Cette maison sereine devant la baie offre les vues les plus étonnantes sur la plage et offre la pêche la plus importante de Sargent. Bienvenue à Double Trouble. Cette maison élégante a été remodelée en 2018 et est l'escapade parfaite située sur l'Intracoastal Waterway.

L'un des points forts de cette location est constitué de DEUX piliers de pêche privés équipés des plus brillantes lampes de pêche en ville, offrant une excellente pêche toute la nuit pour la truite, le poisson rouge, la plie et de nombreuses autres espèces de poissons! Sur le quai se trouve une toute nouvelle station couverte de nettoyage du poisson avec électricité, eau et évier.

Sargent est connu pour son crabe exceptionnel et cette zone est chargée !! Nous avons plusieurs casiers à crabe à la propriété pour que vous puissiez utiliser et profiter! Vous ne pouvez pas battre un crabe à la plage !!

Les soirées sont particulièrement agréables à regarder le coucher du soleil et les dauphins nagent dans l'intracoastal pendant que vous vous détendez sur les meubles de patio de luxe.

Un barbecue au propane haut de gamme et un barbecue au charbon de bois sont disponibles pour la cuisson en plein air.

Cette incroyable maison offre deux chambres et une salle de bain complète! Une chambre dispose de 2 lits superposés jumeaux. L'autre chambre a un grand lit superposé avec un lit gigogne double. Le canapé-lit a un grand lit gigogne. C'est un total de 8 lits! Tous les lits ont des draps, des oreillers avec des taies d'oreiller, et des courtepointes. Cette maison peut accueillir 10 personnes. DirecTV est fourni.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin; y compris réfrigérateur, cuisinière, four, lave-vaisselle, casseroles et poêles, vaisselle, couverts, ustensiles de cuisine, cafetière, mixeur, verres et bien plus encore.

dans la salle de stockage en bas des escaliers, nous avons une laveuse complète, une sécheuse et un réfrigérateur séparé que vous pouvez utiliser et apprécier. Il y a aussi une petite piscine pour enfants, des jouets de plage et des planches à voile que vous pourrez apprécier à la maison ou à la plage pendant votre séjour à Double Trouble.

House was little smaller than i had imagined but it ended up being ok because we spent all day at the pool and fishing the house comes with so many activities to do. there's plenty of places to sleep. I'd definitely book again.

Great location for fishing and fun

We took 5 teenage girls down to Sargent for our daughter's birthday. They had a blast hanging in the pool and fishing off the dock. In spite of 100 degree days, the evenings and nights were absolutely perfect with the breeze coming off the Gulf. You can tell this area sustained a fair amount of damage from Hurricane Beryl, but everything at the house was clean and in working order. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cool at night. For folks who like to fish and bring boats, this location is conveniently located close to boat ramps, bait shops, and plenty of good fishing areas. Quick tip: If you ever see a food truck down by the boat ramp at the corkscrew bridge called something like "Rolling Bayou Boil", its great. We had boiled shrimp and crab clusters Saturday night and it was excellent. We can't wait to come back.

Birthday Fishing trip for her

This is our 2nd time staying here at this property...Travis and his crew made sure we had everything we needed for this trip. The pool was amazing and the fishing was great. We will be back next year.

Review for a "Non Stay"

This house was damaged by Hurricane Beryl and we were unable to stay there. Travis was absolutely wonderful to work with on getting our refund. He is a very honest person who immediately let me know the house was uninhabitable due to the damage, no power and no water. In fact he was far easier to deal with then VRBO. Our entire group hopes to go this house sometime in the future.

Perfect Getaway

We decided to do a last-minute trip for Mother’s Day. This was the perfect place. My kids loved the pool and there was plenty of room on the piers for multiple people to fish. The area that the house is in is quiet and not a far drive from bait shops or the beach.

Thanksgiving Trip

This location is good just not exactly what we expected. Great fishing spot the kids really enjoyed the outside facilities. The interior of the property is dated and in need of some upgrades. We spent several days with no lights in the bathroom and had to use the facilities via flashlight which was less then ideal for the price per night. Overall not a bad stay but could definitely use some upgrades to the interior

Not what it seems

The house is much smaller than pics show it as. The fishing was not good. The patio lights would not work, the light in downstairs bathroom did not work, messaged the owner and didn't get a reply until the next day and was told that he would try to get the handyman to come check it out, needless to say never seen the handyman. The downstairs bathroom had sewer smell anytime water ran in it. The fire pit was over half full of burnt vegetable cans, beer cans and broken bottles. The fishing lights were temperamental. The price paid for this property is too much.

Great time and great fishing

Everything was perfect from the location to the pool we had everything we needed for our getaway the fishing was phenomenal we had a fishing charter booked that was minutes away and never ran out of things to do at the house from fishing to relaxing in the pool it definitely didn’t disappoint the only thing that would have improved the stay was a little bit more comfortable beds but it wasn’t bad for a few day stay thanks for the great time and we will definitely stay again

Perfect Spot

The house is cute, has everything it needs for a good time. The pool was a hit, we've stayed here previously but this was the first year since the pool was added. Fishing is fun, set up is perfect. Bedrooms have their own AC units for those that need to sleep at a specific temperature like me. I wish there were more outdoors lights for nighttime fun, but didn't hinder us from enjoying ourselves.

Perfect vacation getaway for the kiddos and those who love to fish

This has been our favorite gulf coast vacation getaway place by far. The house is perfect, especially if you have kids. Ours had their own bunk beds and absolutely loved that. The pool was fantastic and that’s where the kids spent most of their time while the adults fished from the dock. The distance between the pool and dock is short so it is easy to monitor the kids and fish at the same time. Speaking of fishing, it was phenomenal (and even in the August heat). We caught croaker, whiting, gafftop, hardhead, speckled trout, sand trout, mangrove snapper, stingray, black drum, redfish, flounder, spot, blacktip shark, ladyfish, stone crab and blue crabs all from the dock. The breeze was nice and cool the entire time so it made the August heat tolerable. The kids also played mini golf between swimming. That is such a nice addition to the property. The owner was responsive and even had someone come and check the pool to ensure it remained clean during our stay. There are 4 fishing lights and that brought in tons of trout. The water looked as if it was boiling with fish. We were catching trout on every cast and most casts brought in two at a time. The second dock was really nice too as it allowed us all plenty of fishing room. We will definitely be a repeat customer.

Kids had a blast .. we enjoyed watching all our children and grandchildren and our dog gather and fish and swim .. we pushed the limits of people but it was cozy and ac so cold with these hot temps..

Perfect family getaway

We had an amazing time during our stay! Very cute and clean home and the location was amazing. My husband and youngest love to fish and I love to lounge in the pool, so this retreat was a perfect mix for us. The owners were helpful and responsive from the moment we booked. We are already planning on booking again in the future!

We had a great time in the pool and on the slide. We caught a lot of good fish. The kayaks and paddle board were a big hit with the kids. Great vacation for all ages. We will be back!
