L'accès à la plage est juste de l'autre côté de la rue et Main St est à un pâté de maisons au sud. Ce 3 chambres / 2. Condo 5 salles de bain est dans l'emplacement parfait! Une minute à pied des restaurants, des boutiques et du parc. Salon a une télévision à écran plat avec canapé-lit Queen, Internet sans fil gratuit et véranda. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils en acier inoxydable, grille-pain, cafetière et élimination. Laveuse et sécheuse situées sur le porche avant dans une pièce séparée. La chambre principale offre un lit king size avec télévision par câble à écran plat, salle de bain complète et balcon privé. Plan d'étage divisé offre un lit Queen avec télévision par câble à écran plat reliant demi-bain. Troisième chambre offre des lits jumeaux, télévision par câble salle de bain complète dans le couloir. Le plan d'étage ouvert dans le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine crée un endroit idéal pour le temps en famille. Le club propose des courts de tennis éclairés, une pataugeoire, une grande piscine, un bain à remous sous les cabines, une grande terrasse et une douche extérieure pour votre plaisir. Great vacation rental twice a year for many years

This is the perfect rental for us. Always clean, well-stocked kitchen and great internet. I work while on vacation so keep one room for a field office and internet is critical. My wife and I share the other bedroom with a friend. The owner is easy to contact and very responsive on the few times something needed attention.

Perfect Location

This was a beautiful condo in an ideal location. Close to my favorite stores and some awesome local eats. The pool attendants were super sweet too. Pool noodles and having the laundry room at the entrance was perfect and reduced surf/sand making it's way in. Will definitely be booking again.

Great to stay across the street from the beach

Tommy was a great host and very responsive. This is an older condo with a few quirks like two front door knobs that have to be turned simultaneously, but we had a good stay. I thought from pictures that this unit was on the beach, but it is a quick walk across Ocean Blvd. It backs up to pickle ball/tennis courts, and there is a pool in the community for lots of fun if you need a break from the beach.

Great 2nd Floor Condo - we stay there twice a year

We have been renting this condo, twice a year for 9 days each for the past few years. We rent in Sept and April to coincide with the Caroline Shag Dance Convention. The condo is an easy 2 block walk to NMB's Main Street where all the dance halls (bars) are located. The unit is away from Ocean Drive so there is little if any street noise. Nice appliances and comfortable bed. Clean and owner is very responsive to any needs though there are seldom any. Strong internet signal which I used as I often work during our vacations.

Family beach wedding stay

We were there for a wedding. The location was perfect. We only had a minor mishap. A huge flying bug that looked like a roach was crawling, but we cupped it and threw it out. There was a slight odor, but i wasn't sure if pets had been in there. Lastly, I was not sure whether to take the sheets off the beds, so we just made the beds. Overall, great stay. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Spot!

Our place was really clean and perfect size for myself and my two teenagers. Everyone got their own room, and their own bathroom (definite bonus). Place had a really nice pool and spa which we visited often. The best part was being so close to the beach. Tons to do around town and everything was really close to where we stayed. Great communication from the host, would definitely stay here again!

Nice clean condo near the bars where we dance.

There was a problem with the internet but the owner gave us the number for Comcast and after failed attempts to resolve over the phone they sent a service rep out. He found a bad splitter on the outside connection, replaced it and that corrected the problem. Normally not a big deal but I do work when I am on vacation and needed to host some Zoom interviews with clients. Other than that all was fine. We have stayed there before and plan to stay there again in the fall. Owner was VERY responsive to help solve this problem via text even though he was out of the country with a 7 hour time difference.

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was the perfect location. My 5-year-old loved the two pools and easy beach access. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance or just a short drive.

Very responsive to request for a parking pass

Tommy provided us with a second parking pass for our friend who stayed just one night. The condo was great, had everything we needed and everything worked. Very clean. Most important to me was the high speed Wi-fi. I don't watch TV but I work a lot when on "vacation" and the fast Wi-fi was a big help.

Great location and property

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was within perfect walking distance to the beach, and the pools looked really nice (we didn’t go to the pool ourselves). Having a coded lock was a huge convenience so we didn’t have to hand off room keys. Host was very communicative and helpful. Reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 - cleanliness when we arrived - not bad, but could have been better - kitchen is a bit disorganized and not particularly well stocked - there was no soap or toilet paper when we arrived. Luckily we had brought some tp with us, but a very odd thing not to have, at least an initial supply. Overall, would stay here again!

Great location, walking distance to beach.didnt have working blender,air vents need cleaning and vacuum bag had mold .no regular coffee maker, only keurig.no toliet paper . enjoyed our stay anyway,close to stores.
