Cette maison familiale offre 3 chambres de taille confortable et deux salles de bain complètes. La première chambre (suite parentale) est spacieuse et comprend un lit king-size et une salle de bain attenante avec une douche à l'italienne et ses lavabos. Les deuxième et troisième chambres également spacieuses, offrent des lits Queen. Les trois chambres comprennent des téléviseurs SMART à grand écran, déjà fournis avec un abonnement à Netflix, Roku TV et Sling TV, afin que toute la famille puisse profiter d'une programmation adaptée à leur âge!
De plus, pour ceux qui appartiennent à une famille plus nombreuse, il y a un parc pour bébé, un pak'n'play et deux lits pliants dans le placard principal que vous pouvez utiliser sans supplément de prix! (demander ces)
Les équipements supplémentaires incluent: des chaises de plage, des dispositifs flottants pour les plus petits, des jouets de piscine et des jeux de société conviviaux pour les familles.
Le salon est spacieux (voir les images) et dispose également d'un grand téléviseur à écran plat avec fonctions intelligentes et câble déjà activé. La salle à manger comprend une grande table assez grande pour 6 personnes. Et une chaise haute sera disponible (sur demande) pour le petit de la famille. Vous pouvez également rester connecté via notre WiFi illimité à tout moment. ET SI VOUS RESTEZ 7 JOURS OU PLUS, LAVEUSE / SÉCHEUSE SERA DISPONIBLE POUR VOUS. Invité à fournir leurs propres produits de lessive.
La véranda moustiquaire est idéale pour les activités familiales telles que griller (barbecue disponible et ensemble de repas en plein air pour 6 personnes disponibles) ou simplement traîner dans la piscine. Qui peut être chauffé de façon saisonnière (le chauffe-piscine ne s'allume pas à des températures inférieures ou égales à 65 degrés).
Notre maison est entièrement équipée avec draps, literie, serviettes de bain et de plage, pots, casseroles, ustensiles, appareils ménagers, vaisselle, etc.
Nous avons également plusieurs brochures d'activités suggérées pour toute la famille à faire à Sarasota. De musées, restaurants, sanctuaire animalier, plages, kayak, jardins botaniques, etc.
Il y a plusieurs restaurants et marchés autour de la région et Uber et Lyft sont également disponibles. Et si vous n'avez pas envie de sortir de la piscine pour faire vos courses, Instacart et Doordash sont également disponibles pour vous apporter des courses et de la nourriture!
Notre maison est située dans un quartier sûr où les enfants viennent jouer après l’école et se trouve également dans un emplacement central à proximité de la I-75, ce qui facilite grandement l’accès à l’endroit de votre choix. Venez rester avec nous et faire connaissance avec Sarasota!

Great house!

House was the perfect size for our family if 4. It was very clean. The pool was clean and well maintained. The property manager was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again when we come to visit family.

Nice house with convenient location

Nice, clean, well equipped home. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Nice private yard with a fence. Would recommend.

Family vacation

The house is as beautiful in person as it is online. It has everything you need. Very clean and well maintained. We had 4 adults, one teenager, and a 9 year old, we all had plenty of room. The bedrooms were nice and big. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was very clean. The host was available and very helpful with any questions that I had. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. I definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect for Soccer Moms!

Three soccer moms used this lovely house as our center of operations for a soccer tournament at the Premiere Soccer complex at Lakewood Ranch. Conveniently located between the fields and Sarasota beaches and restaurants, and of course Costco. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate, and the pool was such a treat! The neighborhood is a modest, quiet place where we felt very safe running and venturing out, and the grocery store is right down the street. The owner was exceptionally responsive to all of our questions too. We will definitely rent again during next year's tournament!

Very Clean and Great Location

I rented the home for myself, my son, and my brother while we were visiting our father who lives in Sarasota. I was a little nervous booking the home since it did not have any reviews, but my fears went away as soon as we pulled into the driveway. The home appears to have been recently renovated and was very comfortable and bright. Ibis (homeowner) had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us along with soda and water in the frig. The home had everything we needed from games to play, to pool toys, to room for everyone to spread out. The location was perfect for everything we did in Sarasota and very close to Hwy 75. My son really enjoyed playing in the pool in the evening. The only thing I would recommend he change is to provide cable or satellite TV instead of internet base TV service, which was difficult to figure out if you have never used it. With that said, I will rent the home again when we return to Sarasota in the future. I would recommend this home to other families looking for a place to stay in Sarasota. Thank you again Ibis.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful, clean, and comfortable home! Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay!! Everything was very clean and comfortable, creating a very relaxing vacation. We were told not to flush any toilet paper or tissue and that there would be trash cans in the bathrooms. This made me nervous at first, but toilets flushed fine and all the positives of the house definitely made up for this minor inconvenience. The pool was nice and had a little waterfall that added a peaceful touch that runs during the day. The pool was not heated so we didn’t get to utilize it the way we wanted but the owner said they were going to be adding a pool heater, as well as, a BBQ in the upcoming weeks. That will be a wonderful addition! The family room had enough seating for our whole family to enjoy a late night movie together. Plenty of windows to allow the sunshine to fill the room during the day. I love that!!! The owner was always quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating and helpful. Location was in a quiet neighborhood but within 20 min to beach. Grocery stores and restaurants were all close and convenient. I did not catch that the washer and dryer are only accessible if you are staying over a week, so this was a little inconvenient. However, there is a laundry mat nearby and the owner seemed very willing to have given us access, but we did not discover this in time to set this up and they live a good distance away. As long as this were discussed ahead of time, I don’t think it would be an issue. Overall, very nice relaxing vacation!!! We would definitely stay again!!

A MUST READ REVIEW

We WERE excited to stay here, pics online showed a colorful home with a pool which is exactly what we were looking for for one of our yearly vacations. Upon arrival, we were surprised at the neighborhood which was very low end. The house tho was at the end of a cultdesac so luckily it was more private. We were suprised the grass was mid calf height and had not been cut in a while. When I entered the house I was suprised at how warm it was. Immediately I went to the NEST thermostat, which was also controlled by the owner, which would not go below 70. The temp in the house at that time was 75. Contacted Ibis with nothing but constant problems, rudeness and a condescending attitude. She sent a "technician" who came and left with the garage open who confirmed that it was not broken but that the house was hot and said property owners idea of a "comfortable temp" was a matter of opinion and it was stuffy in the house. We then purchased fans to make our stay more comfortable. Ibis, who is the controller of all things, including like other reviews, monitors the videos in the front and back of the house is also in master control of the nest a/c unit. Days in she finally agreed to turn the lowest temp to 68 as this is one of the hottest summers in FL and still didnt cool down to that until AFTER we went to bed. WARNING FOR FUTURE RENTERS: all that glitters is not gold. She called me STUPID numerous times and was extremely barrading! I REPORTED her to VRBO who said they will be handing

Fabulous Winter Getaway

Extremely neat, clean, spacious, beautiful furniture & decor, delightful pool, very comfortable for 6 people to enjoy each other's company & still have privacy. Honestly, can't say enough good about this home & how gracious Ibis is to work with .Absolutely loved every moment we were there. Can't wait to come back. I could easily call this 'home'! Thank you Ibis for such a treat. You're a gem.

This property was perfect for our stay. The house was exactly as listed on VRBO. Very clean and the owner was FANTASTIC. As a frequent visitor to Sarasota we felt the location was great to access 75 and also the local hot spots like Siesta Beach and the Village. Would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect Vacation Home!

We had such a wonderful family vacation and didn’t want it to end. The host was wonderful and very responsive to any questions I asked and was very kind. The house is decorated beautifully and is absolutely impeccable. The pool itself and the pool area were everything we ever wanted and more!! Don’t hesitate to book this house, you will absolutely not regret it!! I could go on all day about how much fun we had and how perfect the house is!! Beds are all comfortable, very spacious rooms and living room, perfect setting for family pool time and family game night etc. only 15 mins from the beaches (didn’t even seem like 15) and the pool temperate was always perfect. We brought my mom who hadn’t seen the ocean in 25 years and even though she loved seeing the ocean, she said honestly this house was even better with the pool and all of the amenities. I mean what more can I say. Thank you Ibis for hosting us and providing everything we could ever want and need in a vacation home. We truly picked the perfect place and will definitely be back!!

Sarasota Spring Break Vacation

The property was nice, the neighborhood was not the best neighborhood. The house was clean and well maintained and the pool was wonderful! The only issue with the property was, the left side of mattress in the master bedroom was worn-out (it was concave and had no support). I had to move to my wife’s side of the bed to avoid back pain. My wife and I ended sleeping on the same side of the bed for the duration of our stay. I think that Verbo needs to do a better job of describing the neighborhood!

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing vacation staying at this property. The home was perfectly maintained for our group of 7. The pool was amazing and the home was situated in a great location that offered a variety of options when it came to dining/beach going. Siesta Key was gorgeous and a quick 15 min drive to the beach. Ibis, the owner, was extremely accommodating and super quick to respond to inquiries. You will not regret booking this property!!

Perfect spring break getaway!

Our family of 5 stayed on this property for spring break and couldn’t have had a better first time VBRO experience. We have 3 small children and had a lot of questions, the property owner was responsive and super helpful. She provided a pack and play and a high chair for our infant which saved us a lot of planning hassle. The house was also so clean and without wear and tear, it was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool on this quiet street everyday. We plan on returning next year!

Great house, very clean and well appointed on cul-de-sac with no traffic.

Large comfortable home made our 2 month stay a pleasure . All appliances upgraded and working perfectly. AC kept the entire house cool. Outdoor refrigerator and TV was great for entertaining by the pool. Look forward to our return next year. Thanks for everything Ibis.

So perfect I extended my stay!

From the moment we walked through the door this home not only met but exceeded every single one of our expectations. Never have I booked a stay that looked exactly as displayed in the pictures. The owner of this home has paid attention the smallest of details making it a truly remarkable stay. She was extremely attentive and kind as a host. Any and every question I had she was right there to answer. Her attention to her guests comforts are like no other host thus far. You can’t go wrong staying in this home!

I will return. It has a upbeat feel, yet it was home away from home. My family and I were able to relax and enjoy each others company with everything close by so we didn't waste time running around. The area was quiet. Loved the security factor.

A bright and colorful beauty

Ibis has done a wonderful job with this property. It’s bright and colorful decor make it fun and welcoming. It’s spacious and updated and very comfortable. She has stocked the house with everything you could possibly need. We didn’t get to use the pool as much as we had hoped due to the water being warm (for lack of rain in the days before and during our stay and it being super hot), and the water seeming a bit greenish. Ibis was great about communication and reassured us her pool company said it was safe to swim in, but we decided to cool down with the A/C inside instead. It took us a bit to figure out the TV, but my husband managed to get it working for us. The only other thing I wished we had access to was the washer and dryer so we could wash my daughter’s lacrosse uniform, but we washed it by hand so it was a non-issue. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend.

Excellent accommodations!

Recently brought my father to visit his friend in Sarasota. My friend also tagged along and we made it a golfing trip as well. Rented this house because it was in the same general neighborhood as my father’s friend and was very impressed! This house was clean, comfortable and recently updated. The pool was a nice touch as well. Looking forward to staying there again the next time we visit Sarasota!
