Notre condo, (unité 118) est une entreprise familiale et nouvelle et à la piscine de location.

Ce magnifique et spacieux condo de 3 chambres en front de mer offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis le salon, la cuisine et la chambre principale. Les deuxième et troisième chambres bénéficient également d'une vue sur l'océan.

Fin 2017, le condo a fait l'objet d'une belle rénovation. Peinture fraîche, beau carrelage au sol, climatisation dans l'espace de vie et dans chaque chambre. L'unité dispose d'une télévision de 75 "dans la salle familiale, de draps de qualité sophistiquée et de grands ventilateurs de plafond en bois modernes et uniques. Le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner sont sûrs d'être appréciés sur la belle véranda, à quelques pas de la plage et de la piscine.

Nous avons tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers, meubles, laveuse et sécheuse et accessoires de salle de bain. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour un dîner raffiné et la véranda privée spacieuse est parfaite pour le café du matin, les dîners relaxants ou au coucher du soleil.

L'emplacement est idéal avec des plages de sable dans les deux sens et à distance de marche des restaurants, des boutiques et des divertissements.

Le Royal Mauian Resort est une propriété unique en bord de mer de 6 étages située dans le sud de Kihei. Il est situé entre 2 plages de sable fin, est magnifiquement entretenu et offre une vue panoramique sur l'océan.

Les jardins offrent une piscine face à l'océan, une vaste pelouse avec des chaises longues surplombant l'eau et un jardin sur le toit avec vue sur l'océan avec des tables de barbecue à gaz et une cuisine complète pour une expérience culinaire magique au coucher du soleil.

The condo is lovely, kitchen is amazing, and the views were breathtaking. Property manager on the other hand is rude, abrupt, and unprofessional.

A lovely return to Kihei

This was our second stay here, this time with the addition of two young kids, and we had another great experience. The ground-floor location is perfect—offering easy access to the pool and beachfront. The newly remodeled kitchen is modern and well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The decor is tasteful, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We also loved exploring the local shops and restaurants nearby.A note for families: While we enjoyed our time, the overall condo establishment is less kid-friendly compared to other places we’ve stayed on the island. There are strict rules regarding noise on the lawn, and items like balls and inflatables are not allowed in the pool. This isn’t necessarily a downside, but it’s something to consider depending on your family’s needs. For those seeking a more peaceful destination, this is most certainly a plus! (As context, we spent the second half of our trip at a more family-oriented hotel, which offered different advantages, such as a more relaxed pool setup and additional services.)Overall we are very thankful to have enjoyed our second stay here and hope that we can return to this special condo in the future! Thank you!

Fabulous stay!

We loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 3 couples. The location cannot be beat - oceanfront, garden level unit with unbelievable sunsets to be viewed from the lanai. Great whale and turtle viewing daily. Pool and beach are both very close. Best equipped property we have stayed at with everything needed for the beach. Walking distance to stores, shops and restaurants. Kitchen well stocked and we loved the ice machine!

Location is perfect.

This condo was perfect for our family. The location is the best, walk outside door you have a nice grassy area for kids, the sandy beach is a few steps away. The pool is right outside. Our favorite part is spending evenings outside condo enjoying the sunsets and counting starts with our grandkids. Condo had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Only minor thing the kitchen is brand new and beautiful, high end appliances a bit complicated to operate microwave, dishwasher, stove. We are pretty tech savy but it took a while to learn it. Wished the fridge had a water dispenser. But besides that everything was perfect. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Family Vacation

We loved the easy access to both beaches - great for younger children. Snorkeling at both beaches was terrific and the children saw 7 turtles in one day. The condo was fully equipped and the beds were comfy. There are beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys and 1 smaller Playmate cooler and a larger cooler. Can’t say enough. Highly Recommend.

Perfect place and location for multigeneration group.

Three generation family group- ages 7 to 73 had a perfect visit here. Condo beautiful with all updated appliances, utensils, beach and pool accessories. Location is also perfect - two sandy beaches and coral reef with great swimming and snorkeling- we watched turtles both from our front yard and snorkeled with them. Pool steps away from our condo for easy transition from ocean to condo. And across the street at the backside are restaurants, stores, etc. Other than special side trips to Haleakala and Wailea, little time spent in our rental cars as everything was right here. We enjoyed 4th of July fireworks from both rooftop and the shoreline. We have been spoiled by this place and only hope that it will be available the next time we visit Maui! Thank you for sharing it with us.

Perfect choice!

Sitting on the spacious patio and enjoying the ocean and sunsets while watching for whales was a real treat. The unit was nicely decorated and well-equipped. It is within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and shops. We were delighted with our choice!

Family get away!

We had a fabulous time! The place sits right in front of the water! We could hear the waves crashing on the rocks all day long! We saw so many whales leaping out of the water it was amazing!! The sunsets were amazing! The place was well stocked with everything one needed in a kitchen! Here’s to pina coladas everyday!!

Paradise at the Royal Mauian

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay, here in paradise! Just as all of the other reviews mentioned, the owners were very responsive to any questions we had (we had zero concerns!) and they really have thought of everything here. We felt right at home with all of the amenities, beach gear, towels, games, books, and privacy of the unit. You almost feel like you have your own oceanfront home here. The rooftop bbq area is beautiful and the overall building is very well kept and clean. We did want to mention that we had concerns about bringing our two boys (ages 4 and 7) given some of the other visitors comments. We found that it was kid friendly and there were many other families staying at this complex. It was perfect for us to take our boys over to either park right next door the building to play lawn games or scream and shout in the ocean waves. Prep your kiddos ahead of time that the condo lawn and pool are “quieter” zones. We found everyone here very friendly to us and our kids. Thank you for this awesome vacation! We would certainly stay here again!

Visit to Maui

The condo at the Royal Mauian exceeded our expectations! Its location on the first floor gave us an ocean front view from our private patio. Two of the best beaches in Maui were just a few steps from our door. Another plus to the location is its location on Kihei Road. So much to explore! Loads of restaurants, shops for souvenirs, groceries, and recreational activities (bike rentals, snorkeling equipment rentals, etc.)! The building is of very substantial construction, helping make the unit very quiet. Also, our neighbors and other guests were all very polite and respected the quiet hours. The unit itself was very roomy for our party of five. We never felt crowded, with some of us on the patio, or in the living room or dining area. Plenty of space to relax! The bedrooms were all of a nice size. My wife and I particularly enjoyed having an ocean view from the master suite! And the two bathrooms were a huge blessing when we were getting ready to go out for the evening. While we did not do any meal prep, we did notice that the kitchen seems fully stocked with just about anything that you would need to prepare meals of nearly any size. And plenty of table settings! The condo was very clean and had updated appliances and cabinets which also contributed to the enjoyment of our stay. Our hosts were helpful in advising what to expect and very welcoming. We would not hesitate to recommend this unit to friends visiting Maui!

Beautiful perfect.

Great for family. We were three generations so three bedroom was great. Every day we walked out 30 feet to look at sunset and the turtles were always swimming near the rocks. The owners thought of everything and more. Super clean. Super modern but comfy. We loved everything.

Perfect as always. Great place for the 8 of us , with plenty of room for everyone. Mary, the property manager is wonderful! She quickly remedied a slight issue we had. You will absolutely love being on the ground floor!

Absolute Perfection

We couldn't ask for anything more with this property! It was well stocked, perfectly situated (near the beaches) and clean. The owners were so easy to communicate with. The only negative, was we weren't able to stay for an entire month! Honestly, when we return to Maui, this will be our first choice, thank you for sharing your magical Mauian property with us!
