Vues sur le golfe de deux étages! Belle maison de vacances située à La Valencia Beach Resort idéalement située à l'extrémité ouest de Panama City Beach. Communauté fermée avec court de tennis, piscine privée, piscine frontale fermée et rampe d'accès à la plage. '' SUGAR BEACH '' est situé juste en face de la plage. Cette maison de 3 étages a une sensation côtière luxueuse avec des plafonds de 10 pieds, des carreaux de céramique et des planchers de bois franc brésilien, DEUX suites King Master avec balcon privé et deux chambres supplémentaires avec balcon privé. La troisième chambre au deuxième étage comprend un lit queen-size. Le troisième étage a un canapé-lit Queen et un balcon privé. Le deuxième étage comprend également deux superposés encastrés! La maison peut accueillir confortablement 12 personnes (le canapé du salon et les canapés confortables du troisième étage sont des lits queen).

Spring break family fun

We had a wonderful vacation! We were there for spring break with our kids. Condo was beautifully decorated. We loved being able to grill out and cook at the condo. Beds were super comfy. We were a stone throw from the beach/pool. Short driving distance to shops and restaurants. Hosts/owners were great at communicating. We would highly recommend! Thanks for helping our family make more memories.

Another week in paradise!!

My family always looks forward to our week long vacation at Sugar Beach in LaValencia, Panama City Beach. The accommodations are wonderful, the location is perfect, the owners are super nice and easy to deal with, and we feel safe there in the gated community. Already talking about returning next year!!

Great Property - Great Host = Perfect Vaction

Can't sing enough praise about the host and property. Property was clean, and 100% as described. My Brother and I along with our Small Children stayed in the house and slept very comfortably. Short walk across the street to the Beach - House located on front beach road. Fantastic home. Would definitely try to stay here again

Good location! Nice gated community!

The house is nice with plenty of beds. We like this area, and don't mind crossing the road to go to the beach. Checking in and out is easy.

We had 4 adults and two kids and all had a great time. If you are older and struggle getting in and out of a tub, then use the king sized bedroom on the second floor

Great spot right across from the beach

Beautiful house in a gated neighborhood right across the street from the beach and beachfront pool. Great spot for our family of five. Plenty of space and well maintained property. The only downside was the noise from the main road and nearby construction woke us up a couple days. But that’s to be expected this close to the beach.

ALWAYS a great time

After missing last year, we were able to get this unit again. Steve is a great host/owner - very responsive. The property is in great shape, the beach is terrific and this neighborhood cant be beat with their dedicated pool are with restrooms and shade on the beach side of 30-A even though most of the units are across from the beach!

Summer Vacation 2023

Our family really enjoys staying here. The ease of getting to the beach makes it easy to enjoy the beach. Having a pool beach side is a big plus! The owners are always helpful if needed, which isn’t often. This is our third year staying here and we are looking forward to staying here again.

Another week in PARADISE

The home was perfect. Excellent amenities Very comfortable home. We would stay again and again for every trip. Kitchen was well equipped. Great Stay

We had excellent communication with the owner and loved our stay! The pictures are accurate and there was plenty of space. All the bedrooms are comfortable and have their own balcony but there is some traffic noise from the road.The sofa bed upstairs was used without any complaints. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could need to cook and included spices, coffee filters, Dawn, a sponge, a roll of paper towels as well as hand soap in the kitchen and all bathrooms. A upgraded Samsung Washer & Dryer were a nice surprise and easily handled six beach towels. Publix is close by as well as a nice liquoir store. The walk to the beach access is literally around the corner through the gate and across the street through the pool which overlooks the beach. We had outstanding beach service from Chairs2U. They were very fast to respond and checked in to make sure we found our umbrella and with beach updates. This is as close as you can get without being beachside.

Labor Day Weekend with Family

About 6 years ago, we started a tradition of a Labor Day trip with our children and their families. This year we stayed at this condo and it was a wonderful experience! The condo itself is beautiful and was very comfortable for our family. It being so close to the front of the complex was a plus! Steve was a pleasure to work with and was quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We would definitely consider staying here again!!

Sugar Beach is SWEET!!

GREAT place to stay for your summer beach vacation! My group of nine had plenty of room to spread out for privacy, but spent a lot of our time together in the living room and dining area. Cooked, ate, played games, watched tv, talked, etc. Excellent accommodations. Beds are comfy and plenty of seating available. Safe environment in a gated community, which was a big plus for us. Across the street from pool and beach. Owners are very responsive to any issues you may have. My granddaughters range in age from 11 to 21 and they all give it a thumbs up! We love it and so will you!!
