced to take cold showers all weekend because 1 or 2 other guys had taken a shower already . Not lukewarm showers but COLD showers. Also, the hot water took a very long time to come out and ran out very quickly. It seemed to last only 2 showers or 1 shower and washing the dishes. For a house that sleeps/holds more than 8 people, we found this extremely irritating. Lack of water pressure. The water literally drips out of the shower heads and dribbles out of the sink, making everything take a lot longer and wash and using more water than usual, this maybe part of the hot water problem I described above. Many light bulbs out. Throughout the house many of the bulbs were burned out, making it difficult to use certain spaces of the house. Outside spot lights would not work. Not known if it was due to dead bulbs or unable to find correct switch. But, we tried every switch we could find several times. We wanted to use the backyard area more than we did but couldn’t due to the lack of light/darkness The outside TV did not work. Again, this made hanging out in the backyard less enjoyable and not an option for us. Dirty floors. Although not filthy, the floors throughout the house were not clean. There seemed to be a layer of fine dirt everywhere as if they weren’t cleaned the last time or they haven’t been cleaned in quite some time. Distance to Old Town: it’s a healthy 30-40 minute walk, which means you’re taking an Uber every time you want to go out. After our trip, we requested a portion of our money back to make up for these inconveniences, giving the owner a fair chance to make things right. She flat-out refused. After several additional messages and follow-ups to come to a resolution, she still refused. Would not stay here again.

Great little house in a good location

The house was overall really great, the living space is very nice, a couple of the bedrooms are small but nice backyard and close proximity to Old Town. Communication with manager was excellent, we had an issue with our front door lock on Thanksgiving and she sent someone over to take care of it. We really appreciated that! If I had to make one recommendation, I would say they need to upgrade "buy" some new bathroom towels. They are very old and scratchy..... I would stay here again!

Bachelorette Trip

We had a great experience with 14 girls for a bachelorette trip. It was a great location for ubering to night life. The pool was nice and the rooms were all cleaned. The only issue we had was with the water temperature in the bathrooms. Overall, great experience.

Amazing house!!! Exactly as advertised. Very close to downtown!!

We rented this house for a bachelorette party of 11 girls. The house was spotless enough that you could eat off of the floor if you wanted to. The pool was a little chilly as there was no heater, but since it was So hot there, I enjoyed the cool water! The house was about 2 miles from where all the action was. We were able to take golf carts everywhere and be to all of our brunches and dinners in under 10 minutes. The washer and dryer was great to run towels every day. The house came with some essentials such as laundry detergent, dish soap, sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, Utensils, dishes, etc. The property looked just like the pictures! The furniture was clean as were all of the rugs. The AC worked AMAZING, which is a must for us!! Shannon was a pleasure to deal with and check in could not have been easier!!

Please Read Before Booking: Terrible Experience!

I’ve included a synopsis of our experience so the reader is aware of the terrible experience I had with this property. I would strongly advise to not book this property & look elsewhere for the following reasons: • Foreign objects at the bottom of the pool: a cup, what looked like a tampon, and other debris • A pile of glass on the outside patio - good thing we were wearing shoes • Wet towels in the dryer - we don’t know how long they were there • Broken TV - wires hanging out • Fire pit did not work • BBQ did not work • Property manager was very rude & seemed to think none of these unsafe issues (especially in this COVID environment) were problems or worthy of being taken seriously We are very disappointed in this experience & ended up leaving the property after spending an entire day on the phone with the property manager and VRBO. I couldn't use anything in the house (pool & all broken appliances) & they did not let us get our money back. After spending the first 2 days of my vacation fighting with them & even continuing the argument post vacation, I didn't receive a full refund. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, I would strongly encourage you to not book this property. It is not at all what is included in the photos or what is advertised. Please be aware.

Beautiful and spacious

Loved staying at this home everything was so clean and exactly like the photos. The pool is perfect and there are fun floaties to be used. I recommend this place for anyone but especially if you need to accommodate larger parties. Also felt like a very safe neighborhood which is a plus!

5-star stay

Shannon was such an organized and easy host to communicate with! I had a couple of questions before and during our stay and she answered them in a very timely manner. We had 11 girls stay there for a bachelorette party and everyone fit perfectly! The beds were amazingly comfortable and everything provided was great quality! The drive to Old Town was short from the house and theres a grocery store right outside of the neighborhood, so it's easy to pick up food/anythign you forgot.

Scottsdale Before the Veil

We had the best time staying here for a bachelorette party. We had 12 girls and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is beautiful both inside and out, exactly as advertised. Shannon was also a pleasure to work with and very timely in her responses. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone!

Great house

We had 10 guests and the house was great. There was plenty of space, it was clean, and the backyard was beautiful. The only complaint is the pool vacuum/filter ststem (?) was loud at night and disrupted our sleep a bit.

Great weekend spot!

Fantastic home - very clean, well laid out, and great for a girls' trip. Pool and outdoor area is a particular bonus. The home is well stocked with towels, toiletries, etc., which was a huge help, and instructions for getting into and using the home were clear. Close to Old Town, and great park nearby for morning runs. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful House, A+ Stay

At first glance, had a bit of concern regarding the size of the house. But not to fear, it is deceivingly spacious and perfect for group stays. There were 11 of us in total and we had plenty of room and were very comfortable during our stay. Rooms are great, comfy beds, clean, and had everything at our disposal. House was in pristine condition and the backyard area was absolutely awesome. Did not need to reach out for any questions, because everything was super easy and accessible. Would recommend, no doubt about it.

Perfect Weekend!

We booked Sandalwood for my bachelorette weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better place! The outdoor space was heavenly, the kitchen and living room were so spacious and we loved how many beds the house had. We really loved our weekend in AZ, would absolutely rent this house again.

Wonderful place to stay!

The home was beautiful! The back yard and pool were a wonderful place to hang out while we watched the basketball games. Shannon was very responsive from the time I booked the trip all the way through our stay. The location is great! I can't wait to stay here again!
