Détendez-vous dans les chaises longues avant d'allumer le barbecue pour vos plats préférés. Il y a beaucoup d'espace sur le pont en pavé uni pour profiter du soleil de la Floride! This worked out perfect for us and friends that rented the other side. Kitchen had all things needed, pool was really nice size and perfect t for our group. We would definitely rent again!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful week staying at Jonse’s comfortable home on AMI. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach, cook at home, swim in the heated pool, and enjoy the area was provided. The check in process was easy and Jonse was very responsive to the few questions we had over our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to walk to the beach.We plan to return next season, thanks for all!

We love this house especially the pool. My kids enjoy most of the time before and after the a day at the beach. It’s very warm and also refreshing. Perfect size for big kids who like to swim and dive deep and sallow part for a baby to enjoy the water as well. The house had fully load kitchen equipment and fully stocked, very clean and functional, plenty of beach towel, extras bed sheet’s ,pillows. perfect for a family of five, less then 2 block from the beach, well maintain pool and ground garden, the bed is comfortable and clean. back yard is big and had a grill and a table to dine out. Laundry is in the back yard as well. Pool and beach equipment are a plus. I had a good use out of it. We very love this house and for sure will rent it again next year.

Great stay on AMI

We really enjoyed our stay in this property with our family of 4. The pool was beautiful and perfect for my kids ages 3 and 5. The rooms were good sizes and bathroom accommodating for our group. The kitchen had all the items we needed and there is an outdoor laundry room. Pool floats and beach gear (wagon boogie boards sand toys )are available too. We loved the board games too. The walk to the beach was very short and the beach was not crowded at the beach access on 74th street. We loved the clear water and perfect weather! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful duplex

The property was clean and had an amazing shared pool with a tropical backdrop! We loved that the beach was a 3 minute walk and the property provided everything we needed such as chairs, boogie boards, wagon, shovels, etc! The only negative was the pillows were terrible. Everything else was perfect! Would definitely stay again!

Second time staying here...Home away from from home!

This is our second time staying here, and it has become our home away from home. Its located on the northern half of the island, so it's not as busy as some parts. The street is quiet and the neighborhood is quite lovely. The kitchen and closets are well stocked. We will be back!

Great location, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Excellent communication with the host. As the listing says, there is a shared pool with the West unit. We were lucky to have nice, quiet neighbors and had the pool to ourselves most of the time.

We enjoyed ourselves. The location is great. Loved the close proximity to the beach and we greatly appreciated the wagon to haul the beach chairs, umbrellas and floaties. Plenty of towels as well.

Enjoyed the week

This is the 5th time staying at the Palm Oasis and we loved it as always. There were some nice upgrades like new lighting fixtures and fans. The cupboards were more organized and it was cleaner overall. The pool is always a favorite and there is plenty of beach gear available. On the flipside, the wifi tends to drop out or says it is full. It kicks the devices off stating there are too many. We would appreciate a few more washcloths. We just headed to the Dollar Tree for a few to supplement. Thanks for a relaxing week in a beach location!

Wonderful stay!

The property is well maintained and clean. The location is excellent, just a 3 minute walk to the beach. An alarm on both doors was great to have with small children. Parking was available for two large vehicles per duplex. Each duplex has it’s own gated entrance and the pool is designed with two shallow ends. We did have to use our own beach wagon as the one available to use had narrow wheels and was difficult to pull in the sand.
