La magnifique maison verte est à 8 minutes des plages et à proximité d'excellents restaurants et magasins. Toute nouvelle piscine caged-in a des fontaines, des jets et une cascade. Un quai flottant pour la pêche, l’assise et le kayak.

J'ai construit cette maison moi-même et c'est "une première" pour moi et j'ai assisté à tous les détails de la conception pour la rendre belle et unique. Découvrez le confort "haut de gamme" de cette toute nouvelle maison sur un magnifique lac. Les plafonds cathédrale offrant tous les aménagements "haut de gamme" possibles, nous l'avons conçu pour répondre à vos besoins et refléter notre environnement vibrant et pratique.

La maison verte est construite sur mesure avec des couleurs modernes, des comptoirs en granit de perles émeraude, des carreaux rustiques et mozaïques et de beaux meubles à la mode. Cette maison spacieuse offre une détente dans des logements élégants et modernes qui comprennent: Téléviseurs à écran plat intelligents dans CHAQUE chambre, accès Wi-Fi, jeux Exbox et jeux de société, matelas neufs et coûteux, le tout dans un environnement non-fumeur qui accepte les animaux domestiques et les handicapés. Il y a deux matelas pneumatiques "haut de gamme" de taille queen avec gonfleur électrique. Respirez les nombreuses décorations funky, amusantes et modernes de bon goût dans toute la maison qui lui donnent vraiment l'expérience de la "maison de rêve super FUN"!

Notre cuisine de luxe comprend de nouveaux appareils GE et comprend également un mixeur, un mixeur, un grille-pain, un énorme mijoteuse, un gaufrier, un appareil à salade, une théière, une machine à espresso, une cafetière, une cafetière K-Cup, un presse-agrumes ultra-résistant accessoires de cuisine amusants. Very cozy and clean

The Green House was a delight to visit. Both inside and out was immaculately clean. We loved how cozy the house was. It was stocked with everything you might need both inside and out. The salt water heated pool was a lovely surprise! We only used the king bed in the main bedroom but really enjoyed how comfortable the mattress was. The bathroom shower was luxurious! We had to leave early because of hurricane Milton but definitely want to return next year. We had to leave

Family Vacation

This property is exactly as listed and more!! Very roomy and very well stocked with extra pool towels, beach supplies in the garage, coolers things that we did not have to lug with us. Plenty of cookware, spices,has both a coffee pot and Kureg. Really just need to bring your clothes and groceries. The hosts level of communication was great she even takes the time to email you info about the area which was nice. Centrally located. Overall this is a great place to book!! Recommend

Family fun

Me my husband and 5 kids 2 dogs stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was great. We would stay again. Jackie was great and her house is beautiful. The kids had fun swimming in the pool and fishing in the pond. There was so many beaches really close. We loved it so much.

Best gat away ever

Me and my wife stayed at Jackie’s to be close to Anna Maria island. Between going to Anna Maria, Cortez, and Coquina beaches we were able to do it all and inbetween enjoy the pool. Everything was close and the house was very comfortable. Will def be a future guest again :)

Great Pool House in Convenient Location

Our stay at Jackie's VRBO home was very nice. The pool is wonderful and the view is fantastic. Super comfy bed, awesome water pressure comfortable furniture. This house is located close to anything you need. Jackie is very responsive to any questions you have and is such a kind person. Would recommend this location!

Relaxing

We enjoyed a relaxing week with our adult children. Multiple beach choices all within a short drive. Jackie was very helpful and responsive. Clean house with all the comforts of home. Pool with water view was also nice.

Wonderful retreat

We were very pleased with our stay in Bradenton. Jackie was a gracious host and replied to our questions and needs. The home is beautifully renovated with lovely furnishings. Kitchen had everything you needed. The highlight of our stay was being able to walk out to the screened pool and lanai and swim at leisure. We so enjoyed sitting out and watching wildlife around the pond. Our golden doodle enjoyed sitting out there as well-she had freedom to roam around the fenced backyard! The only negative was all the speeding cars going up and down the street, which was posted at 25 mph! The road is residential but no sidewalks so walking our dog was tricky and not enjoyable. But the house and pool in enclosed backyard made up for this! We would definitely come back-thank you Jackie!

Fun and great location

The house and owners were great. The guys spent most of our time deep sea fishing. The ladies enjoyed the pool, the house, shopping and dining on Anna Maria and in Bradenton. Good times we’re had by all.

Great House and even better heated salt water pool !!!!

Beautiful house and the pool is wonderful (even on cool days/nights). Spectacular sunsets from the pool. Owners respond quickly to any issue and correct it. The only downside is that the neighborhood does not have sidewalks, so walk at your own risk.

Perfect location

We loved our stay here! The house and pool were excellent and well kept. We felt relaxed and comfortable there as our home base while visiting all the local beaches and shops. It’s the perfect distance from everything. If you’re looking for a retreat this is the place!

Thanksgiving stay

The house and pool were wonderful. A little annoyed with the neighbors - multiple neighbors - that had firecrackers going off every evening for an hour or more. It was beyond irritating. This house is in a neighborhood that has a lot of other properties in need of many repairs so the house as shown on the site does not represent that at all. We were a little leary of leaving our car outside (the garage had a ping pong table in the middle of it) but thankfully nothing happened. The owner could not have been more accomodating - I just wish the surrounding neighborhood was not so rough looking.

Had a great time

This was perfect for what we were looking for. The house is adorable and close to grocery, restaurants, etc. It is also a quick drive to the beach. The pool was great and the view of the lake was beautiful. Jackie was an amazing host. She was very responsive and so helpful with any questions we had not only about the house but the surrounding areas as well. We hope to be back soon.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Century located to the beaches that we wanted go to and definitely recommend Siesta Key as the number one beach it is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend you stay at this property. It is very clean, the host is very accommodating and has everything that you could possibly need. The pool of course was the best part. Cant go wrong in my opinion.

Outstanding In Every Way!

There is simply nothing more to ask for here! This home has everything that you could possibly want or need, and then some! Absolutely stocked with anything you need. Wow! Short drive to beautiful beaches, awesome restaurants, shopping, entertainment, activities, everything! After a fabulous day at the beach there is nothing like coming “home” to your own private, awesome pool. The home itself is very comfortable, very clean and beautifully decorated. And then there is Jackie! In all of our 30 some years of travel and renting, we have never encountered anyone close to Jackie. Her passion for making her guests happy is incredible and we loved meeting her. She is truly outstanding in every way. Her communication is just excellent. We loved our time here and highly recommend this home!

My nickname is Jackie and I am originally from California and Maui. I was born in Los Angeles but I lived in the Silicon Valley/San Francisco Bay Area for most of my California years. I miss Cali and Hawaii especially the surfing and snow skiing but I can always visit.

I moved to Southwest Florida 20 years ago to be close to my mom. I am very happy to have this Bradenton/Sarasota area as my home base.

I love the year round nice weather here in Florida, especially in the fall and spring. I feel privileged to live minutes away to our world famous beautiful white sand beaches. I live the Florida lifestyle. I work out everyday, eat right, and enjoy a very healthy lifestyle here in the sunshine state.

I celebrate life to the fullest! I love to travel the world to see God's beautiful creation and experience it all first-hand! I frequently participate in both indoor and outdoor extracurricular activities; like good live musical entertainment, theatre, any kind of sports, camping, BBQ's and great restaurants!

In 2010 as a single mom, I graduated with honors and a GPA of 3.98 as I earned two bachelor's degrees at the University of South Florida Tampa in finance and international business with minors in music , (flute performance), and Spanish. I studied and lived in Spain in 2009. After I graduated, I moved to South America and studied in Panama as the Rotary International Ambassador Scholar to attend language schools and become fluent in Spanish. I also did volunteer work for the local indigenous tribes with both Rotary International and the Peace Corp.

I am the perfect host and I take great pleasure to entertain and make people happy; because this is my "dream job"!

I truly blessed with family and friends that live close by. I cherish my two amazing adult sons, Joseph and Jacob, my parents, and I also have three small female shih tzu rescue dogs and many life-time gal pals!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is the first home that I have built. I have done extensive remodeling on many other homes that I acquired during the historical housing market crisis. With a lot of "Sweat Equity", they all turned out great!

Last year I contracted with a Tom Sanger Pool Company and the pool includes all the "bells and whistles", fountains, lights, jets, sunshelves, all in a huge caged-in deck for awesome pool parties and fun! the whole back yard overlooks the lake due west which makes for some awesome sunsets sipping on a plastic wine cup sitting in or out of the pool!

The green house is a simple and beautiful, and very efficient home with Cathedral ceilings for nice open concept and lots of natural light in a super central location on a beautiful lake minutes away from white sand beaches. And of course I embellished the home with as much of my own designer TLC as heavenly possible! The green house is nestled away by mossy trees in it's
private own oasis.

However, the location couldn't be more perfectly and conveniently CENTRALLY LOCATED to excellent restaurants, shopping, spas, and easy access to main highways SR70, Hwy 41, and 13 min to I 75 for day trips. Popular one-day destinations include Disney World, Seaworld, Busch Gardens, and so many other theme parks. Tampa/St. Pete are 45 min and 30 min away. Orlando is 75 min away. Miami is 3.5 hours.

I stocked the house with as many of the very best goodies and necessities on the market to make for a truly remarkable and memorable vacation.

Green is my favorite color as you will see and this house is a real emerald!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

An extremely nice custom designed HEATED and caged in pool! The convenient and central location to so many fun destinations is fantastic!! At the same time, the house is located in an oasis that sits right on a clean fresh water lake that is good for fishing including large mouth bass, black crapie, sunfish, and catfish. There is 270 degree views of the lake.

Cook your favorite foods on the big outdoor grill and eat in the outdoor gazebo by the lake. I have provided every modern convenience known to man in this immaculate home. So relax and enjoy the good life!
