À propos de cet hébergement

Bienvenue dans notre Beautiful Beach Cottage. Ceci est notre première maison privée sur le marché des vacances. Nous sommes situés sur un canal en eau profonde avec notre propre quai privé et Jet T. Apportez votre bateau et votre jet ski ou pêchez du quai. Ou tout simplement flotter dans le canal sur l'un de nos flotteurs fournis.

Nous sommes à 400 pieds d'un accès à la plage, vous n'êtes donc qu'à quelques minutes à pied de la plage.
Vous allez adorer notre paradis tropical aménagé professionnellement! Nous avons une belle piscine privée d'eau salée maintenue à 75 degrés. Notre espace extérieur a des chaises longues, un lit de salon et un bar TIKI. Table à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes et un bar pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Du plaisir pour toute la famille! Il y a un demi-bain en bas des escaliers et une douche extérieure.

Notre chalet fournit tout le nécessaire pour vos vacances en famille, apportez simplement vos maillots de bain! Nous avons des flotteurs de piscine, des chaises de plage, des glacières, un chariot de plage et des cannes à pêche pour vous. Nous avons également 4 vélos à votre disposition pour explorer l'île.
Le chalet peut accueillir 9 personnes confortablement. La chambre principale a un lit King, les deux autres chambres ont chacune des lits Queen. Le Sleeping Loft dispose de 2 lits jumeaux avec un lit gigogne pouvant accueillir un total de 3. Les enfants adorent le Loft! Téléviseurs fournis dans toutes les chambres. Nous fournissons même un Pack and Play et une chaise haute pour vos jeunes.

NOUS FOURNISSONS TOUS LES LINGES - Pas besoin d'en apporter. Nous vous fournirons toute la literie, les serviettes de bain et les serviettes de plage.

Le Cottage a un concept de vie ouvert avec une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes et une barre de petit-déjeuner pouvant accueillir 3 personnes. Il y a une télévision à écran de 55 pouces dans le salon principal.

Les autres équipements incluent Internet sans fil, télévision par câble, jeux pour les enfants. Vous aurez l'utilisation d'un barbecue à gaz extérieur et d'un EGG vert parfait pour les barbecues. Le TIKI Bar dispose d'une machine Margarita, d'un réfrigérateur et d'un système de son extérieur pour écouter vos sons préférés de l'île.
Le pont supérieur extérieur dispose d'un coin salon avec un canapé et des chaises à bascule pour profiter de la belle vue sur les palmiers, le canal et les couchers de soleil.

Backyard Oasis

We love a beach house with a pool! Our kids are younger and sometimes the ocean is too rough for them and sometimes I get tired of holding on to them! The backyard is beautifully landscaped and we used the pool daily. The pool is well maintained and there were plenty of floats supplied by the owners. My kids had a blast. I would sometimes read a book while the kids played in the pool. We opted to rent the golf cart as well for bringing our gear to the beach and for trips to get Italian ice and to go to the park. The house was the perfect size for a family of four. Our kids are used to having their own rooms for sleeping. We also enjoyed swimming off the dock in the canal. We had never done that before. The water was warm and calm.

We stayed in this property last year and absolutely loved it! This year was just the same. The house, pool and tiki bar are just amazing. And you won't find better hosts anywhere on OIB. The house had everything that we needed. The canal view is lovely. And the outside/pool area is just perfect for relaxing and having fun. We've already booked for next year.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time at the cottage. The tiki bar and pool were spectacular. The outdoor lighting around the pool was beautiful at night! We made so many family memories while staying there. The cottage had everything you needed. Beautifully decorated. Rebecca and Jimmy were amazing host. Jimmy came and cleaned the pool twice while we were there. Rebecca checked on us to see if we needed anything

Amazing property!

One of the best properties we have stayed at in the 40 years of visiting Ocean Isle. The thoughtful details make it apparent this is someone’s primary residence. Definitely will book again!

Fabulous family house on OIB

Spent a week with the cousins at the beach! Rebecca’s property had it all and more! The home had everything we needed, plenty of space a fabulous pool, yard and bar. Dock for fishing and we were able to rent a pontoon boat. We wanted for nothing at this home . Would highly recommend!

Best Beach week

Truly an awesome week with family spent in this cottage! It’s an absolute mini paradise; backyard kept us enticed all week with only 2 trips to the beach…cottage is beautifully decorated, inviting and warm. It has a welcoming vibe as soon as you walk in and that vibe continues to be felt when interacting with Rebecca and Jimmy; excellent line of communication and the responsive action to any inquiry was tremendous. 10/10 - This home was just perfect for my family. Everything that we needed was available to use. The pool, backyard and bar area were amazing. Lovely canal view - watching the fish from the dock was fascinating. Easy walk to the beach - everything that we might need for the beach there! Rebecca and Jimmy were wonderful hosts and easy to communicate with. Perfect place to relax, enjoy the breeze and unwind. We will be back!

Little Oasis

This is the second year we’ve stayed here. We love it! It meets all our needs. Love the pool especially after a walk/bike on the island. Rebecca is great and easy to contact. She also checked in on us a few times. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach vacation house

We had an incredible week in this perfect beach house…everything you need is there…pool, tiki bar, canal, bicycles. We had a full week of golf, beach walking, cycling and simply spending quality time in this very tastefully decorated home…so pretty and was immaculate! Will definitely consider renting again when we decide to head to OIB again…would highly recommend this house for anyone!

Awesome Place

We had a wonderful time at the Powell’s Place. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was as described. Rebecca and Jimmy were very attentive and accommodating. We fished, brought our kayaks down, swam in the pool, went to the beach. Everything you could want or need is close by. “Jimmyville” is a cool little poolside bar and hangout spot. The weather wasn’t great but we had a great time regardless.

Awesome property

We had a great time and actually only made it to the beach twice. The whole backyard setup with the pool, tiki bar and canal/dock is very comfortable and relaxing. Would highly recommend this property and Rebecca and Jim were awesome to deal with as well. We had a terrific week and will be back!

Lovely!

This beach house has everything a family could need to have a relaxing and stress free vacation! The host provides ample amount of towels (beach and bath), sheets, a pack n play, pool toys/floats, a cooler, chairs, etc. The list could go on and on! Everything was clean and in good condition too. We LOVED the backyard and pool. You almost don’t even need to visit the beach because it’s set up so beautiful. Lastly, the host was very communicative, which we really appreciated during our stay.

Perfect Ocean Isle Getaway

This place was incredible. The kids loved the pool, the moms loved the lounge chairs in the backyard, and the dads, of course, loved Jimmyville the island-themed full bar. House was in amazing shape, the hosts were so responsive and friendly, and we had just about everything we needed for an incredible beach vacation. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for the perfect vacation house.

Perfect Stay

Rebecca was an amazing host! The house had everything we needed, was clean, well kept and a beautiful property. The bar area and outside area are true gems! We spent a large amount of our time outside on this trip.

We are blessed with being able to live on Ocean Isle Beach . Jimmy is a native and has been here for 55 years. Rebecca moved here 18 years ago. We love to travel and decided to share our home with other families so they can enjoy it too.
