129 Breakers - Condo récemment rénové et Oceanfront!

Profitez de la vue sur la piscine et l'océan depuis votre unité Breakers confortable et récemment rénovée. L'unité dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable et une grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon. Le condo est également meublé avec un canapé-lit pour des couchages supplémentaires.

La chambre est meublée d'un lit queen-size, de nombreux rangements pour les vêtements et les sacs ainsi que d'une télévision à écran plat. La chambre est fermée des autres pièces pour que vous ou vos petits puissiez dormir confortablement et tranquillement.

La salle de bain rénovée est accessible par le couloir et dispose d'une belle douche à l'italienne en carrelage. La salle de bain a été agrandie pour permettre une vanité pleine grandeur et un peu plus d'espace.

En tant que propriétaires, nous voulions que les vacanciers se sentent comme chez eux et profitent du luxe que vous faites chez vous.

Vous pouvez suivre votre lessive avec votre laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur située dans le couloir de l'unité.

Si vous n'avez pas envie de préparer un repas dans votre cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle, ne marchez qu'une minute ou deux dans plusieurs restaurants de votre choix au Beach Market ou au Coligny Plaza. Si vous sentez que vous avez besoin d'une petite thérapie de vente au détail ou que vous avez oublié des articles essentiels, The Beach Market et Coligny Plaza peuvent s'en occuper pour vous avec leur nombre de magasins.

Hilton Head Island est vraiment un merveilleux lieu de vacances pour vous et votre famille et nous savons que vous créerez de nombreux souvenirs pour durer toute une vie. Pour ceux qui ont besoin de plus d'une unité, nous avons également un condo # 315 au troisième étage disponible à la location. Vous pouvez le consulter sur le site Web de VRBO, au numéro 392125. Les locations à la semaine sont du samedi au samedi. L'enregistrement est à 16h00 et le départ à 9h30. INTERDICTION DE FUMER À L'UNITÉ OU SUR LE PONT. Il est également interdit de fumer dans les parties communes de la piscine ou de la passerelle vers la plage. The Breakers

Very nice. The pool was just a short distance from our condo. No rowdy crowds or noise. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere was good for the soul. Couldn’t have been more satisfied with the experience.

Perfect getaway

We booked this for a quick trip. And we would do it again! Everything was perfect and the host was more than helpful. The atmosphere was A+ from the room, to the pool & the beach itself. The condo was in excellent shape, the dishwasher is a little finicky but nothing to complain about. We will be more than happy to stay here again, and probably will. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Great location, insanely close to the beach and other things to do!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 129 Breakers. We were so close to the beach, it was incredibly spoiling for future beach trips! Tons of walkable restaurants/bars and it was great to have access to a pool.

Long Weekend Getaway

It was EXTREMELY CLEAN!! All of the amenities that you would ever need while on vacation!! The location is second to none!! Coligny Plaza is right across the street from property. We parked the car on Thursday night and didn’t get back in it until Monday morning, when we left for home. We’d recommend trying The Big Bamboo and Fujiyama restaurants!!

Great location .... property 100% as advertised!

Property was completely as advertised .... no surprises (which is nice!). Location was outstanding with perfect and easy access to the beach, shops, grocery and restaurants. All within easy walking distance. Our hosts were outstanding and easy to get in touch with if we needed them. Parking was plentiful and the property was well looked after from the guard house located on entry. A very good option for 2-3 people (4 if you have little ones). Small space (as advertised), but if the goal is to be outside and take advantage of all the island offers then its plenty big! Enjoy.

Very nice condo

Everything was as described in the listing. We were there August 5-12. The condo was clean and comfortable and very close to the beach. I definitely recommend and hope to visit again next summer!

Condo was as advertised. Very clean and had everything we needed to get started. The only downfall was the beach. It is right next to a public entrance and was beyond crowded. Other than that it was nice.

Great stay

This was our second stay at Breakers but first time in this unit. The unit was perfect for 2 people. Everything and more listed was as stated. Property owner was easy to reach when we arrived early and was very accommodating. Would recommend this unit without hesitation.

Great Stay in Hilton Head - Week of April 22-29. 2023

We enjoyed out stay in Hilton Head again. This was our 3rd time staying at this condo. Condo is very clean, has whatever you may need, comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower. Nice ocean view, right next to Coligny Beach, shopping and restaurants/bars. We'll be back again.

Great experience, very clean condo

We had never vacationed in this part of the country, but have always wanted to. A friend who works with the owner of this condo recommended it to us and it was perfect. Clean, fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances. Beach front, heated pool and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Also close enough for day trips to Savannah Georgia and Charleston, SC. Highly recommend!

Fall vacation

The property was everything as advertised. A slight hicup at checkin but after a call to Kate everything was taken care of. You could'nt ask for a better location being on the beach and a very short walk to everything the Coligny plaza has to offer. I especialy liked the mat to the beach so you had very little soft sand to walk in. I would highly recommend this property and I am sure to stay there again.

Great location, nice property

We have stayed in this development numerous times, but this was the first time in this particular unit. The unit was nicely appointed and well kept. The owner was very helpful, responsive and prompt. The location is excellent. The fact that they finally got an elevator is a great addition, particularly when you are staying on higher floors, which this unit was not.

First trip to Hilton Head

The property was very nice and clean. The location was great, as it is in walking distance to shopping and restaurants right across the street. The pool and beach access was fairly convenient. I liked that there were always attendants in the parking lot and they were very helpful! The unit itself was a good bit smaller than it looks in the pictures. You could barely even fit your suitcase in the bedroom because it was so small. My teenage daughters slept on the pull out sofa and they pretty much took over the living room area with all of their “stuff”. It would probably be much more comfortable for just 2 adults and not a whole family. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Great place to relax

Nice, clean and quiet, steps from the beach. Plenty of restaurants or shopping in walking distance. Nice bike trails through out the island.

We are a family of 4, 5 counting our dog Daisy :), and have lived in the midwest our whole lives. We LOVE to travel and have been all over the U.S. and abroad. With all of our travels, Hilton Head still remains our favorite family destination.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

One of our parents has owned a Breakers unit since 1995 and we have vacationed here nearly every year since. We love the location and walkability to multiple restaurants and shops. It's our favorite place on the island!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We enjoy the view and sound of the ocean. There is nothing better and more peaceful than the ocean waves hitting the beach and we can experience all of that right from our condo. We love that the beach is within walking distance and we don't have to drive to get to it. Shops and restaurants are only a minute or two walking distance. Bike rentals and bike paths are within walking distance as well. Our morning rituals are a run on the beach or bike paths and a coffee from Coligny Plaza. Our favorite nighttime rituals are ice cream after supper and browsing the shops in Coligny Plaza. During the day we enjoy the pool, beach, ocean and the entertainment at the Holiday Inn Tiki Hut nearby. We also rent bikes for the week and ride all over the island.
