Great for friends’ reunion

Apartments were well appointed, clean and comfortable. Don’t be put off by the look of the front of the building.

Destination Wedding

Great place, walking distance to King Street and many downtown restaurants and shops. Beautifully decorated. Two story units were perfect for a family. Parking a bit tight for bigger vehicles. Nearby construction made it noisy during the day.

Very Good Place to Stay

Great place to stay. We rented both units for 2 infants and 7 adults. Comfortable beds. Great location - walkable to restaurants and bars and close to free DASH transit stops. Washer and dryer were convenient and it was nice to have an outdoor space.

Great house in a great location

Great house for exploring and enjoying Charleston. The beds were very comfortable, the location was easily within walking distance of bars and restaurants, and (perhaps most importantly) the AC provided a great relief from the hot Charleston weather! Would stay again and recommend to others.

Extended family trip in a storm

The house was cute, comfy, and perfect for our extended family trip. There was space to sit together and also to be more independent as needed. We had a great stay here during Storm Debbie. The owners were great about communicating and said they would provide sand bags as needed. Two leaks sprung in the upstairs apartment due to the incredibly heavy rain, and they came by with extra towels so we wouldn't have to use our bath towels to dry the walls. Overall, we would recommend this house!

We had a wonderful time! When we first pulled up the outside appearance made me just a little nervous but as soon as we open the door the inside was beautiful! Wonderful location walk to everything can’t wait to come back!

Holy send off

Got a group together to celebrate a friend's upcoming wedding. The 7 ofnus stayed on property. Everyone was impressed with the location. Walking distance to great bars, food and live music. Would definitely consider staying here again when coming back with my family.

Lovely House, Great Host!

Darling duplex with everything you could ever need! We were able to walk to most places and it was nice to have off street parking for our cars. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartments so cute and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I can't say enough about the host! Check in was easy, they provided us with any information we may need, and they kindly checked on us throughout our stay.

Overall Very Good

Just got back from spending Thanksgiving in Charleston. The 2 apartments worked out well for our family. The noise level was a little louder than we were expecting from street noise and the lighting is very dim, but the beds are extremely comfortable and the apartments were very clean. Communication between the management company was also very easy.

Is there a better word than EXCEPTIONAL?!?!? If so, then I'd use that one!

I don't even know where to begin with all the positive things I have to say about this property. So I'm gonna start with the thing that stands out most to me...the people behind the rental of this beautiful home! I have never experienced the high level of customer service (and I have had a lot of great experiences) that I received from those managing this property. Their responsiveness to my many questions, issues that came up and them checking in on the many details to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable was always prompt and thorough. They are kind, understanding, problem solvers, considerate and just wonderful to work with! They alone would be reason enough to rent this property and any other they manage! But the property itself was just perfect for our stay! We utilized both 3 bedroom/3 bath apartments for our family during our stay for my son's wedding. The beds are super comfortable, linens were clean and plentiful, furniture was beautiful and in good condition. The kitchen was a little small, but had just about everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The appliances were unique and perfect for the style and size of the kitchen! The living and dining area were spacious with adequate seating so we were able to gather comfortably as a large family. Bathrooms are smaller, but clean and nicely done. I could go on and on, but simply put...I'd stay here again! Location is golden!! Search no futher and book here...you won't regret it!

Great Family Stay

Had the family in town for a wedding. Great spot with plenty of room for the whole family, with a perfect location that was walking distance to almost everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Groups- Responsive Owner

The location was great, our large group was able to walk everywhere on King St. within minutes. As well, the house was clean and had everything you need to enjoy a stay. Lastly, the owner was very friendly and responsive. A book with local suggestions gave great info about the area. Would stay here again!

Had a great time!

The apartments are so cute and perfect for groups! Decor was super trendy and Charlestonesque. Also, loved the little sitting area in the outside upstairs area for coffee in the morning. We did pay an additional fee for additional guests, however, there were only 8 towels total for a total of 10 people. There were also 2 airbeds included in the space and one did not work to blow up. Overall, the place was a perfect location for walking on king street and areas downtown! We really had the best stay, minus too few towels.

Lovely house!

Reading through the positive reviews of the place, I decided to book it for my family. We had a lovely stay at this house! Well designed, well maintained, and is definitely a house for a family because everything you would need inside a home is there and not to mention, it is in a great location where everything is a walk away.

Clean, comfortable, great location

We rented both units for a family trip. Having two units in the same location was great for us as it provided some privacy but allowed us to easily hang out together. The apartments were very clean and comfortable, especially the beds! I recommend this place!
