Happiness on Sea Spray
Our stay at this beach rental was during the week of 9/14-9/21. Our group of 4 septuagenarian couples
enjoyed our time here. Being an oceanfront property and having only a very short walk to the beach is a
plus. We found the house and grounds to be clean and comfortable. Although the houses are close
together, we experienced a sense of privacy given the thoughtful landscaping. The neighborhood was
quiet and the beach was never crowded. The kitchen is a bit small but manageable. The configuration of
the great room is such that it is difficult to seat 8 people together to socialize however the deck and pool
areas provide enough space for this. The deck and pool are lovely. The provided house amenities were
very satisfactory. We were also provided with more than enough beach chairs. There are a variety of
beach toys and a beach cart available for renters use. There was also a beach canopy available but our
crew were amateurs and weren’t adventuresome enough to attempt to put it up. There was one beach
umbrella but we felt there could have been more made available. Overall, we would recommend this
rental for people of all ages.
