Rue privée sans issue ... Idéal pour les enfants. Les sauveteurs en service le week-end du Memorial Day, les week-ends de juin, tous en juillet / août. Clôturé dans les tables de patio Yard patio chaises longues. Dernière maison sur bloc, loin du bruit Rt 35.
Chambre principale / salle de bain isolée au dernier niveau avec terrasse et vue sur l'océan. 3 grandes chambres au 2e niveau .. cuisine et salon au niveau principal..salle familiale au niveau inférieur avec canapé-lit

Relaxing stay

Spacious house and super close to a private beach. Loved the quietness of the street and the beach which made for a relaxing trip. The house had plenty of room for our group. Bonnie was incredibly responsive, accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Vacation at Jersey Shore

The property lived up to it's description! Lovely home. Very close to beach. Clean, neat. Had a wonderful time. Would reccomend this property to anyone looking to enjoy time at the Jersey shore.

Lousy weather…great stay

The house is steps away from a great private beach. There are 4 levels and 3 full baths. The kitchen has all you need to cook. Very nice host that was helpful. Great beach rental!

Mantoloking House Rental July - Aug 2022

If you plan to come during the hot months of July and August be aware that the air conditioning unit does not help one third level bedroom and the upstairs 4th level bedroom stay cool for comfortable nighttime sleeping. The den futon sleeping couch was not usable with broken metal legs. Verticals in kitchen/dining area & 3rd floor bedroom & part of the verticals in living room broken & couldn’t keep out hot sun all week. There were some other issues but the main ones are above. Didn’t come to beach to be on phone with complaints with owner but when did, her answer was she wasn’t aware & vertical blinds on order & no one had issues with air & repair man for A/C couldn’t come til Sat. when we were leaving Sat. 9am. Looking at thermostat on 2nd floor does not indicate temperature in those 2 bedrooms I told her. Yes the location is nice right near entrance to private beach and the ability to bring dogs is a plus.

Vacation 2022

Wanted to give Mom and adult children a Jersey Shore vacation. This vacation home far exceeded our expectation. There was nothing that could've been improved. We had a wonderful time. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

All about location

Amazing location! The house was very spacious and accommodating to a larger group. Private beach was right across from house and house provided more than enough beach items for us. I would suggest updating some of the items in the house, especially the beds. They are not comfortable at all. Also had a mix up with pet policy but owner updated in listing. Bonnie was very nice and accommodating.

Room for everyone

My husband & I had our 3 adult children (& 2 girlfriends) come for 4 nights. Being so close to the private beach, they surf casted every morning & evening. Outdoor shower & hose were very helpful, as well as the fenced in yard for the dogs. Owner made sure we got in ok, and returned the extra security deposit for the 2nd dog very promptly.

Great house, great location!

We had a wonderful week here! The house was extremely comfortable. Fit our 3 families comfortably. The owner Bonnie is very nice and helpful during the uncertain times of the pandemic. Great neighborhood and friendly neighbors. And it takes a minute to get on the beach! We can't wait until we can come back!

Comfortable and steps to private beach

We had a wonderful family reunion and enjoyed our stay. Very well-stocked kitchen for family dinners. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Everything worked great except for the sofa bed. Easy access to the beach, especially for the grandparents. Owner was easy to reach and communicate with.

Easy Beach Access!

This property is located one house away from the beach. It was so easy to access and go back and forth... especially with a baby. The beach is private, quiet, and clean. The house is cozy and has plenty of bedrooms. The master is spacious and was a great area for us and our baby. We loved the ocean views from the master bedroom and also spent our mornings having coffee on the master bedroom balcony. We loved using the back deck area and did a lot of grilling. The homeowner is very friendly and made the entire process easy and stress free. This is the perfect property for a family looking to get away and spend some time away. Point Pleasant boardwalk is only a few miles away to take the kids for some other activities.

Beautiful area

We had a great few days here! The house was very comfortable and allowed everyone their own space, a nice outdoor area as well. The best part was being so close to the beach and also being able to bring our dog, who just loved the ocean! Thank you Bonnie for being "pet friendly"! The transaction and check in was smooth, thanks too for an earlier check in.

Lots of space, quiet, excellent proximity to private beach!

Stayed June 1-15, 2018 and enjoyed the home's layout, space, and location. Great place to spend quality time with the family. 30 seconds to the private beach - very clean, quiet and peaceful. Lots of beach gear and other necessities essential to a relaxing beach vacation. Nice fenced backyard and deck and two additional bedroom decks add to the home's zen-like feeling. Owner (Bonnie) is great, very responsive to questions.

Relaxing Spring Break

Thank you so much Bonnie for a wonderfully relaxing spring break. Despite the less than perfect weather, the beach and the ocean are always medicinal! Your beautiful home is so serene and relaxing. Plenty of space, neat and clean! This is the perfect location to everything! Wonderful restaurants, shopping and right smack in between Seaside and Pt. Pleasant boardwalks! Absolutely perfect! We most certainly will be returning for another fabulous vacation! Thank you for all your hospitality, we had a wonderful time!

Absolutely amazing house. So close to the beach. Such spacious rooms.

Separate areas for adults and kids to gather. Spectacular master bedroom upstairs. So much space. We let the cousins all sleep in this room together. They had a blast in one room! Love that we were able to bring our dogs. Three bathrooms and an outside open shower helped when we all came off the beach. Lovely fenced in backyard. Great for kids and dogs. Plenty of tables and chairs and a grill. Would love to come back... Owner is wonderful and easy to work with. Bonnie replied immediately to a question we had upon our arrival. We've been renting a house on the shore for fourteen years... best house we have ever stayed in!

Comfortable spacious house steps to beach

Perfect Vacation Spot!

We just spent another great vacation at this Mantoloking house! Over the past 8 years, we have vacationed here many times. There are three generations of our family vacationing together, and the multi-levels of this house give us the space as to not feel crowded. We especially enjoy the two outside decks and the fact that the backyard is fenced in and very private. The grandchildren love playing out there. The beach is just steps away and is both private and guarded. Everything is just so convenient and easy! One of the best things, however, is that the owners allow us to bring our dogs on vacation with us. They love it too!!!!!
