Unité: 3 a toutes les commodités pour une escapade relaxante à Ocean City, New Jersey et est situé dans un emplacement privilégié à la promenade et à la plage. Des sites touristiques tels que la pizza Manco & Manco, Playland, le Jilly's Arcade et le Surf Mall sont à quelques pas. 3 places de parking assignées à l'arrière! Grande terrasse avec vue avec barbecue électrique George Foreman. Cuisine complète, 2 salles de bain complètes, chambres spacieuses et salon. Grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon avec le câble. WiFi dans l'unité aussi bien.

Great location, not great condo

The condo was not very clean when we arrived. The size of the bunk beds was not clear. We brought twin sheets but one of the bunk beds was two full sizes mattresses, rather than twin. The washing machine and dryer do not work well- the washer spin cycle does not work so the clothes were sopping wet. They had to be rung out by hand and we had to run the dryer multiple times to get the clothes dry. The clothes came out smelling terrible! Worse than before washing them. Do not plan to do any laundry when you are there. It’s not worth it. As advertised, the location is great. But that’s about the only thing that was good about this place.

We enjoyed this location very much. Walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. Quiet and safe, and friendly environment. It’s our home away from home❣️

Despite Ophelia Nice Stay! GREAT CONDO!

The property is much nice than pictures show! Very close to ocean & boardwalk. Private enclosed balcony that faces ocean. You can hear waves from there! My teens enjoyed walking to the boardwalk. Cute large condo with large table, dishwasher. Very nice to have parking so close to beach! We liked the fact that the bedrooms came with their own sinks. Washer & dryer in closet outside unit was great! Unit could use a couple large pots for pasta But, really nice clean large unit. Also, not handicap accessible since you do need to go up steps to get to unit which worked fine for us- Just FYI

Great location

Overall nice stay. Great location right near boardwalk and attractions. Nice space inside. They only problem I saw was the mold issue in bathrooms and the hall ceiling near front door not very good for kids or adults(my family has asthma) other than that had a nice weekend stay.

If you want best LOCATION for OCNJ, this is it. Our 2 weeks were hot and humid, so the AC, just grea

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. But, limited amenities: not much in cooking and measuring items; one smoke detector in 1 of 4 bedrooms; frigerator made no ice, 3 small ice cube trays cracked any flimsy were available. Fourth floor tenants(permanent residence) running 6:30 am and often after 11pm, dog barking on top front porch daily from 4--6pm. Took over 24 hours to connect to WIFI...... two user names with pwds. This part is directed to VRBO.... website difficult to navigate, booked our dates in early March and received RENTAL LEASE four days before we arrived. This document had wrong address for the property, and then learned of limited parking, and property is to be left clean. Which we did, and was 95% cleaner than when we arrived. Front porch hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Have pic of cigars left in styrofoam cup on front porch. Owner was helpful as was his son who manages the property. Manager did bring several cleaning supplies for us to use which was a big help. Now, I've stated earlier, if you want location and superb AC, this is your best VRBO in OCNJ.

Can't beat the location!

We've rented places through local Ocean City realtors since 2010, but it has been a frustrating experience recently. Plus, we've never found a place that is dog-friendly in OC. You cannot beat the location and the photos are completely accurate. From the second floor porch, you can see the ocean (over the top of the boardwalk buildings) and it's less than a 5 minute walk to either the 11th or 12th Street beaches. Although you can see all the rides at the Playland's Castaway Cove, you couldn't hear any of the noise with the doors and windows closed. And during the week, the rides are shut down from 11:00 PM, so even the lights aren't a bother. There is a communal washer and dryer that was regularly available for when the towels or bathing suits just wouldn't dry on their own. It was on the 2nd floor behind the door in the stairwell. Also, the A/C was very strong ... sometimes it was too cool inside! On that note, there weren't any instructions for renters in the apartment. But aside from the WiFi password and check-in instructions that were shared by email, everything was really self-explanatory. And we really loved that the owner/manager trusts the guests to take care when there is a pet accompanying them. Our dog (Jack Russell Terrier) didn't need to be in a crate/kennel while we were there and simply curled up on the couch. It made for a very easy week.

Not fancy but fine

Pros: Dog-friendly where most other rentals are not, with no fussy rules. Comfortable. Large common areas with plenty of seating. Amazing location one block from the boardwalk, with easy access to everything you could want. Off street parking for 3 cars. Well-stocked kitchen (bring your own big pot for pasta or crabs, though!) Friendly owner communicates quickly. Cons: Unit shows signs of age and hard use, like mildew on the bathroom ceiling, rusty shower curtain rods, and a beat up fridge.

Not clean

This place was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The host told me the cleaners had gone through. When I explained that I found hair and urine on the toilets, he apologized and said he would tell the cleaners, but it was never cleaned during our stay. After that interaction upon opening the refrigerator there was a dead cockroach on one of the shelves.

Very Disappointing

Check in was at 4pm. The house was filthy. Sand all over the place. Black mold throughout the shower stalls There were cups, used tissues and thick dust under each bed. Dust was literally hanging off the ceiling fan in one room. There was a small broken broom and a vacuum that when is use, smelled terrible. Coffee grinds left in the coffee maker. Only thing that appeared to be surface cleaned were the sinks and toilets. Spent 3 hours to make the place bearable in regards to cleanliness. Owner offered to have the cleaning team return, however after spending 3 hours of our vacation time to clean it, we declined. Bathroom rugs left in the washer and blankets left in the dryer, smelled of mildew. No Smoke Detectors inside the unit. Roaches on the counter in kitchen and in the dishwasher. Unaware that we needed pillows -- not listed -- had to purchase pillows AND cleaning products Broken chairs on the patio 2 Urine soaked couch pads in the closet which wreaked Owner did come to remove them upon request. Only redeeming quality is the location Not sure how anyone could give this place 5 stars

Unkempt

This place was not clean at all. No toiletries, no dish soap, dirty cloudy windows. The house had a musty odor as well. The carpets stuck to the floor. The location was ideal but for the money, I would stay away!

The place was not cleaned upon arrival. For the cost I feel there should be a few more amenities.

We weren't aloud to check in untill 4 due to cleaning people. However when we arrived we found that the cleaning never happened. We had to supply trash bags, soap for dishes and dishwasher, sponges ect. Limited cooking supplies. Ice maker on freezer but not hooked up so we had to purchase ice. Also we were warned by other tenants that stealing of bikes ect could happen and did. My daughters $100 shoes were stolen off of back porch . If the year round tenants are aware then the landlord should probably place some kind of cameras.

Great location, love the 3 parking spots, Lots of space, nice big dining room table and porch.

It was nice being able to have our fur babies with us on this vacation. The bonus was the location, three car parking, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, the large dining room table to eat and play games on with everyone together and the lovely porch with lots of seating for everyone to enjoy together.
