Chambres spacieuses, sols carrelés, immenses placards. Cheminée en corail et wet-bar dans le salon. Magnifique cuisine avec four à double paroi, cuisinière à dessus lisse, immenses garde-manger, superbes comptoirs en granit. La suite principale a de hauts plafonds, un coin salon face à l'océan, un balcon, une grande baignoire à jets profonds et une douche séparée dans la baignoire. Une suite d'hôtes séparée s'ouvre sur la piscine! Tous les téléviseurs HD avec capacité dvd et blueray et accès netflix. Quatre nouveaux écrans plats 42 ', un 55' dans le salon et un 32 '.

Choses à voir!: La saison de nidification des tortues commence le 1er mars et se termine le 30 septembre de chaque année. Il y a de fortes chances que vous voyiez des caouannes, des tortues à dos en cuir et / ou des tortues vertes qui nichent sur la plage juste devant la maison! Les lumières vives sur la plage la nuit sont interdites pendant cette saison afin que les tortues ne soient pas dérangées. Les stores doivent être fermés pour tout éclairage faisant face à la plage pendant les heures du soir. Le comté de Brevard est l'une des plus grandes régions du monde pour ce phénomène de nidification des tortues.

2nd Trip

This was our second time at this property and once again it didn't disappoint. The house is well stocked with linens, towels, dishes, and beach items. Communication with the property was great and easy. We had issues with racoons getting into the trash two nights. The pool house didn't seem like it was fully cleaned before we arrived and the water pressure in the house is low. However, we were there for sun, beach, and pool and it was perfect for what we wanted.

Fantastic Beach

4 couples loved the space and being on the ocean. It is not near restaurants and the grocery is not close. The only problem with the house is the water pressure. Because this house uses well water, the water pressure can be a problem when taking a shower. Do not use the washing machine or dish washer at the same time!Although there are 5 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms share a very small bath. One of the ensuite bedrooms is a guest house that is located by the pool. The privacy is nice but it is a noisy place for sleeping. It is near the pool mechanics and some machine that sounds like the garage door opening and closing. The handyman was responsive but could do nothing to fix these issues.

Family vacation

It could not have been any better! The house was perfect! Clean, spacious, private beach and convenient to Vero Beach, Sebastian and Melbourne. We had a party of 9 (including 2 children) and had plenty of room! We loved it! I would highly recommend this property for large parties. We will for sure be going back. Thank you for a great week!

A Great Spot For A Family Hang

The home, guest house, and property were all as-advertised - well-kept, clean, and with lots of room for our family of 10. Beautiful ocean views from most rooms, and direct access to the lovely, uncrowded beach. Pool and spa were nicely heated, and the kitchen was well equipped. Everyone enjoyed their time at the property, we will return, and can whole-heartedly recommend.

Fabulous family getaway

We stayed here with our children (17, 14 & 12). It was the perfect mix of beach and pool in a quiet setting. My wife and I enjoyed trail running, as well as the golf and tennis nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this location! There was everything we needed and nothing that we missed! Definitely going back. Great having beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas accessible too!

Property is beautiful and clean- quiet private beach- perfect for our family vacation. The highlight was witnessing sea turtles emerging from the ocean to dig a nest and lay eggs 10 feet in front of us!! So amazing!

Perfect place to get away from it all!

We loved this house and the location! This was the most secluded beach we have been on in a while. We also loved that there were some things left from previous guests there that we could use it we wanted to like spices and such. Great variety of small appliances, cookware, dishes and storage containers since we like to cook our own meals. We loved the setup of the house for our group. The pictures don’t do it justice! The only drawback would be a bedroom on the main floor in the main house for people that have trouble with the stairs. We are already thinking about next year and possibly coming back to this same house!

Great Family Vacation Home

Other than the hot tub not working well, everything was great. A walk right to the beautiful beach and large rooms with TVs in every bedroom and living area. Terrific kitchen and well-stocked with everything needed. Lots of space to spread out and large dining table for family meals. Definitely a repeat location.

Perfect Family Vacation

Loved this house! Beautiful views. Had plenty of room for our family without feeling crowded. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possible need. Heated pool was great. Property Manager Merry was good to work with and responded quickly to our questions. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Perfect Family Escape

Turquoise water blending into deep blue. Lots of turtles and dolphins. Seclusion. and...a pool 5 steps out the front door. Dream decor that you only truly appreciate after you're gone. Perfect vacation!! We'll be back.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The house is much larger than the photos make it seem. We did get to see some turtles on the beach and there were plenty of beach supplies readily available for us to use. The house is well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was lovely. The only complaint we had was the bugs (midges or “no see ems”). We all got several bites and bug spray does not deter them. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

This was our second year staying at this property. We are a family of eleven ages ranging from 70 to 11. The house is large enough to easily accommodate our crowd. There are plenty of beach towels, toys and chairs for everyone. The best part of the house is the beautiful beach just steps out the door. We had so much fun during our weeks stay and made lots of memories. The only issue was the no see ums. These bugs kept us off the beach early in the morning and at dusk. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

Our stay at the Beach House was wonderful. The house was clean and well maintained. Merry is fabulous to work with and Peter, the maintenance man, was available if we needed help. The home is very spacious and open so we could all be together and the bedrooms are large and private when kids needed some quiet time/nap. We didn't leave the house much as the ocean and pool supplied us with fun, sun, fishing, beautiful sunrises and relaxation. We loved the privacy and quiet. Only a few other people walking by on the beach and some surfers further down the beach. We went to the Sebastian Inlet and pier and to Vero Beach for mini golf. There are plenty of outside chairs, tables, umbrellas and water toys. Everyone is ready to go back again!!

Tough Decision-Pool, Beach, or Park?

This was a great house for three couples getting together after getting our vaccinations. With the beach in the back, the secluded pool in the front, and the state park a mile away, it was a perfect vacation. For three couples, it was roomy and comfortable. It could have easily accommodated two more couples or several children. The kitchen was one of the most well equipped that I have seen in a rental. The immediate surrounding area is very quiet, mostly residential or public land. There were few people on the beach while we were there (late April). The town of Sebastian is about 20-25 minutes away. We can recommend Captain Butcher's in Sebastian for dinner. There are a couple of restaurants that are closer to the house but we didn't try them. Most nights we cooked in and enjoyed dinner by the pool. The two problems that we had were addressed within an hour. Overall it was a great stay. We would definitely go back.

Beach and Pool Time

We had a group of ten people at the vacation house, 6 adults and 4 children. It was so much fun to have access to both the beach and the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The children spent practically every waking hour in the pool. We had plenty of room for all of us. A couple of things to note though....the house could use a deep clean. Light switches were dirty, there were cobwebs, etc. Maintenance on the property is also lacking with closet handles falling off, the balcony railing in the master bedroom was so loose we could have pushed it off - not good! Another item of note, while it does state in the welcome package that a small supply of paper products will be provided, I found it very frustrating that we had to buy our own dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We flew in and had to make a shopping trip to buy all of these things. Because it was a one week stay, most of the items we purchased were left there. I feel for the price we were paying these items should have been provided- Merry was prompt at responding to our needs when asked, but again, for nearly $600 per night, these essentials could have easily been provided - not to mention how many other travelers have left these items in the past. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, lots of laughs and fun times!!

Great house, not great communication

My family and I stayed at this property for a week. The location is wonderful! It is right there on the beach. We also thought the house was very spacious and clean. We were very happy with the property. Our only issue was the lack of communication about all the workers. Someone came to the house every day to do something. I understand that houses need maintenance, and workers coming in general wasn’t the issue. The issue was that we didn’t know about most of them. The property manager only told me about two of these visits. The other 5 times, men just randomly showed up and let themselves in. One time, everyone else was down at the beach and I was in the house by myself. A man just let himself in the front door. He said he was the handyman, but I had no idea if he really was who he said he was. We had not been told someone was coming that day, and it really freaked me out. When I texted Merry about this, she said she didn't know when the pool guy would come, but the pool guy was not the only issue. The man who stopped by the most unannounced was Peter, the handyman. I would think Merry should know when the handyman is coming, or at least Peter should have renters' numbers so he can give a heads up when he’s coming. So overall, we would like to stay here again because the house was in such a great location, but we honestly didn't feel safe knowing that there could be a stranger in the house at any moment if we were gone or down at the beach.

Family friendly beach house and pool

Spacious and well maintained for the age of the property. Kitchen stocked extremely well for cooking / eating. Lots of beach and pool toys for the little ones. Property manager very attentive and responsive. Pool / spa heated, well sheltered from the ocean elements, and private but was too deep for little children. We had 6 adults and 1 infant and it was very spacious. Could use some better photos on VRBO as the ones from Oct 2022 didn't do property justice.

Family vacation

A wonderful place to stay. Perfectly set up for our family. We like to stay in this area for secluded beaches and proximity to local restaurants and attractions. Property manager was very attentive to our needs. We will certainly stay here again. We highly recommend this property to other vacationers.
