Au moment où vous entrez dans la porte, vous savez que vous avez trouvé le paradis.

Notre condo a été récemment rénové pour inclure de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, un mobilier design, une nouvelle peinture, une nouvelle douche de salle de bain carrelée et un revêtement de sol personnalisé.

Cette unité de coin au 3ème étage offre une vue imprenable sur les eaux du golfe vert émeraude, des plages de sable blanc et une vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil depuis votre balcon ou votre salon privé. Ça ne va pas mieux que ça.

Si vous souhaitez marcher sur la plage, prendre un bain de soleil ou vous rafraîchir, vous ne serez qu'à une centaine de mètres de là. Vous êtes également à une courte distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants / bars de plage, dont le populaire Pompano Joe's et Whales Tail.

En ce qui concerne les activités, le golf est disponible sur certains des terrains de golf les plus beaux et les plus difficiles que vous rencontrerez. Vous pouvez également choisir de réserver une charte privée avec le Capitaine Preston Muller et Cowboy of Gulf Angler Charters et pêcher dans les eaux du golfe de Destin, autrement connu comme le «village de pêche le plus chanceux du monde». Vous pourriez même décider d'emmener les enfants au parc aquatique Big Kahunas ... une journée de plaisir.

De nombreux magasins sont également disponibles à proximité, tels que les magasins d'usine Silver Sands et Destin Commons. Prenez un court trajet en voiture et visitez la tristement célèbre communauté balnéaire.

What a great unit for the area. Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. Great accommodations throughout. The hosts were super-communicative and had a welcome package of bread and wine when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

The View!

Great beach location

We really enjoyed our 4 week stay in Destin ! Although there were a few issues after we arrived, our fabulous hosts made sure everything was resolved in a timely manner. These issues were beyond their control, and they went above and beyond to make it right . The condo was in a great location : steps from the gorgeous beach, and very close to shops, restaurants, & golf . It’s a very busy area , but wasn’t particularly noisy at night . The unit was well appointed with everything we needed . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - definitely 5 star !

Perfect vacation

This condo is perfect for our family of 4! It had everything we needed and a few things we didn’t know we needed. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were all very comfortable. Wonderful location, easy access to the beach, shops and food near by. Our only complaint was that the main bedroom is very bright in the mornings making it hard to sleep in. Thank you Buddy & Sheryl for sharing this little piece of heaven with us.

Absolutely wonderful!

This unit was beyond accommodating! We had everything we needed. Had some things we didn’t even realize we’d need! This place was clean and had an amazing view! Every morning I would sit out and have my coffee & see dolphins playing. (Binoculars were an added bonus.) The owners are amazing as well. We had an amazing time & hope to come back soon!

This condo was clean, beautiful and relaxing. Everything possible was provided, and the location and views were ideal – great restaurants within walking distance and water sports across the street, and you really can see the dolphins from the balcony! We also made great meals using the kitchen and two charcoal grills near the pool area, enjoyed using the bikes and the beach umbrella, and made great use of the pool and hot tub. The air went out the day we arrived. Actually as we were driving the 10 hours down there. They communicated with us as soon as they found out. Made accommodations to get the place cooled down and even left some adult beverages to help us get through the night. They got the air fixed the next day and everything was perfect the rest of our stay. They were going to comp us for the one hot night, but let us stay an additional night instead. The place was great, just a short walk across the street to the beach.

Hassle free experience

Hassle free experience. The beach is so close and easy to access. The condo had everything my two boys and I needed to be comfortable during our stay. I had to ask Sheryl and Buddy to have the shower drain serviced because it was draining so slow. It was fixed the next day! Awesome experience!!

Perfect Location

This property is closer to the beach than some of the condos that I have stayed at that are on the beach! Maybe a five min easy walk from the front door to the beach. Everything that we needed for the beach was in there chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and even a small cooler that was the perfect size. The location of the condo was also very convenient to some really good restaurants (Kenny D’s, Elmo’s Grill, Pizza By the Sea and The Back Porch) My kiddos (5 & 11) loved the bunk beds in the hallway. The sliding door from the living room to the hallway was a nice touch to block the sunlight coming in so they could sleep in and also allowed me to cook breakfast without waking them. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely stay at Miramar Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is very clean, beautifully decorated, and provides a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The owners are so kind and anytime I had a question they responded quickly and thoroughly. They even left a nice little welcome gift for when we arrived. One of the things we really appreicated was being able to use their beach chairs and umbrella. This saved us money from having to buy at the store and leave them behind. The only thing we wished differently is that it had access to a private beach, but the condo is just steps to the beach so regardless it worked out well and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Great Family Vacation!

We truly enjoyed our stay at SummerSpell Unit 310. Sheryl and Buddy welcomed us with a surprise gift which was truly heartfelt. The unit had a gorgeous view to the ocean and tons of amenities. We were lucky to see dolphins one morning right from the balcony! The beach chairs, umbrellas and rolling cooler were a lovely and thoughtful touch. The kitchen was cozy and we made breakfast every morning. The heated pool in the common area was an added bonus. There were board games and books to read. Sheryl and Buddy were amazing! We definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back on our next trip to Destin! Every detail was perfect!
