spectaculaire. Très grande unité de 2 chambres avec (nouvelle) 2 reines dans une chambre et canapé-lit king et queen dans le maître. Salon

Profitez de la télévision grand écran dans le salon et les chambres, profitez du magnifique grand porche avant qui surplombe le pont du col de John. Toutes les chambres ont une télévision. Il y a 2 salles de bain complètes, avec baignoire et douche dans les deux.

Cette unité a été mise à jour avec de la peinture, des planchers, des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux revêtements d'armoires, un nouveau four à micro-ondes, de nouveaux meubles, y compris de nouveaux lits en mousse à mémoire pour un sommeil de qualité.

Great location!

Pros: view of drawbridge/Johns Pass Locked buildings/stairways Enough linens for 10 Extremely spacious Comfortable beds Location- with access to walk under Johns Pass Pool gets early sun so it was super warm by 9am for young kids to enjoy ! Very nice grills for use when you get your seafood from the market! Public Bathrooms down by the pool Cons: No beach towels like listed, no paper towels Hot/cold is backwards on kitchen sink/master bath (issue with young kids) Dated/hard couch Loud traffic (though we didn’t mind, there was so much to watch) Owner took awhile to respond to VRBO messages; once obtained phone #, much quicker Condo is right by public beach access- beach was very crowded The cons are more of FYI; we enjoyed our stay and would come back!!

Beach Getaway

The location was the best thing about this stay. Beach was steps away and across the street there are many places to eat and many shops when you want to get off the beach for awhile

Location was great.

This property is in a great location. There is a cheesy $50.00 dollar fee to check in early a few hours. Had to Paypal the owner to do it and she wouldn't send the door code until that 50 hit her account. Had to stop by the office because the door code received was not correct. Upon entering the condo we found the A/C was out. Returned to the office where the old lady at the desk acted as if it was putting her out to remedy. Called owner who was very nice and responsive, and the A/C was repaired in about two and a half hours. No additional issues, also the owner refunded the arrive early fee the next day. The condo is in a great location for the John's Pass area. The condo itself is in need of some serious up dating and minor repairs, (broken outlet, sliding glass door lock, screaming bathroom fan, etc.) left list at the office upon checkout. The furniture way worn and out of date. The best way to describe this place is dingy. For over $1000 dollars for 2 nights, it should be better. Upon telling the office about the broken AC, the cleaning crew in the office admitted that they were only in there for a few minutes and didn't notice the AC. The ad implies deep cleaning / "covid-clean" and obviously that didn't happen. The place is in a perfect location, however, for my family in the future, I think there are probably better options in this area.

only problem was no real beach chairs.

great location steps away from Beach and great pool. we cooked out several nights on Grills that were located on ground floor. highly recommend this property

Great location!

Awesome location! Loved being able to walk to restaurants, the beach and the pool!! So convenient that beach chairs were in the unit!! Rating for cleanliness is only 4 stars because the shower curtain was so dirty. Living room rug has seen better days. We tripped on it daily. We texted the property owner when we landed at the airport and never heard back about the elevator/stairwell code. Thankfully some other guests were willing to share the code with us. Overall a great stay, unit is in need of updates though.

This property is in a great location a lot to do and beautiful spot on the beach!

Enjoyed our stay and loved the close vicinity to Johns Pass. Judy was very accomodating and so sweet to work with. The Beach is right out your door and the pool is right on the beach!

Website information inaccurate. Communication not good.

Website information inaccurate, says 4 bathrooms. Communication not good. Tried to ask the host several times thru VRBO if we could stay later than the checkout time and no reply after asking 2-3 times. The checkout time is 9 which is crazy. Host seemed to not even realize we were coming in that very day. Nice little place but the rug in the main living room is in really bad shape and should be removed as it’s a very bad risk of tripping over. No rug is better than that. Was very glad we only stayed one night in this place. Very costly too for just under 18 hours of staying in this unit. Sorry but no replies from host gave a bad reception for my 7 friends and therefore bad review.

Great stay!

We did a last minute weekend trip and booked Judy's condo. We loved how big the rooms where. The nice touches she added such as a cooler, family games, sand toys, and so much more. Would stay again!

Nice property on the beach!

Overall great stay for me and the family. Great views and lots of beds. The only thing I would note is that the master bath was constantly clogged even after trying to unclog it. But other than that nice and tidy place and the kitchen was super nice!

Baseball game getaway

Overall our experience was good. We were not aware of a code for the stairwells. The elevator was not working when we arrived at 11:00 pm. We walked around the property to find someone sitting on balcony, they gave us the stairwell code. Perhaps it should be mentioned in the listing to check in with rental office or give code for stairwell when unit door code is given. Also, there were no batteries for the tv remote in one bedroom.

Nice place, beds are the only bad thing!

Great location, clean, tons of room. The only downside, every single mattress felt as though you were sleeping on the floor. We all rotated who was going to sleep on the couches.

Family vacation

This condo was very spacious and clean. It is extremely convenient to everything. We only had to get in the vehicle if we wanted to go exploring a little further out. We loved having St John's Pass literally right across the street where shopping and dining were amazing. Judy is very easy to work with and is available to answer questions at any time. We will definitely be staying again!

Girls getaway

The property is very comfortable! The kitchen is fully prepared. Judy is a great host! The beach and pool are a 3 minute walk. And the parking spot is very close to the elevator. Great place to stay.

About the place

The place was well kept and clean. Beach was very close to the house and the pool was also well kept. The only thing that was confusing was we were not given the code access to the elevator or other gates. Overall very nice experience.

The listing was not accurate

The listing stated there were 2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there were 2 bedrooms And only 2 bathrooms. It also stated there would be chairs and umbrella provided. There was not. I reached out to owner and she said there was never 4 bedrooms and chairs and umbrella were under the bed. I replied that I knew it was only 2 bedrooms but listing stated 4 bathrooms. And there were no beach chairs to be found. So nothing ever got resolved or explained.

Great Location

This is an amazing location! The beach and fun shops and stores are literally right out your door. The property was clean and nice. Plenty of dishes, silverware, cups, etc. The couch in the living room is a pull out couch but not advertised as such. We did not need to use it but nice to know. Once we had elevator codes it was super easy to get in and out of property and very convenient.

I love to travel, am a travel agent, and love to host and see people have a great time. I a semi retired, but have 7 units that I own and manage. I have my own travel website. I am also repairing homes in Panama City from hurricane Michael.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I love going to John's Pass. This one is special to me because it is so very close to John's Pass. You can walk under the bridge and your right on the boardwalk of the pass. I love to wake up early and see the Bridge, the dolphins and all the vessels going back and forth.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The location is absolutely wonderful. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance, your also right on the beach. The unit itself has been refreshed in the last 12 months. We provide everything you need including beach chairs and umbrella.
