Les points forts : Propreté et exactitude de l’annonce
Les points faibles : Communication
Lacking empathy
The property is nice. Lessons learned: Be transparent about your sleeping arrangements when booking or assumptions will be made and you may not have as many beds with sheets as you need. Bring toilet paper and other paper products, unless one small roll will get your group through a week. Expect that stories will be made up if any of your group cancels and you don't explain why. Do not ever suggest that the cottage has bugs - even if you support it with video - or fingers will automatically be pointed at your dog for bringing them in, you may be branded a liar, and for good measure it may also be implied that you broke a shade that you never touched. This may happen even if - less than three days into your stay - you just explained that you have to check out early to rush your ill child to the hospital. (Note: Her illness had nothing to do with the property and she is fine now. And don't worry, pest control reported the bugs to be gnats.) In sum, the gnats were a nuisance but the ensuing interaction with Donna was unexpectedly disturbing.
