Enjoy your Stay in a fully equipped and cozy Apartment in a typical Parisian Neighborhood. The flat is one bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room. Located in the Jourdain District, 10 min from the city center, in a very quiet and charming street. My place is bright and spacious with all sort of shops and commodities nearby . Jourdain district is like a village in Paris, a Parisian atmosphere, full of small food shops, bakery, cheese, wine merchant and typical cafés. Acces to all monuments in less than 30 mins.
Have Breakfast or dinner on a lovely spacious Balcony and enjoy the Parisian Sunset.

Great location, super host

We stayed in Chris's apartment for a week with the whole family (4 people). It's very well located, right next to the beautiful Parc des Butters-Chaumont with excellent metro access. The apartment was very clean and has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc. Since we arrived by car, the free parking space in the underground garage was very valuable. The three-part balcony is great.Chris is very nice and communicative, and the interaction was very pleasant and helpful.If we go to Paris again, I would gladly stay there again!

Everything excellent

We wanted a property in the 19th by the Buttes Chaumont (great area away from tourists with restaurants and boutiques) and we could not have been happier. Excellent and continued communication and the apartment is exactly as it shows on the pictures. It’s clean, comfortable and very bright, extremely functional. The balcony is a big plus. Would come back wholeheartedly.

Paris!

Chris was a great & personable host. My Son & I enjoyed staying at his place for our 1st time in Paris. It was close to the Metro line which got us all over the city. A big beautiful park was right down the street and a cute little pub right down the street too!

Lovely flat to explore Paris

Lovely flat, as shown in the photos with a nice balcony. Great location for exploring Paris. Situated near to a large park and several shops and cafes within walking distance. Also a short walk to two metro stops so you can easily get into central Paris. Chris was a fantastic host and provided an easy check in and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot

We loved our stay here, such a great place. It was modern, clean, spacious, had a great balcony and had many many extras that made this stay a pleasure. Secure easy access, and communication was amazing with nothing being a problem. The area was great being a short walk to many restaurants, shops and within easy walk to two Metro stations. Highly recommend.

Great location between 3 train stations. Nice main bed with a soft pull out in the main room. Very good communication from Chris. Nice to have a washer and dryer as well!

Convenient, comfy, with an incredibly attentive host!

My wife and two daughters stayed for four nights and had a wonderful time! Chris was an incredibly attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. He explained everything clearly when we arrived and even checked in a couple times to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment is in great location around the corner from a beautiful park, a supermarket, and a metro stop. The area is quiet and NOT mobbed by tourists like some of the spots around Paris in the summer. It was well stocked with ample supplies and everything we needed to cook and live as we would at home. The pull out bed had the nicest mattress of any pullout I’ve seen and our girls slept very well. The shower was excellent and there is even laundry in the bathroom. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Overall a wonderful launchpad for a Paris adventure and we will stay there again when we return to town!

Schöne Tage in Paris

Die Wohnung von Chris ist individuell eingerichtet und umfangreich ausgestattet. Besonders wohl haben wir uns auf dem gemütlichen Balkon gefühlt. Sehr praktisch ist die Nähe zur Metro und somit die Verbindung in die Innenstadt und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Chris war stets bemüht, für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu sorgen.

Nice Cozy Apartment in a Great Location

This is a very nice cozy apartment. It was very clean and the host was very good with communications and follow up. There are two metro stations close by and lots of local restaurants. Overall highly recommend this apartment.

Great neighborhood apartment

We had a great stay at this apartment. I was there with my wife and 2 teenagers(16 &14). The place was big enough for us and it was nice to have a separate bedroom. The kids said the pull out couch was comfortable(I would have heard otherwise if it was not). Having the washer and dryer was a great plus. The place is in a real neighborhood and is even across from an elementary school. There was a bunch of great bakeries and food stores nearby(5 minute walk). It was good to have a little balcony to sit out on. If you are looking for a place to amerce yourself into a real neighborhood and not a tourist area this is the place. If you get a nice day, make sure to walk the park. The owner was great and was excellent at communicating with us the whole trip.

Karneval in Paris

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Paris in dem schönen, gut ausgestattenten Apartment von Chris verbracht. Problemloser Check-in und check-out, sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. In der Nähe gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Metro und Bus sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Paris würden wir dieses Apartment wieder buchen.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The owner Chris was always in touch and helped us with anything we asked about. My two biggest joys when traveling are a great shower with hot water and a comfortable bed. This place had both, along with a great location- near shops, buses and the metro. We were able to cook some meals there which was great. I would definitely go back there on our next visit to Paris. Oh, and I forgot to mention, a well stocked bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The best part was Chris, the owner, who made sure that we were satisfied and content with everything!

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war groß und bequem und ließ sich somit gut als zweites Bett nutzen. Das Viertel, in dem die Wohnung liegt, hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Fußläufig sind ein Bäcker, ein Park (Parc des Buttes-Chaumont), zwei U-Bahn-Stationen (Botzaris und Jourdain) und mehrere Brasserien/Restaurants erreichbar. Es gab nicht viele Touristen dort, sodass wir das Gefühl hatten, das echte Pariser Stadtleben kennen lernen zu dürfen.

Top Lage, Top Gastgeber

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (12/17) in der Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist wie beschrieben und selbst die Schlafcouch ist bequem. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, ruhig und mit Tiefgarage! Metro, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-in/Check-out verliefen reibungslos und Chris (Eigentümer) war sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar.
