Très bien situé, à 1 pâté de maisons de la plage et à quelques pas de bons restaurants, d'un magasin de surf, d'un glacier, d'appâts et de pub anglais. Pour les enfants, il y a un grand parc (Kolb Park) à un pâté de maisons. Soyez au centre de tout en profitant du calme.

Indian Rocks Beach se situe entre Clearwater Beach et St. Pete Beach. Il n'y a pas de hauteurs et le stationnement sur la plage est limité.

Cet appartement est le nec plus ultra en matière de décoration de plage moderne et propre. Unité nouvellement décorée et mise à jour avec tout le confort de la maison. WiFi gratuit et télévision par câble avec DVR et Smart TV pour se connecter à Netflix et Hulu. Nous avons inclus un chariot rempli de chaises de plage, de parasols, de serviettes et de jouets de plage pour les enfants. Très propre! Garez votre voiture juste devant l’unité. Aucun escalier ou longue marche avec des bagages ou des courses. BBQ et table de pique-nique en plein air.

Great stay!

Crystal Sands was a cozy home away from home for our month in IRB. The apartment had all the comforts of home including the beach supplies. It was wonderful having a BBQ grill to utilize. Nicole was very responsive and accommodating. The location was great, within walking distance of several restaurants and the beach was a block away. I would definitely recommend.

Quiet Getaway

We enjoyed Indian Rocks Beach. Crystal Sands was beautiful and exceeded expectations. The host Nicole provided everything we needed even charcoal and lighter fluid! I highly recommend Crystal Sands.

SUPER CUTE

The unit was absolutely adorable! Exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our home away from home vacation including everything needed for the beach! Loved the beach being so close ( about a block away ) along with restaurants and shops! Definitely plan on staying here again!

Cute beach house!!

The house is super cute and worked well for our family. It was close enough to walk to the beach and with the wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys, it was a perfect fit for us. The beds were not the most comfortable but it was okay for a few days stay. Everything else was perfect. Nicole gave great recommendations for food as well! We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

Great place, great location

We enjoyed our stay at Crystal Sands Beach House. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of chairs and beach necessities. The wagon made hauling stuff to the beach super easy. Perfect location and a short walk to the beach. I highly recommended. Communication with the owner was easy, she was very responsive

Great Place for Family Vacation!

This place was great for staying with a toddler. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to get it all to the beach along with a pack-n-play and a stroller for little ones to use. It was a couple blocks walk to the beach and a nearby playground and the local library. There was great food nearby, and the area had a really nice laid-back feel. We had a slight issue when we arrived, but the owner was very easy to work with and made up for the inconvenience. We'd stay there again in a heart beat. You won't go wrong choosing Nicole's place!

Wonderful trip to Indian Rocks

Location was great. Walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Enjoyed the quiet location. The provided beach wagon was very useful for the trips to the beach. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Great place!!

This apartment was great! It was the perfect place for our family of 4. It was nicely decorated, clean and the perfect location close to everything! The beach is an easy walk just a block away and restaurants within walking distance also. The owner was very responsive with check in details and recommendations and answered all our questions! Loved it!!

Close to the beach

Nice place to stay close to the beach. Great communication with host. Loved all the beach supplies provided! My daughter, granddaughter and myself stayed here and had plenty of space. Nice soft bath towels. Blender, coffee maker, etc were all provided. The only thing missing was a toaster. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Nice and Cozy

Place is so Beach comfy. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Beautiful artwork on the walls. Few minute walk to the beach and great restaurants. Manager was fantastic!

This condo as perfect for a family trip to the beach. We loved that there was a wagon and beach towels provided, which made our packing very sinple. Would definitely stay in this property again!

Perfect, relaxing getaway

We stayed for a week and loved the view! Super clean house and everything was perfect! Everything was walking distance and was beautiful! Loved every minute down here and hope to come back down in the near future.

Perfection

The property is nicely decorated and very clean. Being able to sit out in the yard on the swing chair or picnic table was a wonderful way to pass the evening. The wagon with beach chairs , towels and umbrella made the short walk to the beach easy. Keegan’s was the best restaurant we ate at. Seafood was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere and loved playing tennis and pickle ball on the courts two blocks away. We stayed for 6 weeks and loved every minute we were here. Hosts are very helpful and friendly.

Holiday heaven!

This is our second visit and we will be back - this is a wonderful place, clean, tidy, homely and close to the beach. The owner is amazing and nothing is too much trouble, Indian Rocks is amazing as well - try Salt, Crabby Bills, Pinkies Icecream shop and JD's. Highly recommended as a place to stay .

Great place, close to the beach, quiet neighborhood! Convent amenities for beach days!

This was my first time using a home rental. It worked out very well for my conference stay and allowed me to bring family. The place was very nice, clean, and had a lot to offer. Definitely would use this rental again in the future!

Weekend getaway

Cute place to stay! About a 5min walk to the beach. Loved the child amenities. It did smell of faint smoke when we arrived and on and off if we were gone long. Would benefit from a small swifter vacuum or something in house to pick up day to day with kids and the beach :)

The best stay so far in Florida

Nicole and her family and her place are AMAZING! We came for a wedding with friends very close by I can’t wait for next year to come with my family. This will be my spot from here on out! It was perfect . Everything was so close. the beach right across the street, little corner store within walking distance and pinky’s ice cream was delicious also top of the street with restaurants in the plaza. We didn’t even have to rent a car. Everything was so close by and the unit was so perfect. Thank you for your hospitality Nicole tell Leann we said goodbye for us! She was so sweet!! See you next summer forsure!!

Our property is in a great location! Steps to the beach and great restaurants and local stores. Everything you need is walking distance! There is a great park, beach, English Pub, Surf Shop, ice cream shop and a new restaurant will be opening soon! All steps away from the property but in a quiet location. The decor is modern beach decor and it is a clean and renovated space. You get 2 bedrooms to share with another couple or for the kids at a price that does not break the bank! Property is stocked with beach towels, wagon, beach bags, small cooler, beach toys, bbq and outdoor picnic table.
