Professionally decorated, new furniture, new floors, smart TVs, updated bathrooms, king size bed in primary suite, guest room has a bunk bed with two double and twin trundle underneath. Living room has a fold out couch for occupancy of nine people. Very nice ocean view from balcony and primary suite, covered balcony with new raised adirondack chairs to enjoy the view. Great location!
Loved the location! On the beach and walking distance to shops and many restaurants. PROS: Location, nicely decorated, comfy primary bed, ocean view, easy beach access, walking distance to Coligny Plaza for shopping/dining, pool on property, property manager responded fairly quickly to an inquiry while we were visiting.CONS: Very small primary bathroom- we are two average sized adults and the shower was claustrophobic. Very small stackable washer/dryer, which fits loads smaller than half of typical appliances. Unit is located directly across from the neighboring buildings stairwell, a very brightly lit stairwell. The unit lacked privacy - there was only one curtain panel on the slider, making it challenging to keep out the light in the evenings. The balcony is accessed via the slider, so little privacy there. There are also many windows adjacent to the stairwell which required keeping the primary bedroom shades drawn.

Wonderful property
We enjoyed our stay very much! The weather was rainy, but we still had fun. The condo was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. Restaurants in the vicinity were nice, and the beach was a short walk. We are definitely planning to return soon.

A wonderful updated conveniently located place for a fan!
We loved our time at this property. It was updated and clean. We would have used a dust pan, but everything else was perfect! The convenience of the beach, and laundry on site was perfect. We loved the smaller setting that was not crowded or loud!

Determined to visit here next year
This was a fantastic condo. Newly updated, clean and super close to the beach. With 3 young children the ease to the beach was such a bonus for us. The property is well maintained and quiet yet close to shopping as well as restaurants. These condos can be difficult to secure so we are already planning to book for next year. My only advice is bring your own salt and pepper, seasoning non stick spray ext because there was none. Also the washing machine was very small and you can only wash or dry clothes one at a time you can not wash clothes and dry some at the same time. These were both super minor and again we had and a fantastic time. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay!
Location - excellent Beach access- close and easy Condo- kitchen has all you would need, small washer/dryer in unit was a bonus, very comfortable beds, beach wagon and gear to use Robert was quick to respond to texts and calls and helped to quickly resolve any minor issues we had. We would stay here again for sure.

March Break
We stayed here as a family of 4 for a week. The condo was quite comfortable and well equipped. The location is excellent and within walking distance to many great spots along Pope avenue. The one drawback is that the pool was not heated this early in March, despite the weather being exceptional and other locations nearby which were heated.

Nice area, not real clean but cleaned it ourselves. Construction next door with banging all day starting at 7am by master bedroom. Location kept us happy.

My husband and I brought our three young kids and this condo was perfect for us. The bunks and trundle bed were a hit with them and the location was perfect. It was convenient having an elevator for their tired little legs at the end of the day. Coligny park was a very short walk, as was the pool and beach.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed in Beachwood in the past in a different unit and loved the location being walking distance to Coligny and the easy beach access from Beachwood with little ones is wonderful. Very quiet, the master bed was comfortable which is always a plus.

We loved the place! It was me, my husband and our 4 kids. We had plenty of room. The girls loved the bunk beds! Great location. We did have an issue with the water tank beeping but we called and they came and fixed it.

The unit is great! Would like if we did not have to stop at an office for a packet pickup when everything could be sent in an email. Also, there were clothes left in dresser in the master bedroom which we were told to just throw away, so we did that. Also, the shower in the master bedroom leaks and the tub in the other bathroom does not hold water. Other than those minor things, everything was great including the location.

Very nice place and GREAT location!
The condo was very clean and had comfortable beds with the exception of the sleeper sofa being very uncomfortable. The kitchen was stocked very well with pans, dishes and utensils needed to prepare some meals and not have to eat out so much. The accessibility to the beach was great and we very much appreciated the availability of a beach wagon stocked with chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and an umbrella! Only things that could be improved were that we were only provided one trash bag for our entire stay, which is impossible with 4 adults, 4 kids and 6 days! There also were no sheets for the sleeper sofa in the condo and we did need to use it. It would have been great to have some beach towels to take to the beach instead of having to buy some. Other than those 3 things it was overall a great place to stay and communication and ease of the whole process was great! Would stay there again.

Perfect unit in our favorite complex!
We’ve rented many condos in this complex and this one did not disappoint. Perfect for our girls trip with kids! The only things I would suggest is more toilet paper, trash bags, and adding some food storage bins or Tupperware to the kitchen
