Nous avons travaillé pour rendre notre unité totalement unique. Cela a été un travail d'amour pour décorer et créer ce que nous ressentons comme une expérience de vacances exquise. Ocean Walk est la pièce maîtresse de la «nouvelle» Daytona sur la seule plage sans trafic de Daytona Beach! Le complexe est situé à l'extrémité nord de la promenade, en face de l'Ocean Center et de la lagune de Daytona, le parc aquatique de la région! Great condo in a great location!

Everything was great from the condo, property, location, staff, beach bar, pools. Our family had a great time! Condo has a great ocean and city view. Condo was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Property owners were quick to reply to my questions. All around a great stay!Thanks for sharing your condo!

Spring break 2025

This room was exactly what we expected, it was very clean and had exceptional views. A few friends stopped by and were impressed by the room, they were in the same facility but in the north tower, and was more impressed by this room than theirs. If we ever go back to Daytona beach, we will definitely be staying here.

It was extremely pleasant staying at Carmen in Dennis's vacation rental. Their communication is second to none and their responsiveness is very timely. Comfortable and convenient

We were in town for our son’s basketball tournament. We liked the ease of walking to Ocean Center. The condo was clean and comfortable. Access to parking was very convenient. Pool area was fun with live music every day. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Views

1st stay in Daytona I was unsure where to book I was a bit nervous about navigating such a large hotel/condo complex while carrying bags and groceries. To my pleasant surprise, it was easy to get around, and the condo was very close to both the elevators and the parking garage. Parking was easy in and out. The condo itself was perfect for our family. We traveled with our two teenagers, and they enjoyed having their own mini-apartment, which made it a fun experience for them. Since the unit is an end unit, it was super quiet, the place wasn’t busy during our stay. We found the condo to be clean and well-stocked with the basics. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels available, and the living area was cozy. However, I felt the condo could use a few updates; for instance, it would be great to have at least one Smart TV or an Amazon stick, as dealing with cable was a bit of a hassle. The only significant issue we encountered was with the washing machine, which desperately needs to be replaced. After doing one load of laundry, our clothes came out smelling awful, I could see mold as soon as I opened the door. I should know better not to do a load but was hoping for a good outcome since we had planned to wash our clothes. The toaster and coffee maker also need to be replaced. The views from the decks were truly amazing. Enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. Communication with the owner was great. Would stay again.

Pictures are exactly like the property

The property was exactly what the pics show. Communication was great!! The one thing I hope they do is update the tv in the living room so I can stream Netflix/disney. Other than that everything was great!! Bed and pillows slept great!! The views were great!! We will be back!!

Our Honeymoon Trip

Myself and my husband booked this property months ahead of time not knowing what we was about to experience for the first time in our lives, HURRICANE MILTON! Upon our arrival when walking through the door we were impressed with the set up, cleanliness, and the items that was provided with our stay, but most of all the three balcony view! We enjoyed the location of Ocean Walk, the Ocean Walk shops located on the fourth floor, the surrounding shops and restaurants around us as everyone that we came in contact with was beyond friendly. Throughout our stay Carmen and Dennis made us their priority and kept in contact with us as they made it their mission to be sure that we was comfortable, and had everything we needed while staying at their property during this time. We could have evacuated but we chose to stay at our own risk and looking back we would do it again, in this same exact room as this honeymoon was one to remember and the property managers were beyond great as they were a blessing during our stay!

Happy vacationer.

Tied for the top two places that I ever stayed. Beautiful view off three balconies. Room was perfect. The staff was superb. The owners and I spoke as if we were friends. Nothing but good things from our family stay. The location is perfect to be able to walk to the boardwalk. I would definitely come back. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Great place Great views

Arrived on a Saturday, check in was a breeze. Room was ready a little earlier than four which was a plus. Host was very accommodating. The room itself was large and has great views from all rooms. Everything was as advertised. My only complaint has Nothing to do with owner or room, it is with Wyndham staff and pool closing. I understand when lightening is in the area, pool closes. I don’t understand closing the walk from hotel lobby through pool deck to beach. There were options to walk out and around. More annoying than anything. Would 10 out of 10 recommend staying here.

Perfect space for family

Had the best time and the greatest space to return to each night! Balcony views were amazing. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was great and saved on eating out. Washer/dryer worked well and were appreciated. The room also provided some beach toys, chairs, towels, umbrella for use - super thoughtful. Absolutely perfect for us and our teenagers.

We had a great time in the condo. The condo is just like it is advertised. Great pool area and right on the beach. The location is great, within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Parking deck was just a short walk.

Wonderful, easy place to stay!

This property is even better than it seems in the photos. It is very spacious and comfortable. We didn’t really use the kitchen at all but it seemed very well equipped. Thank you for including beach towels!! The only thing was there was only 1 hand sized towel in the whole apartment… but really not an issue. It was very nicely furnished and had the most beautiful view from the ocean-front balcony! The breeze was wonderful. The building is a very family friendly vacation spot— busy pool area. Beach is easy to access and lovely. Thank you so much! Overall, a very pleasant experience.

This place is a one stop shop for any age! We were impressed by the friendlyness of our host Dennis as well as the cleanliness and the best amenities on the beach! Even if I were to try, I wouldn't be able to find one thing wrong. Please try it out

Beautiful Daytona Beach Condo!

Great views! Excellent location. All you need for the perfect beach stay is found in this condo. Walking distance to restaurants. Great amenities! Multiple pools, water slides for kids. Beach just steps away with a pool bar and restaurant. Plenty of fun activities for the kids. We plan to come back again!

I am a 40+ year resident of Daytona Beach, FL and a native Floridian. Carmen & I have lived right on the beach at The Grand Coquina condominium since it opened in 1997. We are empty nester's and love to travel ourselves. I believe we have now been to all 50 states, after visiting Alaska in 2018. We also love our home state of Florida and have made many trips around the state. We have been doing vacation rentals since 2004.
