Cette maison de luxe 3684 pieds carrés est située dans une crique tranquille dans le développement des voies navigables. Parfait pour les couples ou toute la famille, cette maison est située sur un terrain plat, avec un accès facile au lac et un magnifique quai. La maison est décorée avec goût et dispose de téléviseurs à écran plat,
Wi-Fi, planchers de bois franc, véranda, comptoirs en granit avec une cuisine bien équipée et barbecue à gaz, baignoire jacuzzi dans la suite parentale et un bar avec un mini-réfrigérateur à l'étage inférieur.
Il y a 3 chambres au niveau principal: la chambre principale avec un lit king size, la 2ème chambre avec un roi, et la 3ème chambre avec une reine. Il y a 2 salles de bain complètes au niveau principal, ainsi qu'un demi-bain au large du salon. Le sous-sol de débrayage a une grande chambre à coucher qui a un lit superposé et 2 jumeaux plus une pleine salle de bains.
Profitez d'un tour sur les kayaks complémentaires ou regarder le magnifique coucher de soleil tout en grignotant sur les smores près du foyer. Si vous avez besoin d'une pause dans le lac et les sports nautiques, profitez d'une partie de tennis ou de basket-ball ou d'une baignade dans la piscine des installations exclusives de Waterways, qui sont toutes situées littéralement de l'autre côté de la rue. Perfect Lake House

We loved our stay at this home in the Waterways community. The house layout was perfect for our family of 4 plus grandparents. The kids loved the foosball table and the pool tennis/courts. We used the kayaks and loved siting in the shade on the dock. Can't say enough great things about the property. This is the second time we've stayed here and would definitely stay again.

The house is a great location for either just hanging out swimming around the dock or heading out to the many other coves that surround the area. Easy to tie our bout up for the night, ready for the next days activities.

Our Stay

We had a nice stay at SML. However, the cleanliness of the home could be improved & communication with the owner was not the best. The neighborhood is nice & quiet & having access to the community pool was a plus for my grandson.

Annual SML Family Vacation

Offered everything we needed and the enclosed porch was a great perk for my mother to sit and be able to watch the grandkids swim at the dock and enjoy the water view when she couldn’t walk down to the dock. This year we all had to drive separately with different days off work schedules and we so appreciated having plenty of driveway to park. It’s a very comfortable lake home.

Great place to stay on the lake. Needs a little attention to cleaning up the cobwebs around the house and dock. The inside of the house was clean and well equipped. We would definitely come back.

Great House but BRING EVERYTHING

Please READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW. Overall, the house was pretty awesome in a perfect location with a lot of positives, but there are some serious drawbacks that future guests need to be aware of. The bottom line is you need to bring everything imaginable with you. The listing correct stated that bed linens were not included, but there are MANY more items the house is not stocked with that it should be for a normal vacation rental. We had to provide bath towels, hand towels, paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, even trash bags. The host told me the cleaning service provides one (1) roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, but upon check-in, two bathrooms didn't have any. The listing also doesn't mention there is no trash service. You are required to haul out all your trash and take it to the local disposal/recycling center. The "welcome" binder also states that any trash not emptied upon checkout will incur a $20 per trashcan fee. There was one set of dishes and utensils, but very lacking in the cooking utensil category. We had to make a grocery store run once we discovered just how minimal the house is stocked. Those are the negatives, but there were a lot of great things about the house. We spent most of our time on the dock and the kayaks were a huge hit. The house had all the "fun" items, tennis rackets, ping pong paddles, inflatables, pool noodles, dock power, and games. Phenomenal boat ramp next door!!

Perfect lake rental!

I’ve been coming to SML with my family for over 35 years and I can say that this is easily our favorite spot we’ve ever stayed. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. There were 6 of us (2 children and 4 adults) and it was more than enough space. Our kids loved the trundle beds, foosball table, and walking to the tennis courts/pool. The large dock is perfect for hanging out, going for a quick dip, or eating a meal. It was easy to load on/off our rental pontoon because of how large the dock area is. The house is situated on a lovely quiet which gave us peace of mind since we had two young kids with us. We also enjoyed using the kayaks. All around can’t say enough nice things about our stay.

Happy with our stay

We had a wonderful week at Smith Mt lake. The house was what they had described. We loved the closeness between house and the dock. The house was clean, the place I ordered linens/towels from were waiting for us, and kitchen was well supplied. We will stay there again.

Great Getaway !!!!

Communication was great! My wife and I took my elderly parents for a trip to visit the SML Home Tour. Staying here my family had a great time. Great location and home was just as described. We are definitely going to rent this property again. Thanks again for letting us show my parents a great time at a wonderful property.

Our favorite house in SML

We vacation to SML every year with friends , and this house by far was our favorite . The house itself if very spacious and clean. We spent most of our time on the dock, swimming and fishing (caught a monster Carp). This was one of the few houses we have stayed in that actually had smart TVs and cable. We will definitely book again next Year!

Wonderful house! Great location

My family - three small boys spent a week at this house and it was great. The house is in a quiet cove that was great for swimming off the dock and in a nice subdivision that allowed for peaceful morning walks. The house was clean, spacious and our bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some and the location is 5 mins to the State Park which is great. Would def stay here again and we loved our week!

Love Smith Mountain Lake

After coming to the lake since 2007, this has been one of the best stays yet. Love this house (2nd time we stayed here) and it was perfect for our adult kids and family. Already reserved it for next year!

Simply Beautiful Inside and Out!

After experiencing several life-changing events, we really needed to get away and just re-group. We chose this location because it was close enough that our children in Lexington, VA could come too. The home is beautiful and the location is perfect. Water views (from so many spaces) were gorgeous. We didn't want to leave! We were able to enjoy kayaking (brought our own, but loved that there were extras available), swimming, rented a pontoon boat at a local marina, played games on the dock, and prepared most meals at the house. The only thing that was a draw back was having to bring so much bedding and towels with us (it took up a lot of space in the car); but, that in no way hindered us from having a wonderful time. We will definitely come back. We fell in love with Smith Moutain Lake! Thank you for being such an honest host and for providing such an inviting home! God Bless You.

The bar in the lower level of the home is perfect for a quick drink or snack before playing in the lake for the day. Plenty of room on the floating dock for catching the sun or if shade is needed, enjoy the wicker furniture under the covered portion of the dock.
