Le salon spacieux et bien conçu est assez grand pour accueillir deux canapés de bonne taille et une chaise simple.

Une superbe piscine chauffée au gaz avec spa intégré, terrasse allongée et mobilier amélioré est le summum du luxe, vous permettant de vous détendre et de vous détendre et après une journée remplie de plaisir dans les parcs ou le golf. Second Visit to this house!

This was the second time we stayed at this house in Haines City. We had one of our daughters' family also stay for a week. The house is perfect for a larger family and the pool and spa is amazing...everyone loved it! The pool table and especially the Air Hockey was a BIG go to in the evenings. I loved being there -it is the perfect distance to the Gulf and also to Daytona Beach, which we did. We also need to thank John for allowing us to stay 2 extra days at the last minute when the storm hit north of Florida and we couldn't find a way to drive through it to get to Minnesota!!!

Great stay

Stayed for a week as we wanted to be centrally located to spring training ball games, Disney and the space coast to view a rocket launch. House more than met our needs with a pool, games room and fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Quiet neighborhood. Only “issue” was the amount of traffic on the Florida highways. Build extra time into your travel during peak periods. Host was great with communication and gave us a very detailed explanation of all property amenities. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area.

Month of January

Everything looked like the pictures. Convenience to major highway but far enough away to be quiet. Walmart was literally around the corner for our grocery and beverage needs. We had the pool heated and even though the weather was cool it was used a lot. Hot tub was awesome! Games room was well used. We had a couple of things that needed attention and I was SO impressed with Becky!! She handled everything so quickly and pleasantly. Every service person that came by for pool and yard maintenance was friendly and not intrusive at all. We have already booked for next year. Thank you John. We really enjoyed your property,

This location was absolutely amazing! The home both inside and out were clean and well maintained. There is an open field located behind the home that was large enough for our children to play. Neighbors were very friendly and I will definitely be returning.

Amazing holiday home

We were a party of 7 adults who thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a great location within a gated community and the fact that it was not overlooked at all meant that everyone enjoyed using the pool in privacy. All of the rooms were a great size and very comfortable. One of the added advantages was the vast choice of food delivery options available to us. After a hard days theme parking, nobody really felt like cooking! 2 of our party were keen fishermen and the fishing in tower lake didn’t disappoint. I would definitely recommend this property to both adult only parties and also parties with children as the well equipped games room caters for all.

Location was perfect for us, not overlooked, quiet at night. We were out most of the days, pool perfect when we got back. John very responsive & easy to deal with. No real negatives other than floors a little grubby on arrival but we soon sorted that. Totally recommend this place if you have kids, games room is great and pool perfect. Top tip we paid extra for jacuzzi and pool heating it really worked for us

Great getaway

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this villa. Everything was clean, easy to find and furniture is comfortable. We loved the pool spa patio area. The game room was a great addition to have for the adults to hang out separate from the little kids (especially at nap time). My three year old could get in and out of pool and spa without assistance and the pool has a child gate for when we didn't want him getting to the pool. Overall great time, we will definitely stay again.

First monthly rental

We are very happy with the VRBO home we rented - the pool and spa were fantastic and our entire family enjoyed everything about the house. The layout was great, the pool was beautiful and the Air hockey table was a hit that turned into a turnament for us!!!!

Perfect for a family getaway!

We loved our stay here! Our group consisted of my husband & children, my parents, my brother & sister in law. We all had enough space to ourselves but could easily gather together to eat, play games & enjoy the pool. It was perfect for our needs. The games room was great, a pool table, air hockey & foosball all in great working condition. The neighborhood was peaceful so we could enjoy being outdoors at the pool. I would definitely book here again, I absolutely loved it.

Great Place

This was a great house for a relaxing vacation. We had some minor issues, but they were resolved very quickly with the management company. They were prompt and more than fair! We had a great time. Location was okay-nothing special, nothing bad! It’s a drive to get to most of the towns, but since we planned to mostly relax, the location was fine for us. The heated pool was definitely a bonus! It was a chilly Christmas week so relaxing in the spa was magical.

Perfect Family Getaway

This villa was perfect for a family getaway. The pool was beautiful and we spent most of our stay either swimming or out lounging on the patio furniture. The house was clean and comfortable. Every bedroom was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable.The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Our children enjoyed the game room and the adults spent a number of nights playing pool. The owner and management company were very responsive dealing with the tiny issues that came up during our stay. We would definitely stay at this villa in future.

The perfect place for family!

We had such a great time staying here. The only issue we had was the spa timer did not work for us one of the nights. I called the property manager the next morning and no one returned my call. Other than that the stay was fantastic. Everything in the game room worked as it should. I highly recommend staying here.

Caroline and I have been holidaying in Florida for many years. We liked the sunny climate, theme parks, golf courses, restaurants, shopping malls and Florida State Parks so much that we decided to buy are own villa and enjoy all the comforts of home in the world’s favorite vacation destination. Our fully furnished vacation home gives you a spacious place to relax and amenities at a fraction of the cost of a hotel.

When sadly we have to return home and are not holidaying at our villa ourselves, as a hobby, we rent out our villa for others to enjoy.

Caroline and I pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and we consistently receive excellent feedback from our guests.

Our villa is situated on the highly regarded 'Calabay Parc at Tower Lake' gated private estate close to Davenport/Haines City. It is one of Florida’s newest executive gated vacation communities and is situated just south of the interchange between Interstate 4 and Highway 27. It has lots of shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to all the major attractions and malls. Disney is 15 to 20 minutes away, whilst the Gulf Coast beaches are only an hour's drive.

Walmart, Walgreen's, Publix retail outlets and take away food restaurants are 2 minutes away. There are plenty of championship quality golf courses close to the villa. One of Florida’s top PGA golf courses is located at nearby Southern Dunes.
