Oceanfront 3BR / 2BA condo petit complexe avec piscine chauffée intérieure / extérieure!

Ce condo est directement en bord de mer et dispose d'un balcon privé avec une vue fantastique sur la plage. Le balcon est accessible depuis le salon ou la chambre principale. La chambre principale a un lit king size et une grande salle de bain principale. Le bâtiment dispose d'un ascenseur et d'une piscine couverte chauffée (idéal pour les enfants). La cuisine est entièrement équipée et il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le condo. Planchers de bois franc et carreaux de céramique partout. Juste une courte promenade de la jetée de pêche Surfside, restaurants, glacier, arcade, parcs, bibliothèque, et plus encore.

Les Ce condo offre un lit king size dans la chambre principale, un lit queen dans la deuxième chambre et deux lits doubles dans la troisième chambre.

Seulement 5 condos dans le bâtiment moins de plages bondées.

Nice beach condo

****This isn’t disclosed on the listing but you have to rent ALL linens OR bring your own. It’s $198 extra for the package that includes linens, bath towels, dish cloths. No paper products are included in the price- bring your own paper towels and toilet paper. The condo is literally a picture perfect view of the beach. It’s big, clean, and updated. Once all the outside maintenance is finished, it’s going to be even better. Big washer and dryer. Anything you would need to cook. Outside “charcoal” grill. Nice deck that comes from the living room and connects to the master. Aside from the linen fee(I’ve never had before at ANY condo). This was wonderful. $200 deposit is added to your stay. You’ll get that back a week after checkout. Short walk to local food places. Family friendly neighborhood. We stayed on level 1. Literally steps to the beach. Super easy walk, even with littles.

Great place but...

The place was everything they said it would be and location was AWESOME! But I have never be to a VRBO that charged extra for sheets and towels! Nor have they NOT supplied toilet paper or paper towels, soap in the bathroom or some kind of start kit with dishwasher soap and a load of washer detergent! That was a disappointment and if thats the norm then they should be sure renters KNOW that when renting.

Surfside Beach Vacation

This condo is a great location. We loved sitting on the balcony in both morning and evenings. Loved the elevator for my mother in law, who has trouble with steps. The only thing we didn't like were the parking spots. They are for more compact cars, not SUV's. It takes two or three times backing up and going forward to get in and out of tight spot.

Thanks for a Great Spring Break Trip!

Thanks to our agent, Lisa, the entire experience, from booking, to checking in, to checking out, was a smooth process. We found the accomodations to be clean and homey. The location was great too. An ocean front view, just steps away from the beach and just a short walk to some fun restaurants. We definitely plan to stay in touch and do this again!

Our trip to Surfside was over the 4th of July week in 2020. Property was in great location and Beach

Great experience, property owners communication was great! Covered parking for vehicle, easy access to unit. The week if the 4th was an awesome experience. Firework show was great right from the property. Best display I have ever seen! Property was clean and in a great location. Would definitely recommend and return.

Perfect location but disappointing property

The location of this property is amazing! It is direct oceanfront with gorgeous views of the beach. Surfside Beach is a lovely little community. While we had a wonderful vacation (mostly due to the crew we were with), the property itself was very disappointing. In general, the condo was not very clean (there was a lot of visible dust on the lamps, the walls, & the furniture, and there were french fries on the floor in the living room and under the couch when we got there). Unfortunately, it also seemed to have a roach infestation. It was very chilly the first couple of days we were there and we really only noticed one or two (and at first thought they were beetles), but on our last day the weather warmed up and they were everywhere. Also, the shower in the master bath had a ton of black mold; there were several light bulbs burnt out in both ceiling lights and lamps all around the condo; the sink in the master bathroom drained very, very slowly; the vent cover on the bottom of the refrigerator kept falling off; the kitchen sink barely had any water pressure; the mattresses were thin, squeaky, and very uncomfortable; almost all of the furniture was very worn; there were holes in the walls in several places; the paint throughout was beat up and the walls and floors were dirty. The amenities were also disappointing. Linens were an extra charge so we ended up bringing our own sheets, blankets, and towels. We’ve stayed in several beach rentals and they always had beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and beach towels provided in the unit for guests to use. There were none of these things in this unit and we ended up buying our own so that we could enjoy the beach with the kids. This condo has so much potential but it’s not been well maintained. A thorough deep cleaning, an exterminator, some fresh paint, and new furniture would do wonders for this unit. And some basic amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc. would make it so much easier for a family to settle in and begin enjoying their vacation without having to immediately find the nearest grocery store. Beach gear for renters to borrow would be the cherry on top.

First of many family vacations in Surfside

Fantastic stay at Boston Commons. The condo was spacious, beds were comfy and it was a very short walk down to the beach. I would say everything about our trip was convenient. Lisa was fantastic to work with and was always quick to answer any question we had. We are already looking forward to next year’s trip. Glad we found this gem!

We were pleased with this condo - location was amazing. We were not in a very crowded area of the beach which was a plus. We have used VRBO for many years and this unit by far did not have as many perks as the ones used in the past. Many places will leave a few trash bags, soap, paper towels, etc. this one did not. Kitchen utensils were a little sparce. There is a charcoal grill for use on the property - however, no lighter, or spatulas for the grill. It would be great if they added a gas grill for the property. The pool is advertised as heated, however, it was very cold the first few days. Another renter however, called and by the end of the week the water temp had warmed up. This unit was spacious and the view is amazing. It does need some TLC, there are many water stains on the walls and ceilings, several holes in the walls in the bedrooms (some have attempted to be fixed). Mattress in master bedroom and one of the double bed mattresses were not the best. The owners were amazing to work with! We did have a small issue (with condo above) the second day there and they promptly responded and fixed it. My family would love to stay here again when we return to surfside.

Location Location Location!

When your teenagers walk in and say you did good, you know you did fantastic in choosing the rental! The owners texted me when the property was ready and we were there within a half hour. Everything was clean and spotless and smelled fresh. The elevator in the building was a huge help when my parents joined us for a few days too. Pool underneath the building was heated and clean and we were literally steps away from the beach. Definitely would stay here again!

Great place for family vacation

Had a great time for our week there. Heated pool was awesome to have on property and the ability to grill. Everything was very clean. Owners were quick to reply to any questions we had. Overall had a great time and will want to make it a yearly thing!!!!

Great Unit and location!

We visit Surfside every year and this is one of our favorite places that we have stayed. The location could not be beat...the beach was not crowded but close enough to everything that we wanted to do. The unit was clean and roomy, the kitchen was well stocked, and perfect for our family of 6. Communication with management was awesome. Things that could have been better: master bed is not very comfortable...maybe even a foam or pillow top would help. Ice machine in freezer was not working so we ended up having to buy a lot of ice. Overall, the place was great and exceeded our expectations and I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Lori was great to work with :) location of the property is great. The unit was perfect for my family of 5. Plenty of space. We never felt crowded. The views were amazing. Could literally be standing on the beach in 2 mins from the inside of the condo. The pool was wonderful clean and not crowded. You only share with 5 units. We did use the grill that is available one night for dinner and that was very nice. Can’t say enough great things about our experience. We will definitely stay here again

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a girls weekend getaway to celebrate the upcoming marriage of our good friend. The place was in a perfect location— 35 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach and 10/15 minute drive to Murrells Inlet AND it’s oceanfront. Hearing the waves was just what we needed after coming home from a night out. There’s also space to grill out, take a dip in the pool, and enjoy the weather if sitting on the sand isn’t your thing. We all forgot to bring beach chairs but luckily there was some available for us to use! Lisa was great to rent from as she was readily available and even upgraded us to the penthouse due to last minute cancellation, with no additional charge!! She accommodated all of our parking needs as many of us were driving from different parts of NC. 10/10 recommend!!!

Great location.

The week was fun. The condo just right to watch the waves roll in and the stars shine. The weather was beautiful last week, sunrises on the beach, boogie boarding in the afternoons. Not too crowded and we could leave our chairs on the beach all day. One drawback to the first floor unit--You could hear the people moving around on the floors above--maybe even both levels up. Thanks Lisa.
